April 24, day 35, the plant continues to widen with the LST I am performing, and has nice healthy growth. Lots of branching, but the early stages of the flowering stretch is opening the plant up a little. I switched from a transition nutrient profile to an early blooming profile, as there are a few pistils popping out here and there on the plant. My guess is that there will be another week or so of growth/stretch so I am hoping to get the plant significantly larger. April 25, day 36, I raised the light by 5 inches. I should have realized earlier but I was chronically running the light a little too close this run which likely contributed to the stocky tight growth. I figured that if my brightness was not exceeding sunlight and I was not noticing leaf issues it would be fine. However, measuring the ppfd at a 15 inch hang height showed readings of 750+ at the edges and 1000 at the center. This amount is just not helpful for the plants structure even if it is growing vigorously. I raised the lighting to 20 inches which brought the ppfd to 650 at the edges and 850 at the center which is right where I want it. I am not otherwise touching the plant today, but will prune and perform some LST tomorrow. April 26 Day 37, just letting it grow. April 27 Day 38, did some training and pruning of the growth. The Euforia's transition to flowering has been slow, but the growth and vigour of the plant has stayed strong so at least it's giving me the time to fill up the tent. It's taking up just shy of 4sqft of growing space, so by the time time the flowering stretch finishes I am hoping to have growth close to all corners of the tent. So far I have been successful keeping the growth low, as this tent is very tight in its height. April 29, day 40, just letting it grow. April 30, day 41, switched watering to 3x daily 20 second intervals. The leaf tips are not showing any signs of burn, so so far so good. Took a few leaves off to expose the preflowers as needed.

Strong genetics, resistant, fast enough, easy to grow and never pretentious. I will try further training techniques on this strain, while waiting to make more room in the box to plant the Red hot cookie as well. If you like sweet flavors and fragrant plants this is definitely for you! This smell ... sweet, very sweet, like sweets, lemon smell slightly noticeable at the very beginning, but when you touched her... on your fingers start to appear sticky and rich smell of juicy lemon. It is unbelievable that my babie can smell and look so great. I just can't wait... :D

Hey everyone Slow and steady, she is getting a little thicker but not sure overall what she is going to produce. I’m just happy she grew and has been healthy besides the stress in the beginning.

Really don’t have much to say been a real easy grow even tho temps been getting in mid to high 80’s lately I got a jewelers jewel think it’s cheap cause it’s 10X can’t really see the trichomes to well I seen some amber but I’m sure if it’s not cut down this week may23rd it will definitely be cut next around May 27thish

I had to give her another defoliation it was way too bushy inside the plant and on top. This week i also poured a full bucket trough the coco so old salts are gone and she got fresh nutes all over the roots with 1200ppm Now the weight will come

