Week 2, first grow ever. Not to moist anymore :)

Et voilà la floraison à bien commencé sur les 2 plantes la bannana x purple à un peut d avance sur la west coast og mais elle aussi a bien commencé (et moi j latrouve trop belle forme, structure;) Voilà voilà rien de neuf autrement a part que d ici 2 jours je commence le flusch de la scherbet (la grosse derrière la bannana et une fous couler la west coast og ira rejoindre la bannana x purple histoire que je puisse fermer la tante pour utiliser du co2 en gaz (pour mon dernier grow fast bud et dernier grow de l année j vais essayer de tous faire pour avoir une recolte digne de se nom;)

DAY 56 flowering: Hi all and welcome to any new visitors too. We are at the near end point now with this 1st run of the viparspectra xs1500. It has been a very pleasant experience and also a humbling one too. I never expected the performance it has proven and initially thought I would struggle to find a practical way of incorporating it into my set up and to see what it had got to offer. Deciding to go the route I have was more driven by the lights abilities to perform wat better than I anticipated. The 5 seedlings soon became 5 big ladies that would have been impossible to squeeze under the 2x2 flowering coverage They did however, get an amazing start right up to flowering beginning before I had to choose who stayed under the xs1500. The 2 that I mainly diary for the lights ability are the focus of the journal but I have to include a little on the other strains due to their initial support from the light and to also include the Gorilla cookies as they are amazing plants. They are both so close to ready now and sadly one of the mains has been hit with an little bud rot from its density. The buds smell so candy sweet now too. I will be keeping a very vigilant eye on these now. Grandaddys mimosa had continued her swelling from using the #Shogun Dragon force and is a perfect example of how the product works in the final 2 weeks of flowering , when usually they are fading out to finish. The buds have doubled in girth with an absolutely solid feel to them too . The light has helped create some very hard buds. No signs of whisky popcorn at all and each stack is a solid spike of flowering plant. For such a squat girl, she is so impressive. She smells so fruity with a hint of citrus to her and she is engulfing all the leaves that had been poking out previously. I think she will be a surprise yield next week !. The Northern lights girls are both doing really well too with the #2 mutant starting to ripen up finally now. She is still way taller than her sister but has sone long node gaps. #1 is totally different, she is a spiked monster compared and her colas are taking on a nice pale orange colour as they ripen. I do think she will go another week before being ready to consider harvest. She is still so fresh looking in a lot of places that I dont want to rush her at all. The light has managed to penetrate deep enough into the plant to create long spiked colas with no issues down low in the canopy with whispy popcorn to mention either. This is a very positive point to mention as some l.e.d do not get the penetration needed to do more than create a top canopy with poor light reaching deeper and not supplying the par they need. This light does not have that issue by a long shot. It penetrates like "Dirk diggler" and reaches all those important ladies parts !!!.... I am most impressed by the mimosa so far and as a 1st gen cross auto of a mimosa lemon Male sacks and a random multi strain seeding from its pollen release , I have ended up with a good amount of crossed autos from trusted and stable strains. It can be fun growing these out and so far this is the 3rd from the batch that I have successfully run. Aside from the benefits of the end products we get , the journey we go on can be an amazing and eye openening experience. If you start to investigate how these plants really live , love and die and how they use the network of available systems to communicate and build our much loved bud factories , you will find it hard to climb out of that rabbit hole . Finding out that fungi is not the man everyone wants to party with but IS a complex communication system used in nature to meet the needs of the whole forest/fauna in unison is life changing !!!!!. At day 57, they are now going into a 48hr dark period before harvesting . I did have a couple of bud rot issues in one or two buds due to the density of their growth. I am hoping to keepnot at bay during the low and slow dry after trimming wet this time. I will update their yield ect once they finish. Pics dont do them justice and they smell so sweet. i germinated all of this grow directly on the soil . I'm using a one side broken Lumatek ATS200 100% from early veg to flower . and then im just putting water with ph 6.5 until early bloom .

Doggo update Couple vids sprinkled in here. Love doing slo-mo with frisbee throws and treats catching in their mouth. Slo Mo vids didn’t upload slo mo so I had to go thru and edit them and screen record it just to get them in slow mo on the site but they’re worth it Dukes ear has been bugging him and so he pins it down sometimes with the other ear straight up and he looks goofy as hell.

