Last week brought a challenge: Bud rot found its way into one of our beauties. But quick action, gentle hands, and a bit of intuition made all the difference. We removed the affected areas, adjusted airflow, and kept a close eye. This week, we’re happy to say no new signs of rot — just thriving flowers and crystal-coated buds glowing under the light. 🌞 Environmental Notes It’s been hot, really hot — outdoor temps reaching 45°C (around 110°F). To manage, we’re running the grow during night cycles, where we can keep the environment steadier. Even with heat challenges, the girls are handling it like queens — strong stems, thick stalks, and buds forming beautifully from top to bottom. 🌿 Feeding & Support Our current recipe remains the Aptus + Plagron combo: • Aptus Regulator, CalMag Boost • Plagron Power Buds, Sugar Royal & Green Sensation Together, they’re forming the symphony of this bloom — supporting cell structure, enhancing terpene expression, and encouraging thick resin development. One of the top buds was removed this week — not out of sadness, but as a precaution and an act of love. It was massive, too dense, and could’ve invited humidity trouble again. It's been a beautiful plant to grow, I thought she was gonna be a little bigger, however she has produced an amazing quality flowers, very sticky, terpy and stinky, the citric aroma it's absolutely wonderful just because of that I could grow her again and again. You definitely need to try this strain if you lovd weed.💚🌱🤤

Day 43. Girls are filing up nicely and the only issue i had with supercroping instead of heavy tieing - was one split, but both branches are fine and should hold large colas. Blue Dream closest to heater got thirsty first, so leaves a bit droopy. Girls got phed water today, next feed - molasses tea, then water and later full blast of nutes. No Root Juice, took out Cal-Mag too for now. In 3 days girls go to 24+ hours darkness and FLOWER !!!! Day 46. After 36 hours of darkness its always small rush to see your girls - they are just DIAMONDS ;)) Vegetation stage went like couple weeks, if not my stupid overboost of exhaust and low humidity i would save 4-7 days i think. So its FLOWER time, girls will get theirs feed tomorrow. Very impressed with Zamnesia seeds, let's hope next stage will be even better !!! Happy Growing !!!

Welcome to my FastBuds GSC grow-off diary! I plan on growing 2 seeds from the same package - one using a 950ml Gatorade bottle dwc system, and the other sharing a 64L reservior DWC. I'll grow them both while trying to be as simiar in techique as i can, but i'm more interested in how the 950ml does, so might not be super picky about doing things exactly the same, heh. I'm making this all up as I go! Enjoy the ride! Week 0 ====== Day 0.1 - 2 seeds in water for 24hrs Day 0.2- 2 Seeds in wet paper towel, in a plastic bag for 24-48hrs until taproot is out Day 0.3 - 24hrs later - one seed has sprouted a tail Day 0.4 - 2nd seed sprouted tail; put both seeds into rockwool Day 0.5 - 1st seed sprouted from rockwool Day 0.6 - 1st seed doing well, 2nd seed no change Day 0.7 - Checked 2nd seed and hasn't budged, so it's a dud. Started a new seed (had 3 GSC, so all good!) Day 0.8 - 1st seed into the 1L DWC bottle! Day 0.10 - 3rd seed germinated - into rockwool to sprout. DWC Prototype ----------------- - 950ml Gatorade Bottle - 2x small air stones - 1/2" overflow tube where i want the water level to be - Nutrient top-feed line The reservoir below is 19L (~15L of solution) with a small 80gph water pump on lowest setting, which will be on a timer for 15 mins every 3 hours (at first - we'll see how that goes). The water pumps nutrient solution up to the Gatorade bottle and the overflow goes back down into the reservoir.

Mainline week! Watering 5.8-6.2 Ph Par dialed to 295 with apogee meter Natures living soil+ natures pride veg+ recharge+ green amino acids+ brixs+ Mycos next week 400 Par water and pure water.. At Day 23: she’s looking a bit overwatered and stressed after her topping and mainline work she will bounce back on both fast end off week will have new cover crop showing and more growth will get pinned down to the bamboo! Day 29 fixing some issues the ac infinity drop trays water too good and needed to switch them out for old ones. Pots were soaked heavily and the cover crop was removed will add at a later date when the soil is more dry but still wet and healthy. 5.8 PH will re apply bamboo to tie down tops later this week. After having my first plant that I gave hose water and sunlight be cut in half by a caterpillar, and my first indoor plant to get botrytis. This has been my first fully successful harvest and I couldn't be happier. Been listing to all of the GFYH podcast with Rasta Jeff and learned most of the steps through listening on repeat at work. This plant is very fun to grow, it will naturally fill it's canopy without much LST and occasionally topping. I have no complaints about the nutrients, mostly using FoxFarm items, the trio is nice and I can see the difference when I pushed to far either way with them, the plants would respond pretty quickly and I could fix and possibly compensate for the mistake and they would bounce back like nothing. Not having experience with other brands I'll say that I am happy enough to keep it as a constant variable for my personal refinement in becoming a better grower. I plan to continue growing this strain for a while so that I can have a way to see my improvement, and I will likely make another journal after at least a couple harvests.

