The plant developed an excellent structure with well-spaced branches and very good light penetration, resulting in evenly matured buds. The flush clearly paid off, as the aroma intensified significantly toward harvest and the flowers developed a clean, strong terpene profile. Bud density is impressive, with tight, heavy flowers showing great resin coverage and a visually striking finish.

Had a bit of a cat-tastrophy this week. I left my tent open to go and fill a bucket of water, came back and zipped it up. What I didn't know is that the cat got in. Not 5 minutes later I can hear all sorts of shit moving around so I came in to find I had zipped him and and he went bonkers and bent almost every branch on the Skunk. So I had to do emergency tie jobs, but I ended up losing 2 medium colas and 1 small one. Could have been much worse if the skrog net wasn't there to stop them from snapping. Injuries look like bent plastic straws, so I'm going to be watching her closely to see if she herms from that massive amount of stress. Some of the pics have cat hair in them, thank the little brat. Anyway, Skunk is a 45-50 day finisher so I'm going another week and then she gets the chop. Lots of microscope videos today and finally found an amoeba. Also something moving in an egg...what is it? That's at 400x so I think it's a nematode egg based on what I found online. If you look closely at the super zoomed in trichome shot, you can see the reflections of other trichomes...just fucking epic.👏 All the food stops now, too much in the soil for her to start senescence. Nothing but water and FFJ now. New pistils are still coming in so who knows, maybe she'll keep going a few more weeks.

I figured nothing could go wrong with 50% amber / 50% milky trichomes. Harvest day, Medical Mass: Huge buds and no traumas but got bud rot because of too high temps. The best I've ever smoked. Harvest day, Pineapplex Express: Got an early trauma when transplanting but handled it beautifully. Potent smoke. Pretty satisfied for a first grow, and I have a lot of changes for my 2nd grow!

Start of flushing for the blueberries, both blueberry plants have very heavy, sticky, stank buds, I'm looking forward to harvesting these beauties! Start of the last week of nutes for the super lemon haze, she has packed in the weight, buds have filled out nicely and stickier than the blueberries. She's still hungrier than the Blueberries, taking an extra 2 liters of feed each week. If the trichomes are showing cloudiness by day 5 of this week, I'll flush her early.

The veg cycle was shorter than i usually like to have a plant go through, due to time restrictions for the Bubba Cheesecake Diary grow-off, but it still did fantastic in my mind! Three months in veg under high-octane light and 11 1/2 weeks in flower have let this plant turn into a dreadlocked group of nugs. Three main colas, but lots of burnable flower to enjoy once the dry is finished. I did a light LST with a decent amount of defoliation throughout the plant's life. I like to open up the middle area of the plant and let as much light as possible hit as many branch and potential flower nodes as possible. This way, i don't need to lollipop as many branches and as much foliage as i would if i didn't do this. Plus, the candelabra look is b-e-a-Utiful, in my opinion. Light intensity through veg ranged from 40% as a fresh seedling to around 55% the week before i put it into the bloom room. Once it was in the bloom room, the intensity was set at 50% for the first couple weeks to allow for a decent stretch. After that, i think i recorded the light intensity in my diary notes for each week. But, just in case i didn't, I bumped up the intensity by a few percent every 3 days until i hit 100%. Once i got to MAXIMUM POWER, i left it there until harvest. Water was natural well water that tests out at 7 pH. I always added BuildABloom to the water, never the soil, when i used it. Same with Dr. Earth's 1-2-1 tea concentrate. Other than those instances, it was just straight water that i was giving to the plant. Grow rooms are both about 4'x8'. This week I've been pulling the top fan leaves to stop the plant growing taller and to allow the side branches to catch up. I also started feeding them. I will probably repot and switch to flower next week now they've all outgrown their mutations.

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement.
