Day 95 🚿 She was watered with 3L of just plain RO tap water, pH'd to 6.3, twice this week and has been left to dry back for the last five days 👍🏻 ✂️ To prepare her for harvest, she had the majority of her fan leaves and larger sugar leaves removed at the start of the week, this also allowed for more light to reach areas of the bud that had been shaded. For harvest, I performed a wet trim, to ensure she had as little foliage as possible on her, removing as many leaves and stems from her as possible, to prevent any moisture buildup during her dry 🙏🏻 🌸 Her bud is fully mature now, most of her pistils have turned amber with just new growth exhibiting white pistils. All of her trichomes have either turned milky or amber, with about 15% being amber 👌🏻. Her smell has also changed a bit and is now heavy on the citrus/grapefruit with undertones of floral/earthiness - very pleasant 🌸 ♈ She will now be dried in a dark cool room (at ~20 degrees celsius with ~60% humidity) for about 8 days before she is move into glass jar for her cure, which will last for at least a month before she is used 🤞🏻

👋 Raising the Carbon-to-Nitrogen (C:N) ratio in the growing medium to avoid over-immobilizing nitrogen, on the flip side, being careful not to trigger early autophagy. Moderate, controlled increases in sugar support the energetic demands of flowering and act as a signal trigger, but excess sugar is more likely to inhibit flowering or damage the plant. Balance, like everything else. Visually, when the chloryphyll green gets darker, it is a subtle indicator that the concentration of nitrogen is increasing / more is being stored than is being used. Noticed when you push very high intensity lighting, it slowly fades the green as the plant degrades chloryphyll faster than it can be replenished. When the green of the leaf continually gets darker, it is an indication that the concentration levels of nitrogen are increasing, and I dont want to increase light intensity. Slow down the release of the nitrogen. C:N ratio dictates the rate at which nitrification occurs, if at all. The Carbon-to-Nitrogen (C:N) ratio acts as a critical biological "on/off switch" (or regulator) for nitrogen turnover by determining whether microbes immobilize (consume/tie up) or mineralize (release) nitrogen during the breakdown of organic matter. The shade of green in leaves is directly linked to the concentration of chlorophyll, which is in turn strongly correlated with the amount of Rubisco (Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase) and, consequently, the rate of carbon fixation. Darker green leaves generally indicate a higher concentration of both chlorophyll and Rubisco, signifying greater capacity for photosynthesis. Increase demand for growth or reduce rate of release. I'm looking to keep that nice, healthy green.

Hello, nouvelle session, et 1ere expérience cette fois ci en coco. Avec une nouvelle gamme d’engrais de chez Canna, ainsi que le substrat en coco de chez Canna aussi J’ai constaté que les graines de Quick Critical+ ont germées très vite par rapport à la terre, ici, à peine 72h pour les 1ères. Et un joli 100% pour la germination!! Merci dinafem!👍🔥 J’ai pu aussi constaté que le réglage du PH et de l’Ec prennent ici toute leur importance,, puisque pour mes 1er arrosages j’ai oublié de contrôler l’Ec, résultat, légère brûlure sur le bout des 1ères feuilles,, j’ai immédiatement corrigé en contrôlant et en ajustant l’Ec,, les choses devraient rentrer dans l’ordre maintenant. Voilà pour cette 1ere semaine de découverte de la culture en coco,,, A la semaine prochaine... Happy grow...😎

Hello Growmies! We've reached the remarkable week 16 with our tenacious plant, and the developments are simply astounding. Following a week of dedicated flushing, the plant continues to mature gracefully, showcasing an unwavering commitment to quality as she ripens. I'll maintain the reverse osmosis (RO) water regimen until she ceases sprouting fresh white pistils, a testament to her ongoing development. It's a delicate balancing act, providing enough support for her increasingly heavy branches burdened by significant gains, yet the plant's structural integrity remains a priority. Visually, the transformation is captivating; she's commencing a magnificent fade, with the unaffected foliage adopting a rich, deep purple hue, bordering on an almost blackish tone – a stunning display of her natural lifecycle. This chromatic shift isn't just aesthetically pleasing; it's a clear sign of the plant's life cycle progressing towards its grand finale. The chlorosis-free leaves, once vibrant and full of life, are now taking on this regal, somber palette, indicating that maturity isn't far off. Moreover, the trichome-laden buds are a sight to behold, their calyxes continue to swell, and the once slender branches now require additional support to sustain their own weight. It's evident the rigorous cultivation efforts are paying off – the plant's resilience and your attentiveness have aligned perfectly, resulting in an abundance of almost golfball-sized nuggets that shimmer with resin. Day 50 - Starting week 8 today and she doesn’t look any worse thank yesterday with the lime green leaves so hopefully feeding her nutes hopefully helped her but we’ll see in the next couple days. Day 51 - No significant lightning of the leaves today so I think I got her enough nutes in time so hopefully she’s got enough in the soil to now to push that bud development. She’s definitely a really dark purple and it looks pretty amazing in person, the pictures do no justice. Day 52 - Looking really dark purple now and love the colors. She’s starting to put out a slight citrusy smell as well. Her leaves haven’t really lightened up anymore so I think she’s gonna be ok till the end. Day 53 - She’s chugging along nicely and looking gorgeous. Tested the soil and still a bit damp so will wait a couple more days before giving her some water. Day 54 - Things look great now with this girl. She’s starting to dry out and bit so will give her some fresh water and some cal-mag tomorrow. She’s really darkening up and looks gorgeous. Day 55 - Gave her almost a full gallon of water tonight, she seemed pretty thirsty. I’ve been wanting to upgrade my lights and saw nothing but good reviews on the AGLEX 1200W COB LED and was a decent price so I ordered it today and should be here tomorrow. Really want to see if it helps keep the tent cooler than running 2 cheapo 1000W LED’s. I’m sure it can’t be any worse so can’t wait to get her hooked up tomorrow and see what she does for the rest of this grow. Day 56 - It’s the end of week 8 and all is looking good. I got the new AGLEX COB LED hooked up so really looking forward to seeing if this light will help in the grow. She’s already looking good but hoping this light will push her over the edge. She doesn’t need any water or nutes today and will probably give her the next feeding of nutes sometime this weekend.

