Through the vegetative phase, they developed into compact but well-branched plants, with a natural bushy structure. No aggressive training, just light leaf management to maintain airflow and light penetration. 02/08/20 (Sunday) 9AM - Continuing off of the great progress of last week I decided to take the initiative and attempt 'repairs' to the photosynthesis of my plants with compromised leaves using surgical tape. Unfortunately after one too many readjustments on one of the first true leaves of the SVG I caused some minor lacerations on the leaf; it should be fine though. 11AM - All four plants were fed. 5PM - I decided that it would be more beneficial to just defoliate the first true leaves and start lst on the SVG so it'll have a little more energy to grow the tops. Left the top leaf on the abandoned original stem to help with photosynthesis and not over stress the plant all at once. 03/08/20 The SVG seems to have responded positively to the training and is growing rapidly. 04/08/20 Had an exhausting day yesterday and fell asleep before I could turn off the grow light leading to the plants getting 24+ hours of continuous light. None seemed to be stressed and were immediately put to sleep for 6 hours before continuing their light cycle with a shorter day so they'd fall back on schedule. 05/08/20 The plants enjoyed a new record of 10 hours in the sunlight and are starting to look ready to stay outside for the entire day. Noticed one fan leaf on the Jam had evidence of leaf miners and decided to remove it to free up wasted energy for the plant. 06/08/20 More leaves are showing signs of miner activity so I feel it may be time to start considering an early topping. 07/08/20 I decided to do an early top on all single cola plants at their third from the bottom 3+ leaf node to help control the miner problem. Considering keeping the plants as indoor instead because pests seem to be targeting them in my gallery garden, but none of my other species of plants. Took some advice and squeezed all the leaves on the Jam to kill the leaf miners. 08/08/20 All leaf miner progress seems to have been halted.

Čakám, aby substrát preschol a môžem Hnojiť, pri zalievaní sa snažím postupne liať a nie všetko naraz ako nadržaný 15 ročný cápek čo má péro ako Eiffelova veža. Pridal som výrobené košíky na odtok do podtacky , ešte som zistil, že ich prerobim aby sa lepšie hýbalo nimi.Vidím mierne krútenie taco listy dal som silnejšie svietiť svetlo a je možné, že som ich popálil ale pri 2,2 L zálievky som dal Vitamax 2ml na 1l čiže som dal veľa ťažke listy môžu reagovať aj na veľa Vitamaxu Plus popálenie svetlom Čakám ako to bude ďalej. Hľadal som príčiny suchý vzduch, silný ventilátor priamo fúkal málo vlhkosti, opravil som moje chyby a čakám ďalej ako sa im bude dariť. Cookies gelato iný strein iná zábava . Výhoda každého growu je nové skúsenosti ešte, že to nie je automat.Držte palce zdravý kutil.

this lady from the off set was the fastest growing and largest plant from the off set growing bushy with lots of leaves needing the biggest defoliation's too get that important light down too the many branches below, she is drinking about 8 pints of feed a week and loving life , and her bud production is also coming along nicely too , i cant wait too try this one ,

She seems to thrive in the new soil, I'm checking her regularly because of the darker ridged leaves, could I have overdone the bloodmeal content? It should not have overfeeding effects with organic super soil. But we'll see. The FIM seems to have taken hold with her and today I started training, although it is more main-lining. For this, I just used some microwaved bamboo from the garden. Now we go towards flowering and I'm getting more excited after the first few weeks were a bit sad. Some of you might have seen my super soil recipe in my other grow, the Orange Hill Special, if you didn't, check it out here in the images! I designed it out of frustration that products like Fox Farms etc are not readily available in Europe. Those who saw my Gelato Monstercop grow, know that soil was pretty good, that soil became the base for this recipe, amended with some organic precursors to make it less dependent on feeding and after amending. Grown outdoors no nutrients just tap water (about 1Gal/day) on the days with no rain... usually around noon when I can see them sag and the weather forecast doesn't predict rain for the rest of the day. I add Terpinator (30mL/Gal) when I water manually. 2020 was an exceptionally warm summer in Quebec. Seeded on May 20th Sprouted on May 23rd Kept in nursery (watered with tap water + B1 vitamin (3ml/L) until Transplanted outside June 16th No Technique applied, she grows as she feels the needs.

