Hi everyone 😁 Welcome back in another week update! Thank you all for this amazing support on this bananas journey💚💚💚 Uploading and updating each week content on daily bassis so please revisit this diary if week not over yet. So far all going great. Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week! She looks and smells great can't wait to smoke her.

She's filled out really nicely in these final weeks. The leaves are maturing and turning amber, I hope to cut the plant here soon, I don't want too much amber in the buds, as I'm aiming for a more cerebral head high. She's got really nice citrusy diesel tones. Very similar to my first grow with notable different tones. Make sure to check back again soon as I will add more pictures throughout the week! This grow is going to be really interesting. I have never grown sativa dominant hybrids before because I was always scared I would not have enough room. However, last season I had a really good run growing VERY short plants (see Mighty Minis) and it got me thinking, why not. So here we are; I'm growing 1 Blue Dream and 1 MelonSicle this round. Both are Sativa hybrids so I am hoping the stretch will not be too intense; no more than 2.5 original height before flowering. The blue dream I bought with the previous rounds of clones I got because I have herd that if trained well, this plant can PRODUCE. The plan is to continuously top, and train until the MelonSicle has caught up and is ready for flower. I will have the room to flower about 2 months from now so this Blue Dream is going to be a 2/2 table top by the time I am ready. Very excited about this one, also a little nervous.

Still waiting for trichomes to amber up⏳ This is a very enjoyable grow using LST. Much more time consuming but I enjoy gardening so it's great for me. I'm excited to see harvest amounts with LST💚🤗 I've moved both Gelato & Younger Zkittlez into a colder dimly lit room to hopefully enrich their colors. I will be harvesting them in the next day or two. I've moved the two remaining mother plants into the smaller grow tent to finish flowering & I moved the clones to the larger grow space finally!

Not much to do now but watch the pH and PPM and wait. It looks beautiful. The growing structure of the buds is really interesting, it has like four calyxes with pistils coming out of the top of a lot of buds in a really distinctive way. It's super, super frosty too. The GG#4 genetics are already showing. Interesting smell, hard to describe. Still relatively mild, at least in the grow tent with the filter running. There's some burning on the leaves, yellowing at the edges. I think I got a bit complacent about checking on it this week since it's been so easy. I also think I should have pruned some of the smaller branches, even just for my own enjoyment of the aesthetics on top of the benefits for airflow and nutrient use. I'll probably do that this week. Then 2 weeks to harvest! I'm impressed with this strain so far, as well as very impressed with the DWC method VS soil or coco but still have a soft spot for organic soil. If I can find a veganic hydroponic nutrient mix I'll be stoked.

Day 29 29/07/24 Monday Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off. Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚 Day 31 31/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚 Day 32 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 35 04/08/24 Sunday END OF WEEK 😁 De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each. Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive. All plants look great, very healthy, one of the Overdose is way behind and due to space maybe culled at flower I'll see how she gets on.

Week 3 Veg - Thus far running accordingly. No signs of stress or deficiencies. Introduced a Co2 bag (Exhale 265) to run into early flowering. *End of week recap* (08/27) User error during LST for both - Gave heavy nutes to assist on the rebound - Minor chance of stunting Besides the LST error - Running smoothly - Light flower will begin in 2 weeks.

Well this week has been quite stressful ! Where I live has been humid as f...k and the RH in my tent is around 60 percent !!!! (week 5 of flower !! ) Even with a dehumidifier !! I m keeping a good airflow and low temps ( around 23 c ) hoping it will avoid bud rot or powdery mildew : //// !!! Does anybody have good tips to drop down that humidity please ? Besides that the plants are looking healthy and frosty and are starting to get bigger every day ! I've just been taking some fan leaves off now and then to expose buds to light. I hope buds are going to fatten up ! Happy growing y'all !

🎅 So, as for the smoke after 30 days of harvest day. Biscotti Mints have a high concentration of THC, definitely above 25%, you can feel it. Beginners should exercise caution. -The taste, I wouldn't exactly call it mint. It's similar to peppermint, but it doesn't taste like mint, it tastes like flowers. Bottom line, the taste is similar to pepper flowers. -The effect is only evening, not daytime. It will be good for an evening relaxation or in the company of friends. -The appearance is something beautiful. Everyone who saw him liked him. Dense, stone buds, green-violet color.

The chunk bushed out, it is gaining vertical growth at a faster rate now.. the trunk should start flowering in the first week of August,according to my calculations I might be off a few days. . It just started down pouring and the garden was fertilized yesterday so I expect some good gains
