7/6 Plants looked great thos morning. I WATERED A GALLON to the 50 and split one between the two tens. Top of the bags are still moist amd they still have some heft. I'm hoping this will at least carry me 48hrs. These are BIG plants and the wind goes right through those bags and dries them out. I'd rather have that though than worry about overwatering. I noticed some minor deficiencies on a couple plants so it's time to start the nutes. Calcium I'd guess. Just a beginning stage but it's time. Next feeding they'll get some food too. I'll still monitor during the day to make sure they ront dry out. It's amazing how fast they come back after they dry out but it stresses them. EDIT: I WENT OVER AROUND 2OM AND IT WAS OVERCAST AND 83°. ALL THE PLANTS LOOKED GREAT AND ALL OF THEM WERE STILL SLIGHTLY NOIST EXCEPT THE 10TH PLANET. THEY ALL HAD SOME HEFT TO THEM TOO. THE SUN IS OUT BRIGHTER NOW BUT IT MAY RAIN TONIGHT AND CONSIDERING HOW GOOD THE PLANTS LOOKED I THINK IVE FOUND MY CORRECT WATERING RATIO. IM NOT GOIMG TO 9VET WATER IN THESE GROW BAGS WITH ALL THIS WIND. I NOTICED SOME FOUR LINED PLANT BUG MARKS ON ONE OF THE LITTLE PLANTS AND REMOVED A FEW LEAVES FROM THAT THIRSTY 10TH PLANET THAT COULD BE SEPTORIA. IM GOING TO TREAT IT BUT I HAVENT DECIDED WITH WHAT YET. I MEAN I NEED TO MAKE SURE ITS NOT JUST PESTS OR WATER SPLASHES FIRST TOO. I'VE BEEN PRETTY SANITARY THIS YEAR. IF I HAD A PLANT THAT DIDNT RESPOND TO TREATMENT AND IT WAS INDEED LEAF SEPTORIA I THINK ID RATHER SACRIFICE THE PLANT THAN RISK SPREADING IT. IM PROBABLY JUMPING THE GUN BUT I NEED TO BE READY IN CASE THAT'S THE CASE. IF NOT FOR LOCAL LAWS I WOULD THE PLANT ISOLATED. BUT IM TALKING I PULLED MAYBE FOUR LEAVES OUT OF THE LEAFIEST BUNCH AND INSPECTED EVERYTHING. 7/7 We got thunder storms last in the afternoon and last night. For at least 45 mins it rained harder than I've EVER seen it. Pure sheet rain. It turned over to heavy rain before moving out. The plan was to water everything this morning and start feeding. As I said in the video the soul was still moist amd the bags still had some heft. Not like I just watered them though. I stopped by a local dispo on my way home and talked with the best grower I personally know (thanks Junior) and his advice was the same as what I was planning. I planned on going around noon to check them. He said I could probably wait until like six and then when I do water give them like a 1 1/2 gallons to make up for that monsoon we had earlier. I showed him the video and explained how I have been watering. My intuition feels good about this. I may go check on them earlier but I don't think it's necessary. As usual I'll update as I go. EDIT: AS SUGGESTED (WELL I SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE) I WENT OVER TO FIND ALL NY PLANTS LOOKING GORGEOUS EXCEPT THE 10TH PLANET REVEG THAT WAS A "LITTLE" SAGGY. I LIFTED THEM AND FELT THE SOIL IN THE BAGS. I DECIDED ON WATERING AS PLANNED EVEN THOUGH IT MIGHT HAVE MADE IT UNTIL NORNING. THIS WAS MY WATERING DAY ANYWAY. HOWEVER I ONLY WATERED 1 GAL PER 20 1.5 FOR 30 AND .5 FOR 10. I THINK THAT WILL WORK OUT GREAT WITH THE UPCOMING COOLER TEMPS. IT WAS SO HOT. DIDNT HAVE TIME BUT SHIT IS LOOKING GOOD. 7/8 Finally that hot streak has broken. It's in the 70s and it rained a little last night. Had to use an iPhone and send it to me because my phone was dead. My plan worked out great and everything is looking fantastic. We may get some rain tonight but I'll be watching the forecast. I DO need to feed and may do that. I might wait until next week. I also need to figure out what to do about that four lined plant bug. The birds that perch on my cage do a good job getting pests. Knock on wood I haven't seen many. I killed one pillar and there's just that four lined plant bug. That's really the only damage. I'd Hate to spray my girls with a bunch of shit over ONE bug. We shall see and I'll keep this updated. 7/9 Phone was dead this morning. Went back over later and defoliated a little bit. On reveg ive found a few spots that look like it could be septoria. Could be splash up or a million other things too. The birds have been taking care of pillars. I've found two this season which were promptly killed. Everything looked good. We are in much cooler weather now. Still high 70s with at least 90%rh. Could have showers but I need to keep up with my watering. I kept with the increase and watered everything with 2 gallons. With the exception of the 50 and the two 10's the 50 I skipped and each 10 got 1 gallon. Now it's time for a shout out. I get my seeds from North atlantic seed company. They have a sister company @dirtybirdgenetics which produces amazing strains that flourish in Maine. N.A.S.C has always used me good but this will be my first dirty bird grow next year. None of this was necessary but it's greatly appreciated. The hand written note put a huge smile on my face. 7/10 Rained last night. Phone won't charge so I used an iPhone and uploaded some pictures and a video. Plants are looking good but I've noticed "a" leaf with pillar markings. It's time to start feeding. I'm not sure if I'll start tonight or next watering. I'm not really sure. Any deficiencies are minor. I need to check my supply and see what I'm going to use. I'm suprised I haven't seen any wpm (knock on wood) with rh so high and "rolling mists". Happy 7/10 to those that indulge in oil.

