Week 6 of veg in the books and I’m rather disappointed with this strain overall. Recovery time on the topping was terrible (if they recovered at all), internodal spacing is extremely stretchy which isn’t at all lending to more pronounced side branching. On top of that they just aren’t growing quickly at all. The fan leaves are massive and the bud sites are very limited. None of them have even begun to show vegetative maturity. Well still take the run to flower but I don’t expect to take this batch of F1 seed any further with these types of characteristics. If the bud is anything short of straight 🔥, I’ll pitch the whole lot of seeds as simply unworthy. Oh well. It was still worth a shot… no deficiencies or issues - just a shitty genetic at this point.

First week of flowering on a 12/12 cycle with explosive growth. Defoliated lower 7-14 inches of plants and nipped future larf buds. Top dressed with 2tsp of kelp meal this week. Next week will be worm castings (top dressed) and the following week with bloom nutrients. Gave it a good soaking with calmagged water and Mammoth microbials. California Light work's Solar Extreme 250 around 10" above the canopy. All is well! 💚

Day 23 - These chubby, stubble little chicks finally got tall enough that I could LST the top cola. These girls seem healthy as shit but man I'll be happier as they continue to stretch. It's been hard working in the soil because of all the fan leaves. Worried about future moisture issues. Still have no clue how much to water them. Day 25 - Gave them their first nutes. Used about a third of the recommended pair from the fox farm trio since I'm using Ocean Forest soil. I've heard it's pretty hot, so I just fed with Calmag the last ten days. Continued with training the branches and it's really helping out. The branches are easy to tie down now that they are getting some length. Lights turned down to 82% for the last two days or so. Did some rearranging since the par in the center is slightly higher. My thought is the increased distance to the center will allow me to get balance out the two Pinots since the Sammy is shorter. We will see. I may send that off to live with a buddy if I run out of space. Random - Did I mention one of my other hobbys is home automation? I uploaded a shot of my dashboard that changes every time I get some crazy idea. I have fun messing with it and it keeps me in touch with my plants. Day 29 - two are starting to flower. Removed the humidifier and bumped the light up to 90%. Finally realized what a dry pot weighs so that helps to know when they need water. Time lapses are really helpful for me because I can see how each cola is developing. I can see where I need to tuck fan leaves and focus some lst love. Big momma is complete and going to let her be since I think it’s well distributed. The other Pinot is a few days behind, as is the Sammy. Happy with all Bree so far. Work has begun on the automatic watering system for when I need to leave for a few days

The finish line is in sight. I have been completely caught of guard with this plant. It all started when I got a half oz of Gelato 33 top shelf grade AAAA+. Any who I being who I am,glass half full type of a grower. I found around 20 nice mature seeds and stored them away for a time. Out of the blue a thought hit me,?,I should geminate a couple of them there Gelato 33 bag seeds. I did not expect to much with this grow and I usually don't when growing out bag seed. Needless to say I honestly believe that this plant is far superior to the bud I got the seeds out of. Keep in mind the AAAA+ quality of the buds I got the seeds from. This plant had giving me absolutely zero issues. One day I'm looking at marble sized buds and I swear it seemed like overnight the transformed into golf ball sized nugs and then some. The colors are amazing purple, yellow, red, pink and the most alive green color I've seen. I have been placing a layer of crushed ice on top of the soil and letting it melt in and doing so has noticably increased trichomes and made her pop purple so dark it's black. Never again will I underestimate the power of bag seed genetics. Honestly I know me and in all reality any seeds from flower I purchase is always high grade or exotic so ya any viable seeds should in theory produce good quality medicine providing the pollination was from a nanner and not from full on hermies. I say that because a nanner pollination will give you female seeds as to a Hermie pollination will produce mixed with strong Hermie traits.

Wedding Cake 1# Day 107# Wedding Cake 2# Day 101# The plants are progressing well, the day before yesterday was the end of their 15th week Both plants went into preflower and 2 days ago they got a dose of bloom and half a dose of boost, and this morning they got bloom again I managed to get 2# out, but she is still constantly thirsty, and now I water her every day, but I managed to satiate her with food, in the previous days was given double doses of tnt and full doses of cal-mag. This week continues with nice flowering with strong smell. One plant is light green, I don't know why. I also added on more light to my grow tent.

On day 1 I did another light defoliation. The plants are progressing as expected. The only issue I'm dealing with is fungus gnats... ugh. I will keep applying BTI weekly until the population is under control. On day 3 the plants are putting out more pistils and seem to have stopped or slowed down their "stretch" phase. On day 4 I'm starting to see some trichomes forming on the sugar leaves, no smell that I can discern yet. I also changed out my reservoir and applied a BTI soil drench. On day 5 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. I also purged my blumat system to make sure there are no clogs as my reservoir has fertilizer particles due to my water heater causing separation. I must keep the water heater on as I am growing in the northeast coming into the cold time of the year and can't have my reservoir freeze on me. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. On day 7 I adjusted PH in reservoir to 6.1.

So been to product earth n got a heck load of seeds ready for my next run! Autos! These ladies are lookin lovely considering I just watered em n ditched for the weekend! O give em the love and they show me the appreciation right back! Dunno how long I got left cuz they all different strains so I'm in different feeds and end feeds and flush soon so it's to get real here

Everything has been good this week. So as you can see I been using the GO go box included GH armor si. I dosed as if it was week 2. I slowly doubled BioThrive Grow and everything else as recommended. Had a slight smell so I connected the carbon filter. Wish me luck.

