They were both putting on weight. The one you see by itself with the Phlizon light was always on 16/8 but the other plant had to be on 12/12 because it was in a tent with a photoperiod plant (white widow which I almost posting). The phlizon light seems to produce more nutrient burn even tho it is lower wattage. I think it's too close but at this point the buds were looking pretty good. Reduced cal-mag supplement.

Stretched like crazy! Showing sativa dominance. 1 plant had 2 roots stuck in cup and broke off. Hopefully recovery is fine and I can get to the fun of training soon!

W19 (Harvest) 6-6 Last day before harvest. 7-6 Harvest day! Installed a humidifier outside the tent, set to 55% aiming for a 60% humidity inside the dry tent. 21-6 After 14 days of slow drying she is ready to be trimmed. While posting this a couple of months later i found out that i totally forgot to make pictures and video's of the trimmed buds 😅 It was a very nice daytime smoke, tasted sweet-sour. End results: 74.26 Grams of bud 57.90 Grams of small buds and trim, in the freezer for bubble hash. I have some trim and small buds saved up from different strains and i will be posting a diary of the full process making hash of them! Suffered from nute burn and tacoing which i think came from me having light too close and mixed ith high temps outside i think made it 1x worse, did flush and halved nutrients see how they react

did a bit defoliation again and gave water with magenesium and aloe vera powder. I ordered FHM Fulvic & Humid Acid + Trace Minerals. Will use it the next week as topdress. I can smell some cherry terps already. Smells really nice :)

Pretty plant. Fairly happy plant (finally). Smells lovely. But still no sign of flowers. I really do think she's just not going to amount to anything here... I'm giving her one more week... and then I might pop another seed instead. Changed up the reporting on this - rather than ppm, I'm now reporting EC... but to keep record, the ppm is 436 10/20 - She's really starting to go now.. drinking a lot of water, going through the nutes... not giving me the "normal" signs of being in flower but... I'm starting to worry I'm not going to have the headroom for her in my tent! Going to have to do some crazy stuff with the lights soon. Trying to LST her enough so that's not a worry but she refuses to grow "out" - she insists on growing "up"! Can't imagine what she would have been had I not screwed her up so badly at the beginning... but no, I'm not going to give up on her... she WILL be fine! 10/21 - She's going crazy now.. I do believe she's in flower and she's drinking up a storm. Cleaned out the reservoir and added new nutes for her today. EC now stands at 1.0 and I hope to get her up to the max of 1.2 in a few days... Also raised the pH to 6.2 and I'm very happy with that as well... My cat has also given her stamp of approval - she's now demanding to take her naps in the tent... smells just delicious in there! 10/22 - Damn, I'm proud of this lady - for standing up to me, for telling me "hit me with your best shot" .. she took every mistake I made and turned it around... she was NOT going to be denied! Need to get in and get more defoliation going... 10/23 - She's going to give me a harvest... that's really all I care about, especially since I had no hope of it at the beginning! It won't be a massive harvest and that's ok.. I'll be exceedingly happy with whatever she has to offer... and who know, I might be surprised! But the harvest won't hold a candle to what I'm going to get from #2... I still love them both the same...

End of day 54 flower. Trimmed off all fan leaves on day 49. Day 54 moved both girls to a 4x2x5 tent where they will be following there new light schedule until harvest time. They will know winter is coming and start producing more trichomes with low humidity, cold water, less sunlight, lower heat, and then stab her on the main stem before the final day to be cut down. Still feeding them nutes and will probably flush around day 60. Trichomes are still clear and will be watching until they turn 30-40% Amber and then get the cut. Thanks for stopping by. Peace out ✌️

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Thank you spliff seeds for lab results! Excited about the cured and finished bud, i have enough asside to smoke and wait while the main jars are being cured at 62 rh and around 18 degrees celsius.

I fill a reservoir with 25 liters rainwater Then i add 10ml ph up Then i add 25ml calmag Then i add 30grams drypart bloom This way the ph is perfect and the plants have all they need. This scedule also works for soil, just add 15ml ph up instead of 10. *if my kids ever need help with growing and im gone: The scedule above is what i use from start to finish on all my plants, autoflowers and photoperiods (ofcourse half strength first 2 weeks)

Day 15 things are moving along just fine light intensity still set at 30 percent and raised to the ceiling.The seedling did not make it so replacing with another strain as I would like to have 6 plants in this grow.Not watering much as I’ve kept humidity high and the girls are not drinking much.Day 20 I did some LST on two of the Runtz that are a bit stronger and taller than the rest

I harvested 2 apple fritters by RQS and a Durban Thai XC99 by Brothers Grimm. Huge colas, very tight and frosty. Looking forward to trying in a few weeks. These were the biggest yielders out of the run, and I anticipate around 8 zips off each of these. I'll update after they're dried and cured.
