Hi Growmies, This was her last week of heavy feeding. I have already decreased the nutes for the coming week and will probably start flushing her the week after. So that she should be finished by the end of the contest pretty much. Regardless of her age the rootball has shrunk only a little bit. I have also taken her out of the scrog to enable the canopy to open up further and allow more light penetration for the maturation of the buds. This worked actually very well, as the weight of the buds pull the plant open. Thanks for stepping by and until next week!

Day 53 has broken for the ladies, and I am very pleased with their progress. The buds are visibly getting stronger every day. A few brown leaf tips appeared, but at this stage I don’t care much for them. Overall, they still look very much alive. Day 57: Uppermost leaves are curling up. Could be they are saturated with light and I should reduce the lighting period a bit, could be that the water drop installment provided them with a bit too much water, although they don’t show any more fresh signs of over-watering or fertilisation. But I had to remove water that flooded the bottom of the tank … I’ll reduce their lighting period to 14 hours. Rest of the ladies looks very healthy so I don’t want to stress them too much. It would be better to raise the left light a bit but I cannot. So, although the label says they would grow taller, I can be glad they did not gain more height. Day 58: Buds are really getting massive, and they started to smell a bit more. They even gained 1 cm and tallest bud is now at 89. It’s a very sweet but deep odour, really enjoyable. Lady #2, while being a bit smaller, looks like being in winter. Sugar leaves are enormous on her. I added a detail photo from timelapse video showing some of the curled and slightly burnt leaves. They are not many, and damage does not seem to progress. Anyway, ladies are already late in the game and I am rather surprised they still look very healthy.

At the start of week 3 she wasn't quite as big as what I would have hoped for but it looks like she is staring to turn it up a notch, for now I will just continue watering when dry. Started LST on day 20. Sorry about lack of photos on day 21.

This week’s the last week of veg, flipping her today 😊. I stripped off most of the unnecessary fan leaves and did some LST to even out the canopy. Can’t wait to see that stretch kick in! :))

Was für ein toller Strain. Die Pflanze wuchs von Anfang an sehr stark. Sie brauchte wenig Nährstoffe und hat sich nach nur 4 Wochen Vegitationsphase sehr schnell entwickelt. 7 1/2 Wochen nach Umstellung auf 12/12 war sie für meinen Geschmack fertig. Sie ist voll von Trichomen und der Duft erobert innerhalb von Sekunden den Raum. Jetzt darf sie Trocknen und fermentieren. Sobald sie fertig ist gibt es einen Rauchbericht. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

Hi everyone 🤗 This week the two Kosher Tangie Kush were harvested by Amsterdam Genetics 😍. extremely good phenotypes. The blue cheese pheno 2 and 3 were placed in the darkroom according to the video. Small pot Do-si-Dos got chopped today (March 2) the buds are super frosty and sticky, but they are small and not very dense. Not much else to say, will update in 6-7 days with dry weight and smoke report.

Been a week now since the topping. Will let them recover for another week and then will do the second topping. #2 catched up with #1 and even seems to be surpassing #1 in growth. (Can be related to removing some roots of #1 last week) D29: Switched the nutrients for plain water with lowered PH to flush since the leafs are curling down which could be due too much nitrogen. Will put nutes back on day 31. D30: Used RQS bending clips to do some early Low stress training. Wanted to go for a mainlining technique but changed my mind eventually. Instead of mainlining I will do 2 toppings and LST to create 8 main cola’s per plant.

Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 6 2/9-15 The Cheese gals are in full flower, the buds are puffing out and stacking. I even see some lower buds connecting to the upper buds and some pistils are turning brown. There is some smell when I open the tent. The F1 genetics are reflected in that these 2 plants are almost identical. I don’t see much difference in their growth so far using the different mediums. Soil and soil/coco blend. Maybe harvest will show a difference in yield from each one. Time will tell. On 2/13 I did major defoliation on my Cheese gals. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have heard that 1) they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2) there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. Stretching has slowed down. Both girls grew only an inch and now 17 inches. This is only the end of flower week 2. Controller is set to flower. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back. She's starting to fatten up nicely! Terps still off the meter,and the roots are ridiculous. Definitely one of the best plants I've ever grown.

