420Fastbuds FBT2303 Week 9 Weekly update on these magnificent plants. Both appear to be swelling up nicely at the colas and lower flower sites. Starting to see some fade/yellowing in the leafs but should be expected at this stage of flower. I'll most likely stop feeding nutes this week and go with just pH water from then on. No complaints so all in all Happy Growing.

Maybe last week for Mary Jane. My first love I will continue to give her only RO water and ripen, maybe sometimes some flora bloom. Plants seemed super short coming into week 3, I've raised the light 60cm above plant to encourage some stretching which it definitely has done this week. I'm watching the plant closely as moving into week 4 could mean moving into flower... They look pretty happy. Watered every 2.5 days, leaves and soil misted with ph balanced water morning and night. I'm toying with the idea of throwing in some far red light for 4 hours to see if it helps develop the plants more. 29.01 Far red light ordered aswell as a UV bulb. Plants seem to be doing ok, noticed a few leaves on RC#1 had curled tips so held off on watering for 3 days which seems to have done it some good. Snapped a lower branch on RC#1 during LST, wasnt a clean break maybe 60%? I've glued it back in place to see if it will bounce back. The brand feels floppy and lifeless at the moment but I've supported it properly so hopefully couple days it will repair itself. RC#2 also fell victim and lost a fan leaf.

Great growth. Much more compact than the other one (10 inches shorter). Bud formation looks good.

After three weeks in the solo cups I transplanted to 1 gallon pots and three days later I noticed yellowing on one of the plants so in 16oz of water I mixed in 1/4 tsp of Epsom salt and gave it to both plants in fear of magnesium deficiency but the other plant is thriving and growing strong. It’s warming up outside so the a/c and dehumidifier are working a bit. Got the lights on during the night so just a few hours at lights on they work a bit hard. Cleaned up underneath removing any sucker shoots and leaf that was near the soil. Not much really. Mostly on #3 as I didn’t train out the branches as much and she grew tighter together, so I removed mostly all inner growth blocking light and that allowed a lot more penetration and flow. Left a few leaves below to die off naturally…more the better. Gonna put some Grub Grenades in the pots with some yellow sticky cards. Not because I see anything, just being cautious. I do see what looks like Springtails but don’t seem to be an issue yet. Still looking green and healthy so I’m happy! Grow on! Update Made a few adjustments. I let the tops grow into the tsw2000, 18” to tops. I didn’t like how they looked so I raised it back to 24” where I’ll keep it. The “Kind LED” I know from previous grows that it can’t get closer then 24”. But this is my first run with “Mars” so I’m still figuring out the distance for my setup with additional overlapping light intensity from other lights. With that being said another pod failed so I’m down 2-Kind LED’s now. Gonna remove all old tech and use all newer TS series lighting. All Mars moving forward. Seems to be a great light and when compared to other quality lights you can’t beat the price!

Great strain! I was to get such plan with tree leaves instead of two.

Shame the leaves burned however the buds still looking fire and smelling next level, still few clear ones and no ambers yet, should be within the next week looking really good length of buds on many stems all nice and dense nugs really pleased

Well this little girl is forming very much like kush buds would , very dense and thick bud with very few white pistel hairs , A very attractive bud too watch form , she is packing on bud like there is no tomorrow as you can see from the pics and drinking the pot dry every 3 days of 8 pints , the colour from this plant is truly a sight indeed and the smell she is giving off is like a mouthful of blackberry jelly and icecream back when you was a kid , i am very excited about this one and cannot wait too try her ,

Day 49 - She grew 7cm this week. Looks like she is nice and healthy. 💪

No extra nutrients given in the last week or so, but no flushing as such. Harvested this week, since the smell was discernible from outside the house ;-) Now drying, in a remote shed.

December 31 2018 day 99 from seed harvest tomorrow

The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️
