They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. A couple more weeks and we will have the final cured and dried weight. More photos and movies will follow, this is where we are so far!! Big hug, lots of love and take care! ***UPDATE*** The final weigh-in is ready. I hadn't seen them in a week, because of my vacation. The humidifier I set up, had failed. So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! Summary: Cost of setup: 850 euro Cost of nutrients and soil: 125 euro Cost of seeds: None they were cloned Cost of power: 150 euros in the power bill Total cost: 1125,-- for setup and this run. I smoke for medical reasons and it's used for ritual and healing purposes, never to be sold, as it loses its magical properties. Should I have to buy Gelato of this quality at the dispensary that I frequent, it would cost me at least € 15,-- per gram. 246 x 15 = 3690 euros. also, 49 car rides of 25 miles there and back, 250 euros in gas saved. Perfect strain. 5 gelato's grew in 3gal pot. The ones that been lst took a week to 3 week more than the ones that grew naturally. #4 did lst given 47dry g. #2 grew naturally and give 40 dry g. Overall 204 dry g out of 5 gelato's.

Day 36. topping for seven branches. Day 38. Water with 2L nutrients mix. Day 39. does super cropping for four brunches. Day 40. Switch to 12/12h

Day 58, 7th of November 2020: The 6th day since the lamp switched to be 12/12. I raised up the nutrition intake as it can be seen above only the BioBizz family 2ml/l and removed some LST because the plants remain in shape or just set a bit but nothing significant.... They look good and strech is on the way..... These Original Sensible ones are having really nice smell :) Nothing really to report there is crazy 2-3 weeks from now ;)

Starting week 7 of Flower finds me planning the next 6, including scheduling a Flush and Tapering the Nutrients off in the next month. - ReStaked a few branches for even spacing & At the End of last week I top-dressed both pots with fresh Soil n Sand. -fresh material at play and the plants are using a lot of water. -able to feel when the big pots are drier and ready for water, by lifting one-end regularly. Just to gauge weight... it’s working. This grow has me trying to establish a much bigger root-ball; re 15 gal pots / 16 litre feeds ... I’ve laughed at some of the previous ones. Feb 2nd, Buds are touching, conditions are being changed slowly mid-flower & hoping they get real chubby in the coming weeks. With the constant reminders that quality grows take longer to mature in Flower than the literature usually states; my plan is to Flush sometime during week 10 (month end) - Three weeks to make it count. Trichomes to dictate Feb 4, - getting my head around htf I’m going to flush this pair in 3+ weeks. Low ceiling+tall sink+tall plant. Feb6 - slight reduction in Calimag and the next feed will see rapidstart reduced as well. Small moves but in the right direction. - tonight is a scheduled feed. Volumes have been big over the last 3 weeks and I am deciding to give the plants an extra couple days without Water, to make sure it is on the dry side as we enter the 2nd half of flower. Feb 7th - the UV-B light just might be having an impact on the buds of the R plant. There are a number of buds that are becoming obviously covered in Resin Glands. - used a moisture meter, the bottom of both pots is a bit wet. Patience wins... This is the plant that physically is still ~ 10 days behind the L plant. just an observation... As this week wraps-up, my plans for next week are to reduce the light cycle by 30 min to 11.5 hrs lite per day. And to drop the humidity another 2%. But that’s for next week. All is going strong at this point, Buds are filling out, smell at the door of the tent is obvious; earthy & dank. Up close from touching a bud it explodes of a Citrus smell. That’s the best description so far Feb 9th, almost a week since last water/nutes, tonight is a green light. Actually felt the pot lighter. Moisture Meter agreed. 17L later ... - balanced the branches / supports and found a good fit between the two pots under the one light. -adding more fresh air to the tent also helped drop the RH a bit. Ready for this transition. - A dry week in reality, cannot wait to see the changes next week after this last, big Max nutrient feed. ** bottom leaves had just began to droop as I watering the plant. Did manage to take it close to the edge mid-way through flower, now it’s Hungry at a critical time. Come on week 8

She really stretched and started showing her color. She got fed (2/4 tbsp Dr Earth/Flower Girl) and topped with mushroom compost. Just trying to keep up with the watering as she has been thirsty.

Lemon cherry cookies has grown really well in the Agrogardens nutrition, under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. I did not have any major issues during the grow. The buds have a slight purple hue to them. She has a strong sweet but sour cherry and citrus aroma. She was a good grow. Looking nearly ready smells amazing had a heave bud snap yesterday well 2 saved one one came of more than likely will harvest next week as this is the last week 👍😎💪

Tops have grown above other foliage I may have experienced a slight burn with nutes but nothing too noticable Im going to flush today since she is officially flowering want a clean start, then resume feeding about two to three days from now.
