Gained some height since last week, bud sites everywhere. Defoliatated a few leaves to allow light in as its really bushy. Upped the nutrients and shes drinking alot more now. Hopefully see some trichromes popping up soon and they fatten up

This week was a bit stressful. I was trying to identify the nutrient excess/deficiency. I think i narrowed it down to calcium deficiency, but these symptoms could also be a side effect of potassium excess (but what I gathered from my research, there is a very slim chance of this). Anyway I started to add CalMag to my regular waterings and they're showing some correction. I'll probablly water them with water, CalMag and lower than recommended amounts of nutrients for a day or two just to make sure. I had them on a 12/12 light cycle for 4-5 days, they've streched and risen up, which was what I wanted. They now on a 16/8 cycle.

The Runtz beauties have made it through and are thriving. I switched to spring water to add a bit of ppm to the mix, while still getting a PH of 6.4-6.5. I mixed a spray bottle with 1 ml of Sensi Cal/Mag and .5 ml of Bonnie from Cronk nutrients. Used this mixture sparingly, misting the seedlings in the morning and night, trying not to overwater. Also used as a foliar spray just before lights out so as not to burn the plant. It been very cold and dry here, I had to add a 2nd humidifier to the tent to get the RH where I wanted it, hovering between 65 and 70% RH. The humidifiers I have are 1 gallon each and I have to refill daily! Temps has been hovering around 78 degrees and get to about 70 in lights out with the small heater I use during the winter months. Overall, they are progressing well, I’m hoping to get a few weeks of Veg time before they start to flower. 🇨🇦👊❤️

Hello Diary. The second week of vegetation is over. Pretty a quiet week, I had one watering and more or less it was all action on “Farm”. Conditions are more or less good, I would like the humidity to be a bit higher but ok. Watermelon has grown 20 cm, which is double from the previous week. I didn’t add any nutrients, the soil is still rich in nutrients from Easy Boost Organic Nutrition, Mycorrhiza Mix and substances in the soil. From next week I will start adding BioBizz. Her roommates, the two Purple Punch are also progressing nicely and you can see them better in their own diary. Let’s see how it was this week. 07/02/2021 - Day 12. Watering. I regulated the water with Plagron’s Lemon Kick. In my case the tap water is about 8 p.H. so I lower it to a value between 6.0 and 6.5. I pour water into the bucket the day before to evaporate the existing chlorine from the water. I should have watered more often with less water but now it turned out that way. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 49% humidity. 09/02/2021 - Day 14. Photographing plants, measuring height and analyzing the week. Day 38-45 (Day 39) Almost overnight, nearly a third of the white pistils turned red. Not sure if this is something do with environment but it wouldn’t surprise me if it had something to do with the feeding I gave it yesterday. Who knows (Day 42) I was going to give a fat defoliation today but I’m second guessing myself. I might take a few of the leaves that are sitting on top of each other but that’s it. After that, I’m on cruise control until the end. I’m watering in a gallon every other day and 1 day off when they look a little overwatered. All plants look happy and herm free. Bud size is still lacking overall. In my experience, buds don’t really swell that much after day 45ish so this is pretty much it. Can’t say I’m too happy but I’m certain the quality will be on point. (Day 43) I’m seeing a little more fade each day now. It’s almost pinkish right now. (Day 45) I’ve been taking a few leaves per plant every couple days or so. Once I can see that almost every budsite has adequate light I will stop. Just for good measure, I’m going to give a final feeding of seaweed extract. We still have 2 weeks of fattening up to do and they could definitely use a K surplus. And since this is a water soluble nute nothing is lingering and breaking down for more than a few days. Earlier in the season I had a seedsman white widow and a local m39 plant I was going to flower if I got less than 4 female BBB’s. I was lucky enough to get 5 so I gave the insurance 2 plants to a family member. M39 is now done after 60 days of flowering. And the white widow, which was really stunted is going another 10 days at least. Both plants were flowered in a closet under 2 cheap amazon blurples totaling about 200w. They were in 1.7 gallon pots with amended soil nearly their whole lives. They were only top dressed once around day 30 of flower. M39 must be a low feeder because it really didn’t get any deficiencies after it left my hands. It was consistently the most vigorous plant in the tent during veg too. From what I understand, it has the classic fruity m39 smell and because it’s not grown with paclobutrazol it’s not freakishly dense. Awesome. I will post some more pics and report on the smoke once it’s dried.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. ### Day 22 ### Jeej, the last week of vege! She looks to respond pretty well to the LST, I see nice new growth everywhere. She is also very dence as shown in the video up above. I hope she will get a mayor stretch when starting to flower. I'm already very proud of how this little plant is turning out. 😁🌱 Also ordered some biobizz top max and bio heaven to boost flowering when it happens. ### Day 23 ### Decided to add more LST, a lot more LST (like 7 wires extra in addition to the 2 initial ones)! 😂 Was a little hard because of the density, but it worked out. I think only one budsight does not have access to direct light. I just could not get it in the right place, oh well, there looks to be enough others 😋. Hope she is not stressed too much, some of the bends are pretty hard, but she is still flexible. After reviewing the photos again I realized that I'm growing her in kind of a spiral. ### Day 24 ### Started the day by tucking the bigger leafs underneath the small ones who need more light. She looks happier now! Also watered her 0.6l with nutrients, the soil was becoming pretty dry and it was 3 days ago since her last watering. ### Day 25 ### Pretty uneventful day. She is still liking the LST, like a lot! Readjusted the LST and tucked the bigger leaves under. There is only one part of new growth I'm concerned about! It is in the middle of the top view picture, so it is from a few nodes before, but looks terrible in comparison to the rest of the plant. Like it was eaten by something. Hopefully she will rebound from this. ### Day 26 ### I put some cardboard in a V shape in front of the intake fan to defuse the airflow more. Now the new growth that had problems yesterday looks a little better, the brown red-ish is fading away. Windburn is a real thing apparently 😲 Did a lot of LST again today, trying to stay ahead of the growth. ### Day 28 ### The last day of week 4. Did some more heavy LST to make sure all potential budsights get enough light. The growth that was struggling a few days ago is doing a lot better and seems to be recovering.

