Day 86 ​❄️ Northern Lights Auto – Harvest Update (Fresh Frozen & Dry)This specific plant was grown all by itself in its own pot (unlike the other pot where I had 2 plants sharing the space) ​Total Wet Weight: 190g ​Dry Flower: 91g of unexpectedly dense buds have been set aside for a traditional dry and cure for smoking. ​Fresh Frozen: 65g of prime material went straight into the freezer for a future bubble hash extraction run. ​Waste: The remaining weight was trim and non-resinous fan leaves. ​Final Thoughts: Totally surprised by the incredible bud density on this run! I am extremely satisfied with the results of this cycle, especially considering the dialed-in light hours and my setup focused on recycling the soil and organic nutrients. Can't wait to see how the dried flowers smoke and how the fresh frozen performs in the wash.

Will be back to update diary with dry weight amounts. Simply so I put only weight of buds and separately a dry trim weight. The smell is absolutely stinking and she looks stunning I cannot wait til she is dry enough to be cured in jars and smoked... I finally got to the end of my 1st photoperiod run. Yay lol man it's stressed me out at times wondering am I doing things right etc but thank grace we at the end of the tunnel . Peace and love growmies

Fast and easy harvesting. I let it dry before trimming to make this part easier. We did earlier defoliation and gentle lollipoping so there wasn't too much work left after that. I would have liked to give it a few more weeks of ripening but it started to get too hot. Very pleased with the result and I think it can be given even more potential!

6rh week of Flowering is over. Still observing some darkening and pink color changes on the leaves of the Yellow Orange. On the other hand, the plant seems still very healthy and it’s growing frosty flowers. Target VPD is still set to 1,5 with 23 Celcius Target Temp. Soooo, nach langem Warten (ich bitte um Entschuldigung, es kam immer irgendwas dazwischen), nun die Ernte! Nachdem ich jetzt alle Sorten verkostet habe, kann ich euch nun mein Fazit präsentieren. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich eigentlich ganz zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis, muss aber auch gestehen, dass ich bei der ein oder anderen Strain doch etwas mehr erwartet habe. Bei den nun folgenden Bewertungen möchte ich noch anmerken, dass sich diese rein auf den Outdoor-Anbau der jeweiligen Sorte und nur auf den einen bekannten Phäno beziehen. Man kann grundlegend behaupten, dass sich alle Sorten doch sehr solide geschlagen haben, und das bei diesem … naja, sagen wir mal wechselhaften Sommer. Allerdings merke ich einfach, dass sie lange nicht ihr volles Potenzial ausgeschöpft hatten, was ich immer etwas schade finde. Ich bin trotzdem froh, dieses Projekt durchgezogen zu haben, und gehe mit reichlich neuen Erkenntnissen sowie einem abwechslungsreichen Stash in die besinnliche Zeit. Was hat mich grundlegend bei den meisten Sorten gestört? Bei fast allen Sorten, mit Ausnahme der Hella Jelly und der Lemon Tree (wer hätt's gedacht), waren die Terps doch sehr flüchtig. Im Vape kamen sie wirklich gut zur Geltung, wenn man sie allerdings im Joint (pur, versteht sich) geraucht hatte, haben sie oft nach den ersten Zügen an Präsenz verloren, was wirklich schade ist. Dies ist aber wahrscheinlich auf die Anbaubedingungen zurückzuführen und soll den Breedern keinesfalls ihre Qualität absprechen. Wie schon in einem vorigen Kommentar erwähnt, haben sie einfach nicht ihr volles genetisches Potenzial erreichen können. Ich bin mir des Weiteren auch nicht sicher, ob ich beim nächsten Mal wieder auf die Dryferm-Bags setzen werde. Es war doch ein ziemliches Gefummel, bis man die Blüten ohne Kontakt zueinander in die Beutel verfrachtet hatte. Außerdem hat es meiner Meinung nach die Trocknungszeit eher verkürzt, obwohl ich mich an die Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitsrange gehalten hatte, was ich auch nicht unbedingt begrüße. Und zu guter Letzt sind sie auch echt nicht billig, wenn man bedenkt, dass ich pro Pflanze teilweise über 4 Beutel benötigt hatte (pro 3 Stk. ca. 25 Euro) und sie laut Hersteller nur dreimal verwendet werden sollten. Das ist doch auf Dauer ein ganz schönes Investment. Aber das sind nur meine 2 Cent zu dem Thema :). Nach und nach sollten jetzt hier die Erntereports eintrudeln. Ich hoffe, ich schaffe alles heute. Falls nein, seht es mir bitte nach. Falls ihr noch spezifische Fragen zu einer Sorte habt, lasst es mich einfach wissen, dann bekommt ihr noch eine ausführlichere Beschreibung. PS: Die Filmore-Slim musste ich leider fast komplett entsorgen. Sie hatte die festesten Blüten, die ich je bei einer Outdoorpflanze gesehen habe, was ihr leider zum Verhängnis geworden ist (durchgeschimmelt). Von ihr hatte ich leider keine rauchbaren Blüten. Von der Optik war sie auf jeden Fall ein Champion! Ich habe von allen Sorten Fresh Frozen in der Gefriertruhe, die ich in der kommenden Zeit wachsen möchte (auch von der Filmore Slim). Also kann ich sie hoffentlich als Konzentrat verkosten. Das soll es gewesen sein. Ich wünsche euch viel Spaß mit den folgenden Ernteberichten und eine ruhige, besinnliche Weihnachtszeit mit euren Liebsten! Week 8 Phenotype #3

It's been dropping into the low 30s here at night. I have no choice but to pull cold air into the top of my grow tent at night to maintain 75 to 80 degrees. The cool air is having a fall like effect on the leaves. Also think my fox farm soil is finally low on nutes. So I started mixing in my compost tea. The Lemon Haze is beginning to develop a very pleasant Lemon Aroma :D I find myself enjoying the smell more and more each day.

They are really starting to fill out. I am seeing great results after every water and every feed. I will be transplanting them into 2 gallon pots in the next 2 weeks.

Day 42-49: I had some growth this week primarily on the R3 and some on the CbDream. Very slow on the R2. I’m wondering if it’s just sub par phenotypes. Idk anymore haha. Just waiting to see what happens here. Don’t think I’ll pack it right full next time. And try to concentrate more on 8-12 tops on a manifold rather than 30 smaller ones. Live and learn. I bought an Inkbird heat and cooling controller, seems to be holding my temps and 77 in the day and 69 at night. I decided to go back to week 4 ratios to see if that helps, they aren’t overly different so we’ll see. Runoff for Cali Kush and R2 which are closer to the heater is 5.75 1000 and R3 and CbDream is 6.05-1.2 1400, so plain water for the next couple waterings.