I joined Grow diaries late in my growing career... I wish I would have found this site sooner.. Enjoy! I personally enjoy growing mephisto genetics. I was very happy with the toof decay grow and end result. I ended up letting this cure for 2 months. It is number 2 in my book so far for my adventure with Mephisto seeds. Walter white is #1. I grew this in colder conditions through the winter of 2019. Super dense buds loaded trichs, very loud smell, and great appeal! I have more of these seeds so I will do a start to finish eventually. Such a good week, introduced bloom and the girls are taking off. Got a Mars hydro exhaust fan and carbon filter to help with the incoming smell, what you guys think? Am I doing alright for my first grow? Happy growing

Surf Purp Week 6 Flower The last week before flush. All nutrients apart from PK and sugars have been stopped. This brought the ppm/EC down, plus Remo Bloom was reduced slightly now they're not so hungry. With that being said I'm still using a lot more with this line than I'm used to. Only because the remo nutrients feeding chart lists them so strong, which I'm already a lot lower than. In future I'll try reducing them and see how they cope and perform, but that's just part of dialing it in to your own specific set up. Now that they're close to flush they're starting to get slightly more pale, with #2 and #4 showing some purpling too. This is because they are slowly coming to the end of their cycle, so they no longer need heavy feedings and are now eating less and beginning to cannibilise. They're all very frosty and giving off an insane amount of smell. At this point I'm more or less certain that #4 is a keeper, with the most unique terpene profile out of the 4 females. It smells like rotting candy/fruit with a lot of gas ⛽ it's also a close call between #1&2, as they're very similar to each other yet so different to #4. These two have the sweetest, most pungent smell of blueberries but with very slight differences between them that could change more throughout flush (and even after drying and curing). The keeper from these two will more than likely be decided after drying and curing. One or two of the main cola's on #4 are way too close to the light, with one top bud showing clear signs of burning. When you look closely, parts of the burns are brown as you would expect, and others are bleached white. These are both from heat and light damage, and aren't ideal. But, it's only the one bud on one plant so I'm not going to stress over it. In fact, she's smelling that incredible that you wouldn't even know! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🦊

Dia 134 y semana 6 de floración,ultimo dia de vida de las plantas. Este año ha sido un poco raro las plantas han crecido como monstruos tuvieron un crecimiento espectacular un tallo muy grande y junto con sus ramas flexibles y muy resistentes. Pero al llegar el engorde de floración no se porque les falto el empujon final para hinchar el cogollo, tiene muy buena pinta , mucha resina y muy fuerte buen olor pero me esperaba mas en la fase final. Cortamos ya que tambien habian orugas y no terminaba de eliminarlas por completo, la semana que viene era entera de lluvias así que decidi cortar un poco mas temprano para poder prevenir cualquier mal mayor, hay mucha gente que le gusta cortar antes de tiempo ya que el efecto es muy diferente, este año probaremos que tal.

So nothing has been done to these plants except a few toppings on all the branches so right now there should be like eight main colas and that's good enough for me I found one male out of the eight regular seeds from devil dog genetics. It was juicehead78 pheno number 1. So down to 11 plants. They're definitely in need of transplanting but I've been so busy with work and I also need to get more pro mix so hopefully this weekend I will be transplanting into 3 gallon pots. Amended with a 50/50 ratio of Gaia Green's All Purpose and power bloom. After transplanting I'm going to give them a week or more to chill and grow a bit more, then flip them. If they will still be needing another feeding in flower...I'm just going to top dress with a 80/20 ratio of power Bloom and all purpose. Thanks for checking in y'all!!
