Day 64 - Starting week 10 and I’m ready to chop her but gonna give her another week and possibly chop next weekend. Not sure yet though. She’s mostly milky but would like some ambers in there and if I’m not seeing any this week, I’ll give her more time. Day 65 - Still continuing to give her straight pH’d water to flush her out. PPM’s are down to around 550 so thinking by the end of week 10, she should be completely flushed and ready for chop. Just watching to trichomes to tell me when. Day 66 - Just did a flush with foxfarm’s sledgehammer and gonna let her dry out till the weekend and looking at the trichomes, she’ll be ready for a chop this weekend. Looking forward to finally starting to dry and cure this girl! Day 67 - On track for chopping Saturday, day 70. Not seeing any clear trichomes, all are milky and some amber. Will most likely chop most of her and and maybe let the few bottom buds get light for a week or so and chop the rest. Day 68 - Looking good and frosty and begging to be chopped but gonna wait till Friday or Saturday then start the drying process!

Fabric pot plants still trailed their plastic pals. Midweek (Wed–Sat) was a ghost town, and by Saturday, growth stalled hard—soil water crashed to 16%. Sunday’s 3L feed (1.6 EC) saved the day, with runoff at a happy 1.5 EC / 800 PPM. Conditions stayed decent, but a high VPD (1.4) midweek and low CO₂ (500 ppm) didn’t help. Light bumped to 65% but dropped to 50% Sunday. 😅 Lessons: →Nutrient Alert: Overfeeding keeps haunting the fabric pot—use lighter feeds (1.0–1.2 EC) for autos. →Don’t Ghost: Midweek neglect killed momentum. Set reminders or automate watering to avoid stalling. ⏰ →VPD Matters: High VPD (1.4) stressed plants. Boost humidity to keep it 1.0–1.2. 💨 Fabric Pot Woes: Dries faster than plastic—check soil daily to keep it consistent. 👀 Takeaway: Overfeeding and a hands-off midweek slowed things down, but Sunday’s fix got ‘em back on track. Stay on top of feeds and water! 🚀😉

Well well well, what do we have here what a good crop so far. The discolored plant had some calcium deficiency so I upped calmag plus 2tps look like it did the trick so everything is good now!

🌱 Nectar Drip Update Week 8 from Seed · Week 2 Flower (12/12 from seed) Quick recap for anyone joining us now: This run is a 12/12 from seed experiment, meaning each plant chose on its own when to enter flower. Because of that, flower timing is not perfectly synchronized — and that’s an important part of this grow and of the decisions we’re making. We’re working with an exclusive collaborative genetic pack, not commercially available anymore, bred for stability, vigor, and resilience. What you see here is a real-world expression of those genetics, grown without chasing trends or hype — just observation, patience, and consistency. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Feeding (Why We Changed Nothing) This week, we deliberately changed nothing. • Day temperature: ~28 °C • Relative Humidity: ~65% • EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 • Plant height: ~40 cm to ~80 cm • Lighting: LED Many growers would say these temperatures are “too high for flower,” but context matters. Under LED lighting, leaf surface temperature typically runs 2–4 °C cooler than room temperature. Because of that, we focus on leaf VPD, not room VPD. The plant is what matters — not the number on the wall. We are not chasing numbers. We are paying attention to them. The plants are responding perfectly: • Lush, deep green foliage • No signs of stress • Strong internodal structure • Uniform uptake across different phenotypes When the plant is happy, stability beats adjustment. That’s why the nutrient recipe stayed exactly the same. ⸻ ✂️ Defoliation — Why This Week, Why This Way This week marked an important decision. Normally, defoliation would happen around day 21 of flower. But in a 12/12-from-seed run, there is no universal day 21. Each plant entered flower on its own schedule. The room was getting dense. Airflow was being restricted. Light penetration was becoming uneven. So we listened to the plants — not the calendar. We opened the canopy, improved airflow, and allowed the plants to: • Breathe better • Receive more uniform light • Push growth upward instead of inward We’ll be honest: 👉 We went harder than planned. But it was a conscious decision, not an emotional one. Leaves removed were healthy — not sick — which tells us the plant had energy to spare. The remaining structure is strong, clean, and well-shaped. ⸻ 🛠️ Training & Recovery • Structural branches previously damaged were taped last week • All repaired nodes bounced back perfectly • Plastic clips are still being used dynamically — on and off — to guide shape, not force it This tells us everything we need to know about the genetics: stable, resilient, forgiving, and strong. ⸻ 🔮 What We Expect Next After a hard defoliation, plants tell the truth quickly. This is the final week of nutes for the ladies! Time to flush her for the coming week. Also read that Purple Punch needs cold temps at night to turn color. Since I can't do that where I live, an alternative is to flush her with ice water. Giving that a try and will keep you guys updated.

This plant has been full of surprises this week lol. First I found spider mites! Then I found a little powdery mildew 🤬🤬 Well.... now that the bad news is out of the way how about some good news. She is starting to really fatten up. The smell of this girl is fantastic😎 It really smells better by the day!! 🤪 She has been yellowing out a bit quickly as of late so I may need to add a bit more feather meal and kelp meal to her top dressing routine. I may also add some cal-mag to a watering here and there as needed. I have some predatory mites and ladybugs coming soon so the spider mites time is running out🤨. As for the powdery mildew, I will have to spray her every 3-4 days with greencure to keep it from invading my precious flowers. Greencure is an outdoor farmers best bud!! (Pun intended). I’ve been in this battle before. It comes with the territory when growing in a greenhouse outdoors. Sit back and enjoy y’all. I’ll get this lady to the finish line. 😎🍿

This is the last week, I've given them another tank filling, but the Chem Beyond Diesel CBD was chopped on day 69F, which was the second day of the week, SAD CBD, and NYC Diesel CBD followed on day 73F. I left the for a couple more days, but also chopped it on day 76F, which is already the next week, but I won't be creating another diary entry for that one as it was 3 days long and nothing happened. The foxtailing makes it look like there are still a lot of white pistils, but most of the inner/lower ones are finished, the trichomes look ok, and I am growing impatient again.

Started too flush for 14 Day. I am very impressed for the result for my first grow 🤔 in addition its auto plant so less good than fem but the bud is sooo dense I am chocked aha. 6/26 the main cola still fights the LST I have applied(reminds me of gelato auto) but I havent given up. I pushed the main cola back down to rest flat until a different day. Fed her some slf-100 and recharge today 6/29 Shes a little roughed up after these last 3 days. She has heat damage to quite a lot of her. So I defoliated the damaged leaves and she perked right up after water. I am slightly concerned about the forming pistils though. They did not respond well to the heat these past 3 days. We had weather at 112 one day 115 the next and then 118 yesterday. The plants cant handle that

End of week 1. All 3 plants have their true leaves. The stems seem to be developing nicely but I was hoping for more leaf development. I still need to create more humidity. My exhaust fan still vents too much of it. I added a second camera and I hope to start adding some time lapse videos. Overall a good week! Still trying to learn my environment and tweak where I can!

Week 15 Added another Biotab attached to a wire so in case the plant gets too much Nitrogen I can pull it out. 😎
