A it late with the update as I broke my phone,. To say it was my 1st harvest was very pleased with the outcome, 38grams dry of mostly tight nugs, trichomes on the main colas were turning Amber so cut those down couple of days earlier and left lower nugs to develop a bit more. Cured for 2 weeks now and buds smelling and smoking great, smooth taste and full of flavour! Next crop been planted very soon.

Only water for the past week being added to reservoir after nutrients..... Huge intakes... Very big plant.. Very big Buds... I have no idea what the weight will be... But it will big lol... Fucking awesome... All grown with Cheap leds lol well relatively cheap about 400 CAD all said and done on all the lights.. Full 1000 ppfd coverage on this plant with some extra ... There is a method to the madness. Foxtails are genetic related.. As they are present on all parts of the plant. The very tips of all big colas have been circumcised and my buds are all Kosher Now lol. No it helps make for fatter colas and stops some of the long and spindly look from happening.. I'd love to explain to everyone in great detail why the tip clipping is a cool idea especially with a foxtaily strain but if you can't figure it out.... not worth explaining.. Been keeping a close eye of everything this past week. I was fighting a little with humidity levels as they were staying around 70%. Picked up the Spider Farms Dehumidifier and been running for about 24 hours and got things staying at 60%. Still a little worried for later in flowering as I know Target is 40% so I’ll just continue to work on adjusting levels as needed. I trimmed up the plants a little to increase airflow and also pull out the light controller and ran it outside the tent. The 1st couple days of flowering I ran into an issue as my temperature probe went out and caused my AI controller to not be operable so had to do things manually for the first few days. Ended up splicing some wiring and got things working (ghetto but worked lol) until my new cord arrived. Switched over to Advanced Nutrients and picked up their Starter Box, excited to see how things go as I’ve heard nothing but great things. Started with a lower dosage to get things going. Hoping to see some real growth this coming week! I also started germinating some seeds for my next grow so should be starting a new dairy when those sprout.

Sorry I didn’t keep taking pics in between. This was from yesterday March 15th, day 70. Checked trichomes and they’re about 80%milky. They’ll start getting just water on Monday. Everything has required stakes for support. The ripleys og has weak branches so they need support but the alien v triangle needs support just from the weight of the buds!

Day 57 - Starting off week 9 and she’s looking gorgeous still. Decided that I’m going to give her straight pH’d water from here on out. Trichs are mostly milky and caught a couple amber today. Thinking another week or two and she should be ready to chop but will keep a close eye on everything. Has been such an easy grow so far, just didn’t end up as big as I expected but buds are really fat and frosty. Day 58 - Nothing new to really report. Going to continue giving her straight water and cal-mag. Didn’t notice much change from yesterday, thinking she might of stalled out a bit but hopefully these last two weeks she’ll really start packing on. Day 59 - Not noticing too much of a change the last couple of days, no new pistils showing and she’s starting to shrivel. There’s a few amber trichs in there but pretty much completely cloudy. Debating on a partial chop this weekend. Still flushing and giving her just water. Hopefully I can hold out chopping until the end of week 10 at least. Day 60 - She’s still looking good and REALLY frosty. Half the pictures I take almost look fake, she’s so frosty. Continuing just water to flush her out till the end. Decided I’m not gonna do a partial chop and just let her go till I think she’s done and hopefully more amber trichs. Day 61 - She’s still holding strong and still seems to be fattening a bit. Going by the trichomes, she should be ready for a harvest by the end of week 10, next weekend. Just going to continue watching her and if she needs more time, I’ll give her more time! Day 62 - No big changes, still looks like she’s on track for chopping next weekend. Will check her out again tomorrow and give her some more water. Can’t wait to start drying this girl, she’s smelling amazing. Day 63 - Last day of week 9 and she’s smelling really good. Still flushing her and think I might chop next Saturday. Will be 10 weeks total but we’ll see, continue watching the trichs.

Did a top dress of some grow powder dry nutes from botannicare. Just giving her rain water for now. Again—- temps, humidity, and clouds have been aalllllll over the place. One day it’s 86 and the next is 66 with nights in the 60s or 40s—- humidity and rain have been 100% down to 50%. All within a week.

I definitely had a mild case of over enthusiasm this week and managed to top the Apricot Auto by accident,,and although she’s still got a great looking canopy and looking healthy,,she may have stressed a little and is already showing pre flower and is beginning to settle into flower,,,she’s not quite as leggy as I would like her to be at this stage,,but I will see this coming week if she does much stretching out ,,which I’m really hoping for,,,🍑🍑🍑

Week 9 . Still not flowering I’m so confused because my lambs breath started at the same time and their buds are crazy for two weeks into flower but this baby ? Nada . Hopefully once she starts flowering she can live up to rhe name

Allright guys & gals, In my Quest to mastering the art of growing my own bud I've reached the classic, overfeeding point but i've decided to just dile it down a gear and keep at it...I'm amazed with the Northern Lights blooming, it looks way readier then the Diesel Haze, eventhough it was planted 2 full weeks after. the budsare smaller still, but fostier and just looking riper....I have noticed the bigger leaves getting some nasty nuteburn (or at least I guess thats what it is) . I will definately go super easy on the nutes next grow. ....Trust the process.... Update... The NL is suffering quite a bit... Update... Giving just water the next times to see if they recover... Pistils becoming brown now and smell slowly getting stronger...
