Here we are a week and a few days later. One of the Forum Stompers didn't come up. It was probably my fault, I could have given them some more time in the DVD case before putting them in the cubes but I was excited! I germed another one and that one has popped up just fine. Growth up top is pretty slow, and some of the plants seem a little droopy. Their roots just started to grow out of the net pots so maybe that has something to do with it? Or maybe because they are right at the end of the light cycle for the day? I've got roots that I can see on 3/4. For at least one of the plants the rhizo-core net pots seem to be doing what it's supposed to. I've got a nice set of roots crawling their way towards the bucket right down the side of the inner cone. Going to switch the rez out Sunday and start them on some really low strength nutes. I got the red frog air diffusers in the mail and went and bought a new air pump, these things are awesome. They make a ton of tiny bubbles to the point where it's almost a foam on top of the water. I'm hoping the roots love all the extra oxygen.

Hello friends, All was almost good, I've found insect several days ago, I'm trying to found an issue. Stretch was really impressive, she's biggest each day, I've seen was a girl today, Stretch in progress, first pistil, See you next week, hope insect will be eradicated, Have a good smoke and grow.

8/23 Fed 2 gallons of nutes to the garden. I'm planning to increase feeding to three gallons as plants look hungry. Ice cream cake isn't as vibrant as it once was. Still losing leaves but I find that is consistent with others in my area according to the local growers page. The hurricane missed us but the rain and humidity are still a problem. It's not raining (plants were soaked so it rained last night) and rh is still 100%. It's outdoor so what can I do? What I NEED to do is spray BT and something to combat PM. Plants are flowering nicely. It's good to actually have some flowers to look at. The smell is great too. 8/24 Didn't water as it rained last night. Defoliated what was dead. Fog was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Everything is in flower. The little ice cream cake flowers don't look like they like this rain. I don't blame them. I don't remember the last time it didn't rain at night. I noticed more damage on plants or maybe old damage. Either way bud shoots are gone on a few lower limbs. I can't pull up my bags as the are firmly rooted. I checked under the five gallon buckets (which were also somehow firmly rooted) and found a shit ton of earwigs underneath. I killed what I could. I tried spraying a bug with dawn but it didn't kill it or at least didn't kill it right off. I stomped on them and tore open the earth. Logic dictates they are probably under the grow bags as well. I'm going to try Spinosid tonight. I'll look up some other methods as well. If anybody has advice please hit me up. UPDATE: Went back down at 6. Super sunny and humid today. Temp was 92 with humidity about 90%. I couldn't spray. I'll have to wait until tomorrow. Found four more moth leaves on the sick isolated plant. They must like the injured ones better. 8/25 Watered and defoliated what needed it. Buds are growing rapidly. Took pictures but have been unable to upload due to slow internet connection. Hopefully the weather will allow me to spray tonight. 8/26 Watered heavy as it's been in the 90s. Couldn't spray as it was to hot last night. Buds are tightening up. Ran out of LCPT so I need to find an alternative. Now that plants are flowering it's easier to see the damage from the earwigs. No buds where they should have been on some low branches. Not many and hopefully the few that got lollipoped will focus growth on the top. I hope I'm able to make it down late tonight to work. I was worried about my plants flowering late but that might be a blessing in disguise. I've seen lots of people losing plants to bud rot. Thanks for stopping by and please leave any thoughts or advice in the comments. 8/27 UPPED MY FEEDING REGIMEN TO THREE GALLONS AND USED TWO TBSP TIGER BLOOM IN PLACE OF KOOL BLOOM AND USED A WHOLE TBSP KELP FOR THE HEAT. This heat is killing me. Yesterday was over 95f with rh in the 90s. My medication makes the heat harder to bare. Defoliated what needed it. I'm in town looking for a fungicide. Planned to use apple cider vinegar this morning but of course I couldn't find it. Buds still rapidly forming. I'll update later. I picked up potassium bicarbonate and citric acid and have the recipe and ingredients for both diy green cleaner and green cure. Once the sun starts going down I'm going to use the potassium bicarbonate recipe. Bought a bunch of potassium bicarbonate and citric acid. I am now able to make diy versions of both green and green cleaner. I mixed 1tbsp potassium bicarbonate with 1/4 teaspoon dawn and sprayed two gallons on the plants last night. Leaves were yellowing more and traveling upward on the blueberry. Bleeding like nitrogen deficiency. I'll monitor. If plants don't improve I'll need to do a flush and an application of Spinosid. Wanted to take pics but the phone died. 8/28 Thoroughly watered today. I also had to defoliate a ton of yellow leaves on my blueberry's. I'm hoping it's not nutrient lockout. I still have three issues that could be my problem 1) the WPM 2) PISSIBLY ph fluctuation or worse w lockout and 3) earwig or inch 🐛/ moth larvae causing damage. I'm coming out of my funk so hopefully I can fix these issues. Smell is amazing and the buds are really starting to develop. They looked bigger in the evening than they did in the morning. It was over 90° f yesterday and I woke up to 50 this morning. I'm sure these big temp swings don't help much. 8/30 Rained last night but I watered slightly as there wasn't much rain. ADDED TWO MORE I.R. CAMERA'S last night. I feel more secure as the area is also protected with motion sensors and a whole bunch of other stuff I'm not going to mention. Anything bigger than a porcupine and things get bright and loud and signals get sent, roads blocked ECT. Not my first rodeo deep in the Maine woods. The grow will not be left alone and hadn't been for a few weeks. Anyway I lifted a 5 gallon bucket and found more earwigs. It jives with some of the damage I've been seeing. I'm thinking of spraying spinosid instead of BT tonight. At least the buds are starting to fill in. They don't seem to bother those as much. They did bite off a bunch of grow shoots though. Either way I have a few issues to deal with. As long as the weather stays alright until October I should be fine. My ice cream cake is barely flowering and it's HUGE. I have another seed that's in a similar state. Others are further along. We shall see how things go. The little ones could be transported inside at night if necessary.

