Day 43. After many thoughts what have changed since week 4 or 5, i think i found whom to blame. The only variance both tent got - molasses. I bought new brand for me and it worked wrong. Later i found same companies canna version of molasses, but i still will avoid that company in my gardens. Gave both tent epsom salt with 6.2 phed water, next watering they got Ecothrive Biosys Instant Microbe Tea, again 6.2 ph. Was checking run of, ppm is lower than in, ph 6.2 in , 6.4 out, but my normal ph for watering is 6.5-6.6, so it kinda explains swing. Everything else is just fine ! Tallest Kush on two weeks water diet before chop. She will fall first. Day 45. Tallest Kush is having water from now, till New Years morning chop. Smallest Kush still packing, Middle Kush will be lanky, airy, but a lot of nuggy nugs ;))) Girls smells undescribetly well ;))) Will push other girls till end of week 9 at least ! Could not hold it, i want to try it out, something deep inside of me whispers, thats the highway to youth memories, do it, do it NOW !!!! ;)))))) 24 hours on heater, harsh taste, but i think it worth the sin. 5 week veg was too long IMO for the size of pots...8 week flowering but she changes rather quickly...nothing really and then boom a see of orange...wonderful tricoms...broke 2 plants down and hung for 6 days the other 2 got hung whole for 10...all is jarred up and curing and cant wait to taste her full potential...took a sample bud but speed drying does no justice to taste and strenght any how the ash was light gray to almost white so 2 weeks of just water seemed to do the trick but we will see...

Morning of day 14- tops look dry but it’s just the very surface. They took a little longer than I wanted to dry out. The weather has been cold windy and rainy, not much sun lately, and we are still about a month away from our potential last frost date. Farmer’s Almanac says last frost date is May 30th or something crazy, even though the days are normally rather warm by now. I haven’t fed as of Day 14 because they are not dry enough, there is plenty of amendments in the pot, especially towards the bottom, except I will still spoon feed a little bit. I just rehydrated the tops as they were really dry at least 1-2 inches of the tops were dry, but the bottoms are still plenty wet, so with clean water in a spray bottle, I just lightly rehydrated the top a lil, so I might be feeding tomorrow for day 15, but I don’t know yet. Keeping the tent around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and only about 25-30% RH. This helps me compensate for the lack of heat provided by the LEDs and help the plants adapt to a higher water demand. I haven’t seen the low humidity effect the seedlings, intact all the plants that grow outside in the hot bone dry climate LOVE IT! They were praising all last year. So to help keep me away from damping issues and to better prepare the little ones for the outdoors, I’m trying to match a hot and dry environment in the tent. With VPD levels way up in the red, I have yet to experience a negative impact. I have damped off enough plants in my life, it’s a lot harder for me in 60-70%RH to water the plants and get them to dry out fast enough in the tent with cold LEDs.

Trying to keep the conditions steady. The seem to be growing faster, they really like the fertilizer. All 3 have 4 nodes, but the bottom true leaves seem to be dying. Might have been inappropriate ph earlier. Day 25: The plants started to smell, although it’s weak Day 28: The fifth node is developing nicely. I think I’ll top them soon, maybe except the little one. It doesn’t seem to be growing well so far.

Purple Punch Auto gibt Vollgas. Krasser Stretch, sehr durstig. Ich habe Verfärbungen in den Blättern entdeckt. Chlorosen? Insgesamt sieht sie weiterhin fit aus. Ich versuche ein sanftes Spülen gegen eine evtl. Versalzung. Später stellt sich heraus, dass das wahrscheinlich geholfen hat.

She had small defoliation as to battle humidity but she is very happy looking off to 12/12 now and go from there

Strawberry Amnesia is growing well. She is looking like she will be a shorter plant in the long run. I did some light defoliation on her. Beside that I have not done nothing to her this last week. Everything is looking good. Compare the airpot roots versus the normal pots. No root circling. and the plant is bigger although that might be genetic. Perhaps it is due to the roots being able to get more oxygen Transplanted late in week 3 into bigger pots,,, just water, no nutrients

Tropicana flowers 🌞☀️🌤️🌦️🌧️ Plant is 15 cm high because of low stress training. The length is 31 cm. Day 36: Sun is shining, 15-23 degrees, high humidity. Tropicana gets two liters of pure rainwater. Spend the day in my veggie garden working. In the evening I brought some 🐞for Tropicana because I spottet a few lice. My mood changes drastically as I find spider mites eggs, first and second stadium. Don‘t overthink that and decide to defoliate the plant immediately. I prepare a tee out of the leaves which brings fast relaxation. My mood is much better now. Day 37 In the morning with better light I find more spider mites and decide to wash the plant with rainwater. Can‘t find after any more of these little killer dwarfs. I decide to bring more beetles and check the leafs more often. Temperature is felling under 20 degrees, it‘s raining and the humidity is 87%. Day 38 In the early morning I couldn‘t find any mites on Tropicana. Got to continue controlling this in the next weeks regular. I‘m sure they are still there somewhere hidden in a dark spot. 🌦️ 13 - 21 degrees and humidity is around 60-70%. Day 39 🌦️🌧️ Very rainy day. Just let Tropicana enjoy life and tie down the top one more time. 🐞 stay since some days. One on every plant. I think the mites are a result of their start inside and no hygiene at all. Have the same with my peppers some years. 14 - 21 degrees, humidity around 84% Day 40 🌧️☁️🌤️☀️15 degrees, humidity 83% We listen to Roots Reggae, Tropicana is happy and quite busy with producing new roots, I guess. Don‘t understand when to stop low stress training. I think it’s enough now. She needs a rest. Day 41 🌧️⛈️🌧️🌧️ 15 - 19 degrees, humidity up to 89% We had rainfall today around 65 liters of water. I collected enough of it for the next weeks. Day 42 ☀️ 6 - 23 degrees. Humidity is falling. Tropicana enjoys the morning sun while she drinks and drinks and drinks…. Coffee. 😅

Week 6 went well the girls are doing nicely, getting harder to take pics now. pH is decreasing in the root zone below 5.5 I’ve been feeding at 6.0 to raise it, but doesn’t seem to be helping. pH pen is calibrated so I’m going to flush Tomorrow to bring it to 5.7 crowding is becoming an issue, I’m using yo-yos to help support and pull away from each other. I’ve been removing the odd leaf to uncover flowers. All in all I am looking forward to harvest in a few weeks.

Photos take a ton of time, and really leaning into the autos now. I've harvested two auto flower grows in the time it took to flower these girls. overall the end result was really good, but not sure if it's worth all the extra time and resources. Time will tell when the buds cure up! Really loved both of these phenos!

This was a hell of a journey and I leanred so much along the way. Really impressed with the outcome and how forgiving this strain was for a novice grower. The spark that started me on this journey has sure as shit turned into a flame.

Still in the HPS tent but now they are under the LED again and doing pretty well as the roots are filling the pots out they are eating faster. Did a couple foliar feeds with the Growzyme at less than 1 ML/Gal which they seem to like. Hoping to get a little more vertical growth before they kick into flower. Also been doing some bottom feeding which I have been experimenting with a little bit. It seems to increase rate of growth and the plants seem a little happier when I do a few feeds like that in a row.
