This week went pretty well, but I don't have much time for an update as I literally spent all day trimming up the wedding cheesecake, and now I am heading out of town to coach a baseball tournament. She is growing some nice thick colas, and I am still feeding her the same. Sadly I’ve discovered some rootrot. The PH dropped to 5.2 within one day, I measure PH daily and already noticed some deficiency in the old leaves. I immediately checked the roots and discovered slimey brown gunk on my roots. Decided to cut all the gunk off and clean and sterilize the resivoir. Placed the plant in quarantine with very low light to let the plant focus on recovery and root building instead of growth. This rotting situation will probably set me back for 2/3 weeks but I expect the plant to comeback fine.

Going to pull her out of the light tonight and put her into darkness. Very happy with the way she turned out!!

I gues it can be some micronute deficiency, maybe Ca? Im doing an extra watering wit calmag and 7 ph. I ordered a new bigger setup as you can see. Switched from LED to HPS. Although it has a significant heat output diff, I can tell the plants love it. I also noticed I developed some fungus nats in the soil of the smaller plants. I finally got a soil meter to help me know more exactly when go water which should rid the fungus nats if I'm not over watering. Lastly, I'm going to scrog this week. I know I'm doing it rather late but it's a learning experience and I'll start sooner next time. Will be a lot of weaving. And I'm still deciding if I should cut everything else below the screen.