A nice bit of growth this week, one girl is shorter than the other 2, and slightly behind in terms of growth. Hoping to see a good spurt now with the first application of Evo 2.0 spray on day 25, abit more nutrients added and lights turned up to 400w. Onwards and upwards 🌱💯

* ********* Week 11 - June 20 to 26, 2020 - Days 71 to 77 from germination *********** * It is the end of flush week and she went into darkness on Wednesday night, day 75, for two days. Saturday will be harvest day and start and the dry process👍 This week she continued to fill in and she also pushed out more frosty tricombs!! The fade happened this week more and she fed off of more of the nutrients within the plant.....perfect😃......would like a little more even but she was ready based on tricombs. Would like to have seen the lower leaves a little more yellow but its good. I am feeling very strongly that the big part of the pH issues this run was a change in feed water. I have always used bottled RO water for all my grows, except outdoors, but this grow I switched to tap water. Dechlorinated the water with air stone and gave it 24 hours min before using. Wanted to save some money and tired of lugging bottles downstairs a couple of times a week☹️ This is worked out nicely and a lot more convenient. However, the city must be putting some crap in the water that is causing issues in my media and raises the pH after the watering. Out of the tap it is 8.4pH and 275ppm. Since ppm were not too bad in my opinion I moved forward without filtering the water.......oops🤬🤬🤬 Out of options on what is causing the issue, I switched back to RO water late last week........all the girls are happier!!!! F......missed the cause for weeks. Always learning from this plant and my own mistakes to get better every run😉👍 Also wanted to add a little more stress to girl to help push out some increased resin. I drilled a 5/16” hole into the main stem to cause her stress. I did this rather than trying to break a branch and will see it goes this run. Sterilized a new bit in Alcohol and went for it. They went into darkness about a couple of hours later. Excited to see what happens when she comes out to get chopped😃😃 Not really a lot more to add this week as it was mainly looking at the tricombs and her buds. The pH will impact the harvest but she has been fun to grow and very resilient to pest and bug issues as well as grower curve balls. As always.......nice job Sweet Seeds....... SWS56 is very solid and I look forward to running her again one day. Beautiful little girl and makes me smile😃😃😃 Little more detail...... June 20/20 - Day 71 - Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 285ppm and 4.0pH - 8L given to get a good flush....pH still running around 7.4 - Runoff in pots already were 7.9pH and 685ppm. - after 8L water runoff was 7.4pH and 360ppm. - she is 20” tall and 24” wide. - a number of clear tricombs but more becoming cloudy. June 21/20 - Day 72 - dry out day. - buds are firming up......squeezed a couple🧐 June 22/20 - Day 73 - Rezin @ 1ml/L = 120ppm and pH the water to 2.7!!!!!!!!! - Given 2L watering. - No runoff water and I am good with that as I want the low pH water to stay in the medium. - her frost levels are really coming out now.....was able to lower tent temps to 75 degrees and 51% humidity......its been raining a bit so damn humidity has been high. June 23/20 - Day 74 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 2.4!!!!!! - not excited about these crazy low pH numbers but doing what we can - her tops are getting more pointy now and ripening nicely - leaves continue to fade......she is close - checking tricombs, I think we are done and tomorrow will be her last day so that I can take down on Saturday. June 24/20 - Day 75 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 3.0 - Going into darkness tonight so this was her last bit of moisture. - drilled a hole into the stem.....was going to do a couple of holes but not trying this method before I decided to leave it with one hole. - into darkness tonight So we finish up the week with her in the dark. Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our "Grandaddy Purple" from Blimburn Seeds! 8/24: I did some selective defoliation to help increase light penetration. Next watering will be a flush with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm's flush agent SledgeHammer. A flush is recommended after week 3 in the Fox Farm Feeding chart. I figure the recommended flush will do some good considering I have a lot of coco in the mix and there are small amounts of salt fertilizer in my schedule. She is really starting to do some stretching and she has an abundance of growing shoots. She has a few leaves that look textured or "crinkled". I tried doing some searches and not sure if this is due to a virus or some other factor. She is center in the tent and the only plant being grown in a fabric pot. She has also been vegging longer than any of the other plants in the garden. She was a survivor from previous run when I almost killed all my plants (did kill one) trying to kill so spider mites. This is the only plant presenting these abnormalities. I gave a lot of detail about the abnormal leaves because I am hoping someone may be able to help me troubleshoot. 8/28: Flushed the medium with tap H2O run through 2 KDF filters with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm Sledgehammer flushing agent and pH adjusted to 6.2. I started by giving 5 gallons. After checking the PPM of the runoff I ended up adding 5 more gallons mixed to same specifications. 10 gallons total was shared by 3 large flowering photoperiod cultivars and 1 smaller autoflower. She probably ended up with about 3 gallons give or take. I didn't measure how much each plant received. I just kept flushing each and checking runoff until it was under 1600 ppm. Hey now, hope everyone is having a safe week. The Glueberry OG continues to stack on weight as seen in the timelapse with the mains starting to sag as gravity starts to affect the stacking of the flowers. She is still feeding on cal mag, maxi bloom, and Liquid Kool Bloom. I will transition her to the dry Kool Bloom probably sometime this week as I believe she is about 2 weeks or so from harvest. I am planning to harvest her around 4th of July time frame, and then I will start a few photo period mainlines for my next run. She is starting to smell very nice with an earthy smell and a hint of blueberries. I currently have the Spectrum X cranked up to 100% power and have upped the time on the UV/IR bars to 120 minutes just prior to lights off. I am super happy with this light so far, she puts out impressive PAR, and runs fairly cool. Not much to do this week other than keep the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old.
