Disconnected from autopots due to overwatering symptoms. Some leaf edges curling up so I am also suspecting on heat/light stress. Went forward with LST on both plants.

04/28 - Seeing a nice amount of stretch, don't think i'll have a problem with height, but they're bushy. Waiting another week to see what I'll prune off before bud starts stacking.

Looked to be showing a bit of magnesium defencity so I gave them both some Epsom salts to supplement the Gaia Green and other fertilizers in the mix. I always find gaia green needs a bit of a magnesium boost. I placed the 2 seeds in a damp paper towel and placed it into a closed Tupperware. The tupperware was placed in my stereo cabinet (warmest place I could find) and less than a day taps roots were showing. I then placed them in my humidity dome and within 18hrs I had roots sprouting thru the bottom of the sponge. This has been the best start I have yet to have. I also built a new RDWC system with waterfalls to veg and flower these two in. I have photos and video above on the new tent setup. I have it running with just regular tap water until the seedlings are ready to go in. I have also installed a 90gpd RO system (APEC brand) under my kitchen sink. The water comes out 5.8ph and 7ppm. I will be using this RO water thru the entire grow with some Cal-mag of course. The system holds about 25 gallons total of water. The main res is 17 gallons and the two buckets are 5 gallons. I will no longer be using air stones. I have a recirculating pump in the main res, waterfalls in the buckets and of course the main pump running the whole system. Should be plenty of air for the roots. I used 2 in return pipes in the hopes of avoiding roots clogging the pipes. I scrogged last time but I'm not sure I will be going that route. I might just top and train. I will be doing a major defoliation on one and just simple trimming on the other. I am trying to find out if the risks of stressing the plant are worth the returns. Well wish me luck....and away we go. Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.

Last vegetation week. Last week I’ve traveled through three days, but they didn’t feel nothing bad, good. They are healthy, but on northern lights one, some leaves have brown points. I think that this may be magnesium loss, cause I was storing water and it was pretty neutral (pH around 7). Not storing water anymore, and now I am preparing her food daily. Should this dangerous? Let’s see. Daiquiri Limes ones have no brow points and are touching and escaping from the scrog every day. Just putting down of the scrog the big leaves. Update: Day 33: it’s possoble to see pistols on both Sativas. Are they starting to bloom?

Day 72: 600W LED, 18 hours on 6 hours off the same with ventilation. Ferilization is the same. Water intake also remains the same 200ml per day. Humidity approx 35 percent. Day 74: She needs a bit more time to be done like 2 weeks from now.

Que pasa familia, ya estamos aquí para actualizar la 3 semana de floración y es que la vaina se pone interesante, están cogiendo unos tonos. No os e comentado creo pero hasta ahora hay 2 armarios, uno con 100w y otro con 150w en el de 100w hay 4 red cookies gelato en 7L.y en el de 150w hay 5 ejemplares de red cookies gelato en 15L de maceta. El cual en donde practique el crooping fue en el de 150w , que veréis todos los céntrales partidos . Hasta ahora alimentado total con bases de advanced nutrients más big bud y bud candy. E tenido algún problemita en la sala con las humedades que pronto estará solucionado aunque no fue mucho hay que decirlo todo. ( máximas en interior de 70 % en pico alto…) eso está mal así que la solución es un deshumidificador potente y a seguir. Hasta aquí todo espero que disfrutéis con los diarios y buenos humos 💨💨💨