Another big jump in height this week; we are starting to lose sunlight here by about three minutes a day now. I heavily defoliated these plants at the end of this week, and took off any “unviables”. I also topdressed with some extra bloom nutes and some new soil to help keep some moisture in. As of the date of this post, we are just coming out of a heat warning, and it’s been 47 days without measurable rain in my area, we are also seeing pollution from forest fires northeast of us in our province. It’s hot; it’s dry, and now, we have this eerie light that I call “the fire sun” Luckily the goils seem to be thriving as best they can in the midst of it all. ☀️ 🔥

Week 4 day 2 since i start germination, and i think they are evolving quite ok. CS1 is for now the queen in all aspects, shes the stronger, the most beautiful formation with no problems what so ever , CS2 is following and CS 3 also but with mutant leaves all over her, i will however keep giving her love and dedication, mb in the end she compensate with some beautiful flowers 🤞 As for the Tropicannas, TP2 its an amazing girl, no mutations and growing as it should, TP1 is recovering fast from her accident 😅🤞 and she is on the way to become a strong and beautiful girl. They are adapting super well to the new ligth 😅 one less solution to find 👌 Day 27 veg And I’ve been kind off busy, sorry i miss 2 days of updates, but between this 5 girls, my veg room and harvesting my flower run, time only stretches so much since one still have a life beyond the love gardens 😅 but non or less here we are and they look fantastic 🤩😆 all showing strong genetics and i thing i will have different phenotypes on the Chocolate department lets see😁 so far the strongest CS still is number one and number three still mutating her self from day one 😆 but she will take all my love till the end ( we never know ) on the Tropicana department, both looking amazing, number one completely recovered from the led accident 😅 end growing in a way t hat i start to think that she will catch up with the rest pretty soon 🤞TP2 is now the tallest plant of them all With 16cm high 👏 Day 28 veg No updates , all going as it should 😅🤞 Little battle between Topicanna Poisen from @sweetseeds vs Chocolate Skunk from @00Seeds (just for fun) TP = Tropicana Poison CS = Chocolate Skunk All i grow is medecine for myself, nothing to sell, dont even ask !!!! Day 57 - Starting week 9 today and everything is definitely looking and smelling great. Gave her the first feeding of the week today and will start monitoring the trichs here soon but she’s definitely still got some time left. Day 58 - All is looking good and nothing big to update but a few pictures to keep track of the buds fattening. Day 59 - Man she’s getting fat! Measure one bids width and it’s close to 3.5” wide and she’s still got a couple weeks still to go! Gave her a good drink of pH’d water today. Day 61 - Gave the girl the final feeding of the week today and she’s doing nothing but get fat. Did a quick check of the runoff pH and it’s coming out just as it’s going in, 6.6. Can not wait for this girl to finish. Day 63 - Ending week 9 and this thing is a beast, at least for me. She’s is fat and happy and just counting down till chop time but pistils are still white and she’s still fattening up so thinking another 2 weeks or so.

Unfortunately the very top buds look like they have got too hot and don’t seem to be fattening up as I would expect especially the main cola on each plant. Debating if to remove the main couple of inches of the main cola or to just hope reducing the temp will allow them to develop as normal. Any advice welcome.

The girls are looking better and better each day. They have finished whatever stretch they had begun, and are now stacking some very decent buds 😊 They are showing some phosphorus deficiencies, but at the same time are showing that they are getting some nutrient burn 🤔🧐 I’m used to making one solution to feed, and that seems very difficult to balance with some of these Auto’s, as I have had to adjust for these girls and not my others, anywho, the joys of Autoflower’s ❤️ Only a few weeks left, hopefully we’ll get through it as they are looking promising at this point.