Pues la catastrofe pasó. Usé una bomba de descarga (un spray de esos que apretad y tira todo) que en teoria es compatible con las plantas dentro.... Se lío, ya se ve en las fotos y video que muuuuuchas hojas han reaccionado, fitotoxicidad y capúm. En fin, el cultivo lo voy a terminar, se salva mucha cosecha, en principio, pero eso. Esta planta me duele en el alma lo que le ha pasado, de estar verde como ella sola preciosa super resinosa... Fuah... Si no me la cargué se quedó a poco. Una lastima que no de repetirá.

Tag 82: Hab mich nun doch entschieden , da die Trichome wirklich zu 90% Milchig sind , die Dame am Stamm abzuhacken . (Extra ein kleines Beil gekauft (scherz)) . Dann im Stück einfach Kopfüber . Abluft ist an , Ventilator unter der Spitze . Jetzt noch 4-5 Tage warten (je nach Temp und Feuchte) . Und dann schauen wir mal was es wird .Für mich wichtig , viel Feuchtigkeit im Raum , ich will das sie auch nach dem Trocknen noch kleben . Ergo hab ich den Stoftopf drinne stehen gelassen . Tag 82-88: Kopfübertrocknung + Temperatur : 21°C - 23°C) + Lüftfeuchtigkeit : 52%rH-60%rH + VPD kleiner gleich 1.2 + 4 bis 5 Tage Ich versuche maximal einen VPD von 1.2 zu halten für ca 4-5 Tage. Tag 85: Ein Video hinzugefühgt wo ihr das Trockenzelt sehen könnt. Die LED hab ich genau unter der Abluft angebracht damit kein einseitiger Luftzug entsteht, dafür mit mehr Power . Tag 86: Video von der Kopfüberhängenden hinzugefühgt. Tag 88: 5 Tage lang getrocknet , Blüten vom Stiel getrennt und in Schalen in den Weinkühlschrank mit Silikatgel für die Feuchteregelung. Tag 90: Trichome aufgenommen. CureBoxen geschlossen nach 2 Tagen im Weinkühler Next Step: Bouveda 58% , Sauerstoffabsorbierer

Week 22, day 4. 5 weeks after switching to 12/12 lighting. Nr 1 is 155 cm tall from top of soil and Nr 2 is 171 cm. They start to smell a lot and there is like sticky glue all over the plant. Its starting to frost up and the buds are swelling nicely.

Green Cure CBD Auto germinated and has sprouted easily. Every seed I started all germinated. So she is getting acclimated, and should start growing very soon. Everything is looking good. I did provide a light feed to help with ph stability in coco. She is off to a good start. Took 2 days to germinate Day 1: planted in soil 1/4 inch deep or so. Day 2: Had to replant because the root was growing horizontally just below the surface after doing so the stem turned a purplish color. Day 3: starting 3rd set of leafs also set out water to raise humidity in the tent. Day 4: looming good nothing new Day 5: looking good regularly misting, definitely growing but I think she's focusing on her roots. Day 6: looking great going to give her a good watering probably about .75 gallon

This week, spent a little more time on the garden, Transplant, microbes on the soil, new 20 litres pot, and every day bending, to mantain an homogeneous canopy ... Fed some Green Explosion again because i want a little more branching , but im switching next week to Flowering nutes, but imma keep Veg nutes because autos seem to keep growing more when switchin ... But heyy im new with autos hahaha lets see what happens.... The plant is soo healthy at the moment :) --------------------- Micro Vita : Applied 6.60 grams for the 20 litres of soil, recommended is between 2-5g per 10l .... TopVeg: 2,5 ml when applied alone and 2 ml/l when used with Deep Underground or Green Explosion. Green Explosion: 0,5-1ml/l, always with TopVeg because of PH balance Deep Underground : From 1ml/L first weeks, and until now, 2ml/l. Irrigations : Everyday in the morning, alternating 1/2 with water and the other with nutes, but if the plan is dark dark green im irrigatin only water so id would be 1/3 in that case. #####Top Veg always balances the PH so im never using boosters without it (they have high ph like 8 - 10 ) --------------------- Take care GD !!! Dec. 13 - start of week 11 and all's well into the flip to flower. Clipped 'er out real good twice but there's no stopping these girls. Probably looking at some serious pruning over the next 2 weeks. We'll keep it light but regular and with luck, it'll be a perfect mix between max photo synth. and energy allocation. We've gone much more aggressive with the nute shed. - gonna jam 'em every feed on a 5:1 ratioof full strength to calmag only and see how they take to it instead of the current 3:1. @quexos was spot non about the defo - shoulda been a little more ruthless but all good - we'll get there homie😉 Thanks again to the usual suspects for the comments and critiques. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This is our 2nd grow of an NL strain and this one should be typical of NL in terms of resilience. That said, she’s a former cup winner so we’re hopeful for supreme quality this time around. 👍 Gonna jack up the nute shed. and supplements heavy throughout the grow in the hopes of really testing the limits of my grow space (approx. 2sq/ft).