this is week 5/6 of my super OG autoflower. I would like some feedback as this is my first grow. Using a small areogarden with 10w led and a separate 80/100w grow light. Red blue bulbs. Not sure the leafs looking that great? What do you guys think? I cut some fan leafs off due to the bottom of the plant not getting so much light. Is this ok to do? Feedback please. Thanks guys

En esta semana transplante a una maceta de 18 litros definitivamente. La planta en si no ha desarrollado muchas raíces por lo que supongo que quedo pequeña por ese motivo, en los próximos días regare con micorrizas para ver si mejora.

Started flush. 2 weeks till harvest.

It's time to harvest the seedless plants. The pigeons were very disapointed that there were no fem seeds to be had in theses first plants. The seed mothers need another week to reach the 35 day from pollination mark. You can see seeds in a couple of the photos. They're already turning brown. The plants are very hard, full and frosty! They smell like sherbert, and they all look alike. I'm very pleased:) Time to get these cleaned up, chopped down, and hung up to dry!

Both plants make me supper happy!!

The ladies are turning to flower now. Going to be a rainy day or 2, so updating the dairy a little early. Girls are all nice and healthy going into flower. Aromas are very strong from these ladies. Can't wait for the full on flower, to see how stinky these can get. AMS has some pretty strong genetics. I have grown many strains from many different providers, but AMS is never a disappointment. Highly recommend them if your looking for seriously potent weed...

Day 29. Girls grow slow, but most important .... Could be i overwatered with 2.5 liters of water or i stonly watered them twice ;))) Girls didnt drop pot weight till day 31, on days 32 morning ill do new round of lst. Will feed them hard, will defoliate all bigger old leaves which are covering new grow, plants are strong enough to take pain now ;))) Its sad situation a bit, i got flue and with that corona madness my mood was very down and i didnt work with plants at all, anyway, they made to that stage where harm can be done and its time. Gorillas looks okeish even without work, really good strain at least for now. Cookies are very picky, its hardest to veg strain from all i ever tried, lets see, maybe food and heavy training will make them fit ;) Day 32. Girls are finaly light, so heavy training and huge feeding. I dont know what hapend, but they refused to drink for 8 days almost, one cookie has obvious sighns of overwatering and if to be honest all cookies are crap, gorillas grow amazing, especially self toped one, she made natural mainlining and covers space perfectly. Guess in next 2-3 days they will blast off, but i cant feed silica till more branches will grow up, cookies too small, lets wait and see... Day 33. Girls loved food, plenty new grow, all tops are facing sun again , they will bush up in next few days. Next watering - silica and cal mag and next after - fish mix. Day 34. Girls are drinking again, so i gave 1ml/l fishmix. Cookies show strange colours and on fresh grow you can see cal mag def. Next feed will give them extra, normaly TopMax should be enough... I dont like Cookies genetics so much, that i planted last 5th bean ;)) Want to check two things : 1. Are my lights strong to grow something not under direct light 2. Are those Cookies such crap, that i should never try any seeds from RQS. I planted 4 new girls, no work,no top - nothing will be done to them. Hope to see last Cookie bean growing beter than almost two years old Incredible Bulk x2 and last StrawberyCough bagseed bean, otherwise its sad quality for such big house. Cant find why all 4 Cookies grow so slow compaired to all 4 perfect Gorillas. Was using new worm castings, too ritch ?? maybe thats the answer in test grow i put pure BIOBIZZ AllMix soil, nothing extra. Had to top one Cookie, new grow was all damaged and didnt want to develop, will harm them even harder next time before silica and cal mag, which i thought not to use in this run ... Lets see ....
