welcome to 📅 Day 8 of flower 7/12/2021 they are growing very well and are drinking lots 10 gal a week I'm hoping that they stop the stretch and start to fatted up as I am running out of space lol. next update on thurs till then happy growing and as always keep your stick on the ice 🏒 I would like to say a few words about Mars Hydro. the TS 1000 is a great light and I love the fact that the power supply is capable of being separated from the light and located outside of the tent to keep the heat down. I also like the fact that you can control the light intensity and daisy chain with another light witch is what I plan on doing.

Mainlining is progressing nicely. The main stem was topped at the 3rd node, and each main branch was topped again at the 3rd node to build a clean and symmetrical manifold. I always wait until the branches have 5 nodes before topping, to make sure the plant is strong enough to handle the stress. This week I performed a selective defoliation and some light LST, only to guide the branches and keep everything level. I’m still deciding between 8 or 12 main colas, depending on how the plant continues to respond. In the video you can clearly see the before and after of defoliation and training 🌱💪

Because theyre a little bit slow in growth i consider another 2 weeks before i switch

All three girls are officially in bloom! 🌼 #2, our surprise LST candidate (thanks, fan 😅), has now also entered flowering, and is looking strong! #1 has shot up and is clearly the tallest in the tent, stretching like there’s no tomorrow. Meanwhile, #3 decided to skip the gym and focus on curves, she’s staying short but growing wide, even without any training 💪 Overall, everything is going smooth, healthy. Let’s see what these girls bring in the next few weeks!🌱

⭐ TrolMaster tracking ⭐ I started to track my crop during week 15, when I got the Tent-X TCS-1 by TrolMaster. First impression was: this is too professional for me, I can't handle setting it up and using it well. Then I started reading some posts on Instagram, I visited their site and in 5 minutes my cultivation experience took a huge step forward with disarming simplicity, I couldn't believe it. I have uploaded tracking videos from the TrolMaster app for each week from the 15th to the 19th, as well as the two weeks of drying stage. ⭐ Controller Chronicles ⭐ Day after day I appreciated the clarity and precision for data, access to all settings and instant readings by connecting a WIFI router to the controller's LAN port. I loved the possibility to dim my lamps remotely, or even automatically based on the temperature in the box! 🌱 GERMINATION (2 days) Seeds in a glass of EC 0.4 tap water for 10 hours, then in root riots and under the lamp. They sprouted after 48 hours from dry seed. 🌿 GROWING STAGE (10 weeks and half) I decided to give these plants a long vegetative growth and this allowed me to do a lot of training on both. Starting from the 4th veg week I started with defoliation sessions every two weeks, for a total of four during the entire vegetative phase. The last defoliation was done a couple of days before the switch, in order to allow the lower parts of the plant to get as much light as possible. Furthermore I did Topping on week 6, cutting the apical branch, then on week 8 I did Topping again on several sites, as well as SuperCropping on the highest branches to make the canopy uniform. The light cycle I used is 18/6 and the last two veg weeks I lowered the light hours to 16/8 first and 14/10 then. During the veg stage I made 4 DWC change, PH was always between 5.5 and 6, about EC I started with 0.6 and was 1.4 on the last veg week. 🌸 FLOWERING STAGE (9 weeks) I started this phase after 36 hours of darkness, I then changed the DWCs solution (adding a flowering stimulator). Then I mounted the ScrOG-net about 50 cm from the base of the plants and I wove the phenotype #1 through the net occupying at least 60% of the available space; the phenotype #2 stretched shortly after the switch and I used the net only to widen the central branches. They showed the pre-flowers two weeks after the switch, then I made two defoliations on week 3 and 5 flo. During the last four weeks of flowering (weeks 6-9) I simply paid attention to the PH-EC levels to provide the roots with optimal conditions. I then kept the TEMP-RH-VPD-PPFD values ​​under control and this also thanks to the Tent-X controller by TrolMaster which allows me to provide optimal conditions also above. I chopped them when trichomes were about 85% milky and 15% amber. During the flowering stage PH was always between 5.8 and 6.2, about EC I started with 2 and was 2.3 on the last week before flush. ✅ HARVEST - From dry seed to harvest: 140 days (2 days germination + 75 days veg + 63 days flo). - Chopped after 4 days flush and 48 hours in dark; - Wet trim, removed fan leaves. ✅ DRYING STAGE - Time: 14 days; - Average: 20° C - 50% RH. - After that I made a dry trim, removed branches and sugar leaves. ⚖️ DRY WEIGHT - Phenotype #1: 230 gr buds + 25 gr larf; - Phenotype #2: 105 gr buds + 50 gr larf. So, the overall dry weight is: 335 gr buds + 75 gr larf. ✅ CURING STAGE - Curing is done after 30 days with Boveda 62%.

