Two out of three were fed with nutrients today on 8/10 2/3 were fed with plain ph water on 8/12. Back plastic pot still drying from plain water feed on 8/10 8/15/25: 7 more days until lollipop & slight defoliation. Need to feed all 3 with nutrients.

Gestern wurde ein letztes Mal entlaubt, ich denke so in 10 Tagen fange ich dann mit Terra Aquatica Flash Clean und Final Part an (dauert dann auch nochmal insgesamt 12 Tage die Prozedur). Die Buds duften sehr gut und die Pflanze ist mehr als gesund. Sie wird jeden Tag fetter und fetter. Also 3 Wochen dann wandert sie in den Cannatrol Cool Cure. Ich denke so 100 g dürften es trocken sein, wir werden sehen.

I just dont want to waste it. Plants are noticeably more vigorous. I am wondering if now is a good time for my defoliation. i was planning for Week 5. I feel like the buds are to developed for me to be pruning off lower buds and makes me feel like i should have pruned beginning of week4 __________

WEEK 5!!! Final top dress this week with 2 tbsp/gl of a 70/30 mix of 2-8-4 and 4-4-4 Gaia Green organic dry amendments. Started the week with compost tea @ 1250 ppm. GSD leaves always droopy, continuing to turn purple, then yellow on leaves so going to give her some seaweed extract and bat guano for the added Potassium that I think she's hangry for. Checked soil PH with my trusty BlueLab soil PH pen and low and behold the ph had somehow climbed to 7.0-7.4 on all (should be @ 6.5-6.7). Going to PH water to 6.0-6.2 for a couple of waters and recheck soil. The WW is just fuckin packing on buds and they're getting sticky as hell as well as the smells coming off all but the pissed off BD. Have learned that you have to be ABSOLUTELY on point with that strain!

Small yield but great outcome on the quality , bad thing is by this point I still hadn’t realised it was a hermie

End of Week 6 Added CO2 with regulator and controller! Added the trellis net to spread out the canopy and get more even light to bud sites. The ladies have lost some momentum and they're drinking less because of the pest issue. Although they should be growing faster because of the CO2 supplementation I'm sure when the thrips are gone they will explode. I also performed some HST by removing fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the stems to open up the canopy whilst keeping the stress at a minimal. Pest Report: Still fighting the thrips... Every time I spray Bio-Insek and Xterminator (Agro-Organics) it deals with the problem for a few days until the eggs and larvae that the thrips left behind hatch and start munching on the plants again. The ladies are strong and healthy and get a slight wilt when I haven't sprayed IPM for a few days this tells me that its not a major issue but I need to get rid of them especially because I want to flip to flower soon. It seems that the problem is under control. Now I will apply it weekly to make sure those buggers are ELIMINATED.

Day 84-91 (Day 3F-10F) (Day 6F) I’m giving a final foliar spray of Velokelp tonight before I start to see buds develop. Forgot to water today as I didn’t have any RO and bbb#1 was slumped and droopy. I decided to just water everything with tap water. I’ve been doing quite a bit of research on using city tap water with organics and it shouldn’t disturb the microbiology very much at all. And it will actually help smokability and ash color because of the extra CaCO3 in it. The higher 7.8 pH will also lockout heavy metals like aluminum as well. (Day 7F) Plants look just fine and the pH fluctuation didn’t make any difference at all. I’m going to discontinue the use of RO water for the rest of my run and all subsequent runs. (Day 8F) I’m defoliating small amounts of leaves and sucker branches but this thing is out of control. Every 12-18 hours I see noticeable growth. I want to do a heavy strip around day 21. Starting to see budlets and pistil clumps form! These plants don’t seem like huge stretchers but I’m still anticipating quite a jump in the next few weeks. (Day 10F) Everything is looking just perfect. I’m surprised how fast these 10 gallon pots are drying out now. They go from soaked to light and airy within a few days. Hopefully I can make it the next 2 weeks without seeing any N or Mg deficiencies.

Transplanted it to another pot as it seemed to slow down the growth of the plants. Input 550 ppm 5.5 ph Output 560 ppm 5.7 Topping! Solutions down 100 ppm Input 400 ppm Output 600 ppm 5.5 ph. after topping, the plants stopped a little, the yield from the substrate also changed

MY WEED SMELLS LIKE WEED. Filling the room, creeping through the apt, what a glorious time. No major smell worries where I am so I'm just enjoying the atmosphere. 😍 On to Backbuilding/Bud Tipping. (Shoot me any advice on this down below!) I experimented back mid-week with 3 tipped buds that had similar control buds side-by-side. After 4 days there is a noticeable difference in density and bud structure in the 3 tipped buds compared to the very fluffy and softer buds next to them. No overall size difference but the tipped buds are rock hard and filling in gaps down the cola compared to the untipped buds. A light squeeze on both a tipped bud and untipped will tell you the difference right there. Happy with the results after seeing them for myself and lucky enough to find this technique at the end of week 4, I tipped majority of the main colas on Danny and some larger buds on Arnold today. Which means I also get what OG growers call a "First Taste" once my tips dry out and cure for a few days. 😛 Other than tipping, I've just had to keep up with Arnold's feedings since lower leaves are still fading if I skip mineral nute feedings. Looks like they will be getting only PH Perfect and/or Molasses feedings until the final flush since they can't get enough food in the ProMix medium. I've still had constant defoliation during to avoid leaf overlap and light blockage. Since I'm now entering week 5 of flower I'll have to get it where I want in the next couple days and go hands off for the last month or so. Thanks for checking out my grow! Follow along as we're getting to the good part and I'll update again this week once the tipping sets in 💪 MID-WEEK UPDATE: Random Heat/Humidity wave in Southern Ontario so I'm keeping a close eye on the buds after dark periods. Keeping air moving well so far so hopefully I can avoid mold/mildew in last few weeks. Twins are looking good. Arnold still super hungry so I've upped the nutes a tad and skipped plain water feeding until the flush. Just fed them PH Perfect/Molasses cocktail. Big Arnold on the right is definitely rootbound by how the water is draining so I'm looking at a lower yield from the right plant. I get run off from small Danny during a regular feed but takes a lot more to get any from Arnold and I don't want to overwater in this random heat/humidity wave. The Backbuilding/BudTipping is working like a charm. The tipped buds are filling down and way more dense than the untipped. Popped the SoundLink in the tent today to give the twins some music while I go about my business. Day 11: Love this strain for starters but its looking like this lovely lady might be on the smaller side.. Growing a Red Poison Auto also and the two are only a day apart but my RP is twice the size but that's OK 👌 🙂.. never know what might happen.. I added FoxFarm Acid Lovers Dry fertilizer yesterday to my soil( scratched about a tbsp and a half into the top layer of soil) then watered throughly.. Checked the soils ph and it was up to 7.0 so I added the FFAL hoping to drop the ph a bit will keep you guys posted
