Beginning of week 3 of flowering and plants are slowing there stretch down. I decided to let them come up into the second screen about a foot above the first screen. Second screen holes are twice as big as the first layer screen and is primarily to support the colas later in flowering. I stripped all the growth below the first screen so the plants won’t waste there energy on these lower beaches with no light under the canopy. I will be removing a few of the larger guard leaves later in the week on the top of the canopy to let light in to the lower shouts ready to come up, but not until after the plants recovers for a day or 2 from the bottom stripping. Smell is starting to ramp up, can really notice it strong when you open the tent now.

New week, The plants have been moved and the lighting cycle adjusted to finish flowering. Lots of surprises with the free seeds and even the ones I bought. The autoflowering ones are all different; it's a real mixed bag. I still have a few autoflowering seeds to grow, and then it's time for feminized seeds and crossbreeding varieties for my own creations...

Well what can I say they plumped up this week and they are getting large but more purple as well the bottom the nugs hidden from light are still very very hairy and sticky as hell just so puffy and very plump this week I will be adding the 2 week pure K supplement it Is a green planet supplement called dense it makes buds dense and compact then 1 week of flush

Here we are at the harvest of one of the masterpieces of the season, Ghost Train Haze Automatic by Zamnesia. ** We remind everyone that we have grown two plants per strain, one without the aid of any technique and the other instead worked with the techniques described below. Technique used // The plant was worked with the MAINLINING technique, particularly successful in this case because the plant with a wide internodal distance put a lot of body until it swelled like a pig. Better with the techniques or normal? It is a plant with a high distance between internodes, the Mainling was truly perfect. This time I am strong for the main lined plant. You can watch plant and I believe it will think the same This is another confirmation that MAINLINING on AUTOFLOWERING in my opinion is only indicated in plants with medium-high internodal distance. This is a real monster not usual for soil in 11 lt pot. Flower quality // The flowers are impressive, the classic haze shape is very long, some are really hard and heavy, I'm not crazy about the taste but by definition the pure haze taste is not among my super favorites but I love it anyway. Week 5 already of Guava. She finally reached a good size and the first pistils started to show. Very excited about her stretching and the growth in the next weeks. Had some aphids this week, but spotted them early and could just remove them (about five or six only). So far no new are visible, but will watch closely.

10 weeks / 70 days old today. Buds are all a bit fatter and a bit frostier this week! They glisten in the light and and are well and truly coated. Noticed a few leaves with brown spots this week and after reading up I decided it could be a calcium deficiency. Gave a cal mag feed and monitored and no more brown spots have appeared. We’re pretty close to the finish line now so not sure I’ve done the right thing or whether I should just let it be. Few more old leaves at the bottom started to yellow so chopped them. Some trichomes are starting to turn milky but majority are still clear. Haven’t bothered with a picture because it’s so hard to get a clear one. Still taking up lots of water and giving 3ml of bloom nutrients in every water. Been reading lots about flushing and I’m not sure whether to do it. Read lots that say if it’s cured properly then there isn’t any difference to the taste. I think half the battle is knowing when to do it. How does a beginner know when you’ve got 2 weeks left?! Been tempted to chop off the popcorn buds and so glad I didn’t. I put some bulbs lower down to give them plenty of light and they’re fattening up pretty well. Bit worried again about the space issue. Lots of new pistils have sprouted and most are around the top buds. Read that it could be foxtailing due to light stress but could also just be buds fattening out and having a last try at pollinating 🤷🏻‍♀️ who knows! Overall another exciting week getting closer to the finish. Booked our summer holiday for August and trying to decide whether to start a new grow when these finish. there’s a risk they might not be done in time but I’m desperate to try again and improve on this one. I have well and truly got the grow bug!!

Growing well . It is slightly bigger than the cinderella jack I am growing in soil in the same tent. It's definitley growing faster. I am seeing a calcium deficiency that I missed earlier on . I ordered some cal mag . I am expecting a full recovery. Also I had to add a bit of great white mycorhizzae to the mix because I was seeing alot of brown spots on my roots. It is starting to clear up. I also bought a better air stone to increase oxygen levels

I plant 3 seeds out of a pack of 10. They all germinate correctly. They will be in a 3L pot with AllMix for the next few weeks. I use osmosis water with PH 7.0 and EC 0.4.
