Both plants are really surprising me. Good genetics. They had a horrible veg, in wrong soil, and these girl are frosty, dank, and chunky (1of2). I'd like to grow this again properly. Day 54 This girl is done! Took a few microscope peeps toward the middle and I see about 40% amber trichomes. Chopping tonight! Gotta check the other one (Christmas Tree). Hoping she has a few weeks left to bulk up, I don't know if she's worth trimming and I hope it's not a male! A few hours later... Checked trichomes on several spots of the bud and we have 50/50 clear to cloudy. Needs another few weeks.

Hi guys! Here we are again, closing report for week 12, or 8 of flowering, as you prefer. This was a great week! I'm super happy in first place, to be home again, and that gives me much more time to look after the plants, the conditions, and really take great care of the grow. All the 5 plants had great development in their bud production and amounts. The grow tent looks small for this 5 girls and now they're struggling a little with the space. About the feedings: I started flushing already. Might be early for many, but I don't see the need for more nutrients when the plants are looking so nice, and I'm also satisfied with it, so now just water until the end. Curiously, the 2 shortest ones are showing signs og being ready very soon as you can see in the close up shots and video. I might give it another week and will chop them both around december 13/14 The remaining 3 ones... they're still work in progress, growing enormously big for my expectations, and filling up the empty spaces with sweet, fruity and tropical aromas in the room. Damn it smells nice when you open that grow room. So yeah, basically now she's just finishing up, drinking water at 6.3 to 6.5PH max, 28 to 38ppm, the temps are good, 18 with lights off, 27 lights on... The only 'issue' this week it turning the plants a bit because they're bending with the weight. Besides that, all good. This happy grower is done for this week, let's see what week 13 will bring us. Stopped using chemical nutrients and will only be using Gaia Green power bloom to top dress the soil for the remainder of the grow. This plant will most likely be a monster. Im sure it will yield a lot.

Added video on may 16 for a good look May 11 We are now almost at the end and I must say it sparkles more than anything else I have had so far I specifically took photos and the video using only the light from my phone. Despite the burn marks, she's a real sight to behold. She makes it difficult for me to take photos with a flash because she's covered in trichomes that simply bounce the light back. The buds look great and healthy and are now in their final stages of ripening. I hope everyone enjoyed this cup. I've been through thick and thin with this plant, and I really enjoyed it.Regardless of whether I win the cup or not, I'm already a winner with this beautiful plant. The girls have been doing great this week ❤️ lots of fattening and stacking. They are giving off a greasy kerosene smell mixed with sandalwood at the moment and are stinking up my house whenever the tent is open. I have had to run my exhaust fan at level 10 for the past 2 weeks so that the smells aren’t overwhelming when you walk in. Temps have been consistent, and I haven’t had the need for added humidity, it’s been steady around 55-60% I have turned the fans up to ensure good airflow, hopefully we can just ride her out to some fat colas !

Day 99: New Week We've decided against using additional nutrients and have completely stopped fertilizing. The light cycle has been reduced to 11 hours, and we're already starting to give them cooler water. Starting Monday, I will be watering with ice water to stress the plants further, aiming for higher yield, more terpenes, and increased frost. The adjustment to the light cycle should also help the plants ripen evenly. The lights are hanging about 20 cm above the buds, which are getting thicker every day, soaking up the light intensely. In about a week, most of the plants should be ready for harvest. We plan to stop watering them for about 100 hours before harvest. During this period, I'll place ice cubes on the soil to shock the roots one last time. 48 hours before harvest, I will turn off the lights, giving the plants two days of darkness. After this period, the plants will be cut and hung to dry.

2018-03-13 Week 11 Day 1 As I mentioned last week, the girls are growing like crazy since I changed to 600W HPS,and even though they haven't grown so much higher, they are definetly wider because of LST. My growroom is only about 1.8m2, so now the girls are so wide that there's not enough space for them to get wider, so now I will let them stretch. Nr 1 is 44 cm Nr 2 is 39 cm 2018-03-14 Day 2 I LST'd the girls one last time and also defoliated them mildly so all the tops get as much light as possible,hopefully increasing the yield in the end. I also turn the girls 1/4 lap every day to ensure that all sides of them get as much exposure to light as possible, it would've been great to have some kind of turntable that turns the girls 1 lap in 12 hours,, but until I find out a device that does just that,I'll keep on doing ti manually. 23.08 The Drainmaster moved into the tent to control the drain. Defoliated and lollipopped them.

The little plant have recovered pretty well as far as I can tell... They still look a bit wrecked but this is due what they have lived through I think... Hope they have a better time ahead :) UPDATE: one of the plants seems to have fallen (eg autobended herself) to the ground but is still looking good to me... I just let her be and see what happens :)

Dam! Where do I start? Firstly I started to get yellow leaves. Secondly I also seem to have stunted the growth. The yellow leaves were due to lack of oxygen. I am using coco soil and I did not realise that the soil can hold up to six times more water than normal soil so that caused a few issues. I also managed to cut the roots when I transferred the plants to new pots. This has also delayed the growth. I think I have managed to get it in time and everything seems to be going OK but I feel the next 2 weeks will be the big tell. I expected the babies to be fuller and taller but hey! I make the mistakes so you don't have to lol. I've no real questions to ask because I think I solved the issue with the help of a fellow grower and a bit of research.

I grew in cold , the max temperature was 20 celcius day and 14 at night.

- It's Wednesday, so that means it's haircut day. 😁 Not a moment too soon, she was getting shaggy really fast. Anyhow, she's in the bigger tent for the moment while I sort out seedlings in the smaller tent, but I'll move her back in another week or two once she's ready for the trellis.

After defoliating both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants after week 11 they now develop more and amore flower clusters, since the light can penetrate deeper int the canopy now. The plants are producing trichomes like crazy, even the bigger sugar leaves are covered in them! VERY FROSTY PLANTS! The flower clusters clearly form colas now along all side branches and both plants fill up nicely. The smell is now strong and sweet with a clear peach aroma to it, it makes me smile every time I look into the tent. The plants love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and are getting the recommended dose every watering.