day 2 - week 7 of flower has started and tbh it feels like the flowers are not growing too much at the moment. lets just hope paitience pays out and just continue just as before. she is still being H2O stressed, but not only getting water every other day. if i see her leafs hanging in the day time i also give her a good amount of water so shes not being tortured :) day 5 - got a new LED light today, so no more shitty NDL pics. also i found brown leaf tips on some sugar leafs and i will give her more water now. at least a little. i think it is caused by too much H2O stress. i will keep you updated on that day 7 - day 2 i said it feels like the buds aint grow fast enought, but if i compare todays pictures with last weeks i think she is doing just great! still will have to give her at least 1 or 2 more weeks until i can think about harvesting but she looks good in my opinion! because of H2O stress, she got a little more water now and also the tips are just fine and seem to dont brown out any further.

Girls are all looking healthy... anyone growing blackberry she doesn’t like much N by the look of it...... C4 is doing well, structuraly she is set so just need to stack on those buds!... I’ve had my daylight bulb off for the last few weeks but as it’s 0.5c outside I’ve flicked her back on between the 2x 600 hps and turned off my intake fan, I have also removed the glass from my air cooled reflectors and temps are easily controllable, I think these are great supplementary lamps at the start and the end....... but this is my second grow so really I know f*ck all!! 🤭(all the gear no idea) just my opinion. Having fun and learning at the same time 😎 ....🖖🎄

Videos explains it briefly how they look so on the environmental side I’ve only been monitoring RH and temps. They’ve been sitting at 55-60 RH and 80-82 F. I separated the 4 plants as they were now overlapping in the 2x2’ section. They were transplanted in 2 gallon pots last week and by the looks of the Beast at most 2 weeks and she will fill that pot no problemo. I need to get them to 5 gallons before switching to flower. It starts with good genetics I couldn’t be any happier with the Beast, still amazes me daily.

Starting off strong this week 💪😎 the left plant is looking so good and also the buds on the left plant are so nice and big 😋 the right plant is showing yellowing but that is fine because she will be turned into bubblehash anyways 😏 happy growing all!😎💚✌️