DAY 24 // Everything is going well, we did the led a bit higher now, the one special kush I topped before the others is looking perfect. Removed her some leaves for better lightening darker areas tied down and we will see how the lst will work. Other strains been good, we will see when they will get lst.. DAY 28 // Week 4 is gonna end the girls looking pretty bushy. Scrog Planned next week.

The happiest day of planting is coming soon. That’s my first grow. I have never experienced before this time. I did it 😎. i made flushing at 26.1.2023. Chopping is coming next week.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2205 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged which usually takes roughly 24 hours. These seeds however didn't follow the rules and took their fine time to pop out their tap roots. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened ...waiting on the #2. 🧐 I was concerned that one of the seeds may fail as she took so long to germinate so I soaked two more as an insurance policy. Naturally, BOTH of the second set of seeds popped their tap roots within 24 hours. One of the first round seeds failed to germinate which left me with three viable seeds, one in a pellet already and two showing tap roots. I planted both of the second round seeds into the same peat pellet that I had previously soaked. 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #1 FBT #2205 and I anticipate seeing one or both of the second round poking their heads out real soon! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 4g Gronest pot. The second round seeds finally made an appearance and I decided to yank the smaller of the two keeping me from having to stress them when I separated them.... this will be Day One for the #2! She looks really healthy and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Some issues started to appear on the top leaves. I think this might be the CalMag problem everybody complains about sooner or later. Changed the water on the last day of this week and doubled the amount of CalMag supplement. Also I had to tie some of the lower branches up so they don't lean against the tent. Will definitely have to come up with something to keep the plants from falling over for the next run.

Runtz Auto Week 5 2/2-2-8 Runtz Automatic is in flower and are stretching like crazy. At the beginning of the week, she was 6 inches tall, Wed 9 and today 2/7 she is 15 inches tall. Doubled in height. I’ve moved the pins out to the edge of the pot. For future training, I must add some wires through the pot holes to keep the branches lower. I’ve spread the top out and a few limbs are taller than the others. I reduced nutrients in the feed solution since Runtz and Pink Rozay are showing some purples/blues in the leaves. I added Green Sensation this week then read the instructions said add in 4th week flower. Runtz Auto is supposed to be an 11 week flower from seed to harvest. If I wait till the 4th week, it will only be used for 2 maybe 3 weeks. Would that benefit the plant? So I think I will add some each time but a 25% strength. Calls for 4ml/g I will use 1ml. They are autos and I should be lowering the nutes anyway. Pinned more branches and lightly defoliatied. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/5 4 gal prep, each nutrient added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and Dill in the back. July 12, 28 days since flip Clones: So far all 3 remaining clones are growing well. Buds are really starting to form and getting a ton of pistals forming. Plants grew a little bit in the last week. Ended up doing another aggressive round of super cropping to keep them from burning up. Some of the colas are above the light so may add supplemental lighting but honestly so many bud sites I’m not concerned about getting a large enough sample. Began to notice some lower leaves dying and some spots on some upper leaves so top dressed both earth boxes with some craft blend, cow cal 24, big 6, some potassium and some epsom salts. Should make her nice and happy again. At this point going to flower for a few months and drop individual updates as the plants stand out Mothers and father: Didn’t end up topping like I said I was going to last week so going to top this week. Just trying to stunt them a bit so they don’t get too large. No major updates other than this God bless!