This #40 and #42 plants from Ganja Farmer Seeds where the best out of them all, this is a bias review though as they where not all grown in the same bucket system as these two and thus could not grow to their true potential. The bugs where solid rock hard and crystaly They are true keepers if your wanted a good performing auto for shits and giggle outdoors. The major downside is how easily they got pests and how the pests preferred them over the other weed plants. this is a bit concerning to me and makes me wonder why. Week 2 starts July 24, 2022 Env is hot and humid, she's growing fast - topped last day of week 1, looking to see a quick recovery. July 24, 2022 She's recovering pretty strongly as the pics show and that is less than 24 hrs. I think she looks a little yellow but I always think that, I am slowing down her water a bit, pots are heavyish. I mean compared to the Green Gelato in the tent, everything looks yellow. Dayum. July 27, 2022 You are not gonna believe this, but today, on day 19, I topped AGAIN. The girls are both so healthy, and I have so many plants right now, I just said whatever and swabbed the scissors and did it before I could change my mind. Once again not much of an update as Iv been busy just a few poorly taken photos a few days into week 2 flower, bud sites are forming nicely, also give her a little trim after I took the photo to get better light penitration.... Took some more pics today (week 2 day 6) flower, not the best of pics but can only work with what I have unfortunatel. Give this girl a drink yesterday an think I over done it as she was looking sad few hours after watering, she seems to have bounced back nicely tho:) she looks light green almost yellow in colour around the flowers any idea what it could be? Always open to tips :)

There’s no amber trichomes on Mama Mia and I’m thinking of growing a little longer than the breeder suggests. Northern Lights trichomes are starting to amber and I may harvest earlier than suggested. King Kong trichomes are milky clear. I switched up which light is on which plant. Next grow I’m definitely replacing my two weaker lights with stronger lights and using the weak lights as side lighting. Light power is one of the big lessons from this grow. The bud size looks it’s age, but is much heavier than appearance. I think the kelp helped the buds get denser. The King Kong flowers are all much heavier than the branches can support. Next grow I’ll be more proactive with netting support.

Today i changed the light from Mars Hydro300W classic to MH TS1000. Can tell straight away its much brighter and more like the sun. Hopefully it’ll be better and they grow strong! Ive had the ladies in their 2 litre fibre pots and been watering a bit more now that they’re out of the propagator since 3 days ago. Actually i took them out late i suppose, and maybe the reason one of them has splotches is because of the high humidity of those couple of nights i thought it would be ok without the extraction fan for a few hours, however the ranges were going from like 90-70 or something. Anyway they’re big enough now to be outside on their own. Might be a bit late to start nutrients but going to pick some up on the weekend and start them off on Biobizz standard nutrient. Got to be watering more than i have as today noticed on 2 of them the leaves were drooping. Think they should be watered twice and around 75ml per plant but still getting used to these fibre pots that dry out quickly. Last thing i want is to screw it up early and lose any of these precious babies. Going to ask a couple questions to clear up some queries i got. Till next week...

63 days!!!! The girl looks fantastically beautiful :) it stopped raining this week, now it's very hot here, 36°, I won't be here next week, I'm going on vacation for 9 days, and when I get back after the vacation I think I'll do the pruning :) I'll ask a friend to come take pictures and water her:) good luck to everyone

welcome to one of the last episodes of the BIG Cheese twins chronicles! ...I cannot believe it either, but when i checked her trichomes this morning, with my microscope.. she is as good as done!!(the FAT, smaller one at least) So beautiful trichomes she has too.. a lot of them looked like lil' chuncks of cheese! (deep yellow, with spots on them 😁) But a lot of old cheese too (orange, brown) so think gonna chop her end of this week!(be4 it starts raining again..😎) Its finally sunny weather so gonna let her enjoy the sunshine some more 😎 dont think her sister is ready yet (the tall skinny one) but she will get there soon enough! She is covered with trichomes.. my camera had a hard time focussing in the buds so sprakly!!😻 So the next episode of the cheese twins chronicles will be a harvest!! Week 2 november - 8 november I will not fertilize this week because the All mix soil is rich in nutrients. seems to have a slight deficiency of phosphorus or calm, if it doesn't improve in the next few days I add 2ml of bio bloom the humidity in the last few days has been very high. Led: 180W
