So far so good, Smell is getting very intense at the moment. Started flushing today. Really can't wait to hang these upside down 🙏😇 For now they are barely "hanging" in there, they are getting heavy AF haha. leaning on the sides... Hang in there ladies!

In week 6 my HOMEBOX growtent has filled up so much, that I need to defoliate the plants. I take them out one by one and take off all lower branches (that dont get enough light) and all leaves of the lower part of the plant. I also take off most of the bigger fan-leaves of the top part of each plant, so the light can penetrate deeper into the canopy. I also add stakes and a plant-holder-ring to each pot, so the bigger plants are supported for better growth. You can see the difference in the BEFORE AND AFTER pics above. Two PURPS-plants from BC-BUD-Depot turned out to be male and have been discarded. Into one of the empty spots I put a small plant of BLUE MINT from Mountain High Seeds as replacement. The other spot stays empty. I simply put a tray into the open spot, so the water is not in the light and no algea grows in my autopot system. The watering via the Flexitank-reservoir works very well. Once a week I fill the reservoir with water mixed with BIO NOVA nutrients, following the SOIL-CULTIVATION schedule of BIO NOVA. Since the EC of my tap water is very high (comes out with EC=1,0 already) I can only add a lower amount of nutrients, therefore I use the BIO NOVA schedule at HALF strength. My babies LOVE the light from the EVO4-120 LED-fixtures from SANlight, they THRIVE under it! At this stage my two lamps are dimmed to 80% (=two green lights are ON, on the dimmer at side of lamp) and hang at a distance of 30 cm from the top of the plants. Now after the defoliation the airflow through the tent is much better and the light can also get to the lower parts of the plant. This way the flowering can continue with an enhanced grow of the buds.

Auto run finished. Flipping photo's to 12/12 next week! Going to install trellis netting, attaching it to the HV kit framing. Going to throw a 3rd LEC 315 CMH in the tent with plans to replace with a HLG 650R LED.

They are growing well and smelling good! I defoliate quite often, as it is dense in the tente. They look healthy :) all good

Ed ha raggiunto finalmente la sorella n.2 L ultima in fondo nei video invece è la numero 2 che mostra una stupenda, robusta e folta struttura a candelabro. Sono molto contento di come sta procedendo la crescita delle sorelle. Ottimo!!!💪 L odore si fa più intenso ma ancora troppo generale per definirlo. Ora come ora, mi sento di dire aspro🤔 Ho defogliato loro nel giorno 58, giusto po di foglie più grosse che facevano ombra👍 Eh niente ragazzi! Went fine. Windowsilll until I could see it pop above ground then into the tent on 95% rh -hardening it off 5% RH at a time. UPDATE; WEDNESDAY okay so I tried to fit in my 300w light but obviously it wouldn’t fit and so I thought “hmmm, what have I got about the house I can use?” I had a cob with one of those round pin heatsinks that is 100w but I obviously won’t be using it at the same timings as the main light, it is to boost the main light at certain points; mainly during flowering for a start!

Runtz is a very hardy plant, has a great structure that folds well. The buds are medium sized and insanely hard, full of resin. Even the bottom buds are hard and nice when you let the light through. I definitely recommend this strain

GROW 😛 Plants have grown rapidly. GraduallIy I removed the side branches. They look very naked now. But experience has taught me that - especially with SOG - you can almost never overdo it, by removing sidebranches for up to 3 weeks of flowering (depending on the sativa/indica ratio). Usually these branches do not get enough light, so they do not produce many flowers. 😺 On DAY 12 : The smallest plant is 30 cm. The largest plant is 68 cm. 😊 ------------------------------------------ BLOOM 😍 First flowers appear. The plants already smell very nice ! 👍 ------------------------------------------ WATER + NUTRITION 😱 On day 8 I watered the plants by hand, for the last time: 5 liter water with 2 tablets of RQS Easy Bloom Booster. From day 9 I have connected the autopots to the water tank. Hopefully the biotabs tablets provide enough nutrition for the coming weeks. ------------------------------------------ AIR HUMIDITY 😨 To keep the humidity at the desired level, I have to refill the two 7.5 liter humidifiers daily. 👍 As long as the plants do not have real buds, I like high humidity for a stimulating VPD. 💪 The WATERING VOLUME PER PLANT PER 24H above, is in fact PER POT (4 Plants / pots) !!! 👌