If you've followed me for a while you will know how proud I am of my first photo grow. Now this strain was gifted to me and I'm super happy with them. They've been strong, had to move them twice in 24 hours and still seemed happy. Would of really liked to keep a cut of pheno 3 as that looks a good yielder and smells lovely. I've not weighed it as its pointless wet and untrimmed. Anything over 5-6oz I'll be happy 🤷‍♂️🏼🤣 will be back to update in 10 days 🤞🏻✌️🏻

This brings the Journal up to speed. So going to start the 48 hour FLush this upcoming Sunday as well as going to move it to 48 hours of light insted of 48 hours of darkness. Then straight into the Freeze dryer to bring it down to 60% humidity in the bud and then to the curing jars. Going to be Timber 2 days into Week 9 of FLower. 1/20/2023 Week 8 (Day 5)- Flower- Day 107 overall T - 2 days until start 48 hour Flush T - 2 days until Start 48 hours of Light T - 4 days until TIMBER!!! 1/22/2023 Week 8 (Day 7) -FLower- Day 109 Overall Flush Day and 48 hours of Light. I subscibe to Dr. Bruce Bugbee's suggestion that production is under light instead of under darkness so I no longer do 48 hours of Darkness, I go 48 hours of light before Chop, sending my plants on a marathon run before I Cut. For this culture, I would like to let each plant grow with a main bud without "topping". I would like the tent to be filled and look like a Sog in flowering. (a total of 16 plants with 5 strains in this culture) My goal: at least 300g of dry buds🤞 ------------------------------------------------------------ 💧Watering each pot: Day 15 : 0.75 L With a little Bio enhancer ( 0.8grams/L) Day 21 : 0.75 L I use tap water, adjust the ph to around 6 and water ------------------------------------------------------------ 🔥❄️Temperature of the week : Day : 19-23°C (Humidity : 60-75%) Night : 14-17°C ------------------------------------------------------------ 🤩Equipment of the week : Light FC3000 Mars hydro. power 95% at 50cm Extractor 6 inch Mars Hydro. power 1/10. ON 24/24h 2 fans to circulate the air inside the tent. Each on for 30 minutes then off for 1 hour. this rhythm repeats itself in a loop Heating mat 95x95cm. ON 45 minutes. OFF 30minutes. In a loop. Das Blümchen steht bereit für den Start des CCG Community Grows. Die Keimung ist überstanden und wir haben uns das vermeintlich schönere Blümchen ausgesucht. Die andere Dame wurde inklusive Cube dem Kompost zugeführt. Hierbei sei zu vermerken, dass die Cubes recht schlecht Kompostierbar sind und relativ lange Formstabil bleiben. Mit dem verbliebenen Blümchen geht es nun im 3l Transplanter Topf weiter. Wir haben uns entschieden diesen Grow in 20l und mit mineralisch laufen zu lassen.

Ok so at day 21 all 3 ladies look amazing so did some training on 2 of them.I will let the smaller one of the 3 grow a bit.Im using the same amount of nutrients since the first feeding I will increase the advanced nutrients to 2 ml per gallon this week.When I water these ladies I judge by lifting the pots and I just know when they are thirsty :).I have also increased the light intensity to 50 percent power and they are taking it well.Day 23 I decided to top one that I didn’t bend over I rubbed some cloning gel on her cut so she will get better soon.At this point I’m doing a lot of leaf tucking but they are looking very healthy.

End of 2nd week of flower update: Hooray I have buds! Little buds starting forming about a week ago and they have put on a little weight. Starting adding bloom booster IE; Bud Explosion from Mega-crop. Couple leaves on plant#2 shows signs of calcium deficiency, so I've been adding Cal+Mg Pro My LST skills are a tad lacking, this is my first attempt so its not too bad, should of started training a bit earlier. other than that Girls look healthy and happy :).
