Hey guys, update week 2 this week I decided to do a video update to change it up, I also didnt take the plants out of the plant this week just gave water. They are all happy and grow at a nice rate, still no fertilizer just water in Sonnenerde living soil, even though the size of them compared to the pot size makes me worry a bit. Lets see what the next week has in store as we continue this journey together. I have to say I like these genetics a lot, all making nice trichomes and developing a beautiful aroma, solid plants, not one of the 4 doing funky things. Solid genetics !

Esta semana fue divertida, tocó hacer el topping y el LST. Con respecto al primero, creo que podría haber esperado más tiempo ya que las ramas laterales del tercer nudo estaban muy chicas, pero estoy buscando estresar lo menos posible a la planta así que decidí hacerlo el día 40. Espere dos días a que la plante se recupere y las ramas comiencen a crecer e hice el LST. Hice un vídeo del topping + LST. Con respecto a los inputs, los primeros días de esta semana llovió mucho y las plantas se encuentran bajo un techo mínimo por lo que algo de agua las regó. El día del topping regué con FPJ y el día del LST regué con Compost tea + Melaza orgánica. Esto ha sido todo por ahora... Cualquier sugerencia es bienvenida! Buenos cultivos!😃

Structure is compact yet full, with a very balanced expression across the canopy. No rush, no stress — just plants doing plant things. Training & Structure We’re continuing with very gentle LST — mostly bending and positioning leaves rather than aggressive branch work. The goal is simple: • Open light pathways • Encourage lateral growth • Let the plants decide their final shape They’re responding incredibly well: tight internodes, bushy profiles, and strong posture. You can clearly see the progression in the photos from the beginning to the end of the week. Growth Stage Observation By the end of this week, we’re starting to see early pre-flower signs. Nothing dramatic yet, but the transition is clearly beginning. ➡️ Next week’s update should start showing more defined flower development. ⸻ 💧 Nutrition & Water Strategy This week we introduced CalMag Pro — not because the plants are asking for it, but as a proactive step heading into flower. Week 14 for Gelato 41 by seedstockers This girl has absolutely loved the rain😇 It was very heavy rain too so the pot is easily saturated... honestly don't remember the last time i had to water her😂 was maybe 3/4 weeks ago & don't plan on doing so any time soon either. I tried to defoliate a little because she's getting overly bushy but found to be harder to do than i expected need her to gain some height so i can easily spot what to remove. Even though she looks sad after being sprayed down with water it will benefit her in the long run toughening up her branches from the weight when it comes to flower time. Need to measure her but she's not too far from the 2meters wide mark i was aiming for. No pest issues think the predator spiders are taking care of that for me😎

I already cut some branches off this lady from the lower section that wasn't getting much sunshine. So I topped this gal to keep short and then the sativa traits took over and she grew tall and lanky which I would definitely change how I approach this strain in the future. Solid buds with a nice coating of trichomes. The yield won't be impressive but the quality is going to be banging with what she is producing. I cut more than half of this gals branches because her height was too much for my space so the final yield will not reflect what she could produce with the right training.