Einen wunderschönen guten Tag, liebe Grow-Community, und herzlich willkommen zur 14. Woche meines kleinen Outdoorprojekts! Diese letzte Woche ging es den Damen an den Kragen … Da die Kleinen in letzter Zeit doch ordentlich an Pflanzenmasse zugelegt hatten und das Wetter in Kombination mit zu dichtem Blattwerk ein erhöhtes Pilzrisiko birgt, habe ich mir die Schere geschnappt und die Pflänzchen ordentlich ausgedünnt. Ich bin hierbei relativ radikal vorgegangen (nach dem Prinzip „Viel hilft viel“). Das hat mehrere Gründe: Einerseits bin ich kein Fan von diesen ganzen Popcornnug-Geschichten (sowohl qualitativ als auch vom Trimaufwand her). Ich stelle die Qualität immer über die Quantität und so gewährleiste ich, dass die Haupttriebe die gesamte Energie erhalten und optimal performen können. Des Weiteren gewährte ich so eine deutlich bessere Luftzirkulation und vermeide ein unnötiges Überlappen der Blätter, welche wiederum Kondenswasser einfangen und somit ein optimales Klima für Pathogene bilden. Und last but not least darf ich ja eh nur meine 50 g/Person ernten.😇 Beim sogenannten „Lollipopping“ verwende ich eine frisch sterilisierte Schere, welche ich nach jeder Pflanze neu reinige, um eine mögliche Kreuzkontaminierung zu vermeiden. Vor diesem Eingriff habe ich den Pflanzen noch eine Stärkung verabreicht, um sie auf den kommenden abiotischen Stress (nicht durch Lebewesen erzeugter Stress) vorzubereiten. Hier kam wieder mein noch nicht so altbewährter Biostimulator ins Spiel. Dieses Mal allerdings in Kombination mit einem Komposttee. Dieser hat den Vorteil, dass er den Gasaustausch der Pflanze fördert (,,ein lebenswichtiger Prozess, bei dem Sauerstoff (O₂), Kohlenstoffdioxid (CO₂) und Wasserdampf mit der Umgebung ausgetauscht werden“), indem sich die Mikroorganismen um die Spaltöffnung (Stomata) ansiedeln und diese sich schneller öffnet und schließt. Wichtig ist hierbei noch zu erwähnen, dass sich die meisten Stomata auf der Blattunterseite befinden, diese also ebenfalls besprüht werden sollte. Und da wir Bakterien ausbringen, ist es von Bedeutung, mit großen Tropfen und wenig Druck zu arbeiten und die Pflanze möglichst nass zu machen. Jetzt hoffe ich nur noch, dass das Wetter wieder mitspielt und wir gesund und vital in die Blüte übergehen können. Und zum Schluss noch das altgewohnte Gequengel: Grow Diaries hat mir aus irgendwelchen Gründen meine Views gedrittelt (vielleicht wegen der Kritik im letzten Bericht)😁. Tag 68: Noch eine Woche bis zur Ernte. Zum Glück. Die Blätter sehen auch echt nicht mehr gut aus. Vermutlich war ich beim ph wert einstellen noch zur vorsichtig, und er war noch etwas zu hoch?!? Ich traue mich immer nicht soviel von Säure zum senken rein zu machen 😬

Final flush this week and start the ripen feed

Coming in a day early this week because tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Plants are growing nicely, pistils and colors and frost, all good stuff happening. None of the colas are fat and solid like a pinecone yet, but we're on track for a nice harvest. I'm thinking 4 more weeks.

02 October 2018 - Day 99 3rd day of flush and we see her begin to grow nicely. Day 100 - Happy lady as she gets densier and begins to really smell. Day 101 - She is maturing lovely. Day 102 - Orange pistols curl. She is on her way. Day 103 - Mature and ready. has thickened up significantly. Day 104 - Water topped up and pH balanced 5.4 Day 105 - Trimmed after the video.

Started off germinating the Grapefruit and taproots showing at 05/06, planted directly into an Eazyplug cube w/10 L fabric pot + Freedom Farms seed starter. Red clovers were germinated the same time and thrown directly into the soil mix, those germinated and sprouted within ~7days for Nitrogen fixation into the soil. Had a G13 Labs Berry Auto which unfortunately has gone up to day 11 now with incredibly slow growth, might have been error on my part with a bit too much water + humidity. Sadly had to pull the small girl out since there was evidence of stress + damping off as the root j-rooted and then died after trying to correct this minor issue. Don't think I'll buy G13 seeds soon considering the Grapefruit had 0 issues despite germination being slightly slower than the Berry. The giant mycelium bag is a Co2 generator with some Shiitake mushroom culture pre-inoculated and colonized. Broke the substrate up a bit by squeezing the bag today so the mycelium fruit has more space to colonize in. :)

So this round I just lollipopped and didn’t strip the top at all, with better veg next round it’ll work better but I’m having issues with some plants not quite trellised how I’d like. Everything smells great, BCS,BD and WM are getting fat and PKB is frosty and tight. Watering is more of a chore than I’d like I think I’m just going to use some 5s for the next round . Great week overall. Slight water stress is to be reported, with the substrate slightly lacking retention. This requires increased vigilance, but the canopy has homogenized well. Always a rather massive plant, I would say indica/ruderalis. I'm also going to have a trunk cleaning. I'll see during the week if I defoliate the plant. I have to admit that it's frustrating not to see here a plant with the same structure as mine. I'm going a bit blind, but then it's still a serious first experience!