Watered with rain water and 1ml/l Powerzyme, 2 ml/l Hesi Boost, 1 ml/l Cal Mag, 1 ml/l Alg a mic, 1 ml/l root Juice, 0.5 ml/l Bloom Complex and 1 ml/l Green Sensation. EC at 2.0 and a pH of 6.4 . Day 108: looking really good 🤗 watered with out supplements 👌🏻 Just rain water 👍🏻 Defoliated a little 👍🏻 Day 111: looking good and watered again🌊. Watered with rain water, 1 ml/l Cal Mag, and 1 ml/l Green Sensation.

18.04. F8 Flower Day 8 – Defoliation & Lollipopping Today a full cleanup and structural adjustment was carried out. Plants were defoliated and lollipopped to remove lower growth and improve airflow and light penetration. At the same time, branches were trained further to achieve a flat and even canopy. The full 1.2 × 1.2 area is now nearly filled, which should allow for optimal light usage going forward. Timing feels right, as the stretch is still ongoing but structure is now set for the flowering phase. From here on, the focus will be on maintaining the canopy and monitoring development as bud formation progresses. ——————— 22.04. F12 The plants are now transitioning from stretch into early bud development. First flower sites are clearly visible across the entire canopy. HST and training have resulted in a very even structure, with the 1.2 × 1.2 space fully utilized. The Autopot system is running consistently, supporting steady growth without fluctuations. The BioTabs setup continues to perform well, providing a stable organic environment. Plants are healthy, vigorous, and showing no signs of stress. From here on, the focus shifts towards bud development and maintaining optimal environmental conditions. The plants are now transitioning from stretch into early bud development. First flower sites are clearly visible across the entire canopy. HST and training have resulted in a very even structure, with the 1.2 × 1.2 space fully utilized. The Autopot system is running consistently, supporting steady growth without fluctuations. The BioTabs setup continues to perform well, providing a stable organic environment. Week 7 we can see the beauty behind exotic genetics creation. Strawberry candy terps present heavily at this point.

First week from clone. Started at day 5. Good week. Worked on the discoloration and growth this week

Day 77 (f15): The Runtz is stretching considerably more than the Kosher Dawg (which will need to be elevated - probably by putting planks under the dwc reservoir). Ran out of Plagron nutrients and couldn't find anymore! So I bought the only ones available at the hydro store 'hy-pro hydro A & B), these nutrients are much less concentrated and I already used up near to half a litre of nutrients on my reservoir change day (yesterday)! The yellow tips on the Runtz seem to be light stress, as during the res change the nutrient dosage was lowered and ph maintained between 5.7-6.1 and she shows she is hungry but the yellow tips got slightly worse to the light is 15cm higher now. Nice strong vegetative smell releases when I rub any part of the plants :D It is getting difficult to take pictures where you can actually see the size of the plants because the space is so packed! Can't wait to do the heavy defoliation after the stretch (in like 5-7 days from now)! Day 80 (f18) update: 10cm stretch since day 15, she is doing well! Internode distance is larger than I'm used to, but she also stretched more than I expected so I'll probably remove all the lower bud sites during the heavy defoliation. Light stress (or nute burn) symptoms barely progressed, I think putting the light from 35 to 55cm from the highest growth shoots helped. Since she is so bushy and definitely the biggest volume plant I have ever had I am very curious to see what she REALLY looks like after the defoliation!! Day 80 (f20) update (heavy defoliation): The stretch has slowed down and the buds have a slight fresh sweet citrus aroma, took 90 minutes to defoliate her and remove the 'sucker' branches and bud sites on the bottom 40% of the plant. Changed water reservoir to a mix with a bit of bloom booster (Plagron green sensation).

All I’m going to say is ooouff, it’s been a rough one this run and the plants took a beating especially the younger sister who’s got necrosis all over because of one fatal mistake I made; I didn’t use the correct calcium to magnesium ratio , the result ? Calcium lockout. I’m happy to say that I have managed to halt it though! Although I’m way too late , I think #2 is going to finish just fine, it’s not going to be 10/10 yield wise but there’ll be something :) As for #1 she is in a much better spot , the crown and few tops here and there are a lighter shade of green (which looks yellowish under the lights) but in actual ambient light they’re a shade darker. Well lesson learned, respect the calmag ratios! 😅

My OG Kush plant is from Royal Queen Seeds, and I know they sometimes get a bad rap, but I've grown their OG Kush before and it was fantastic. This pheno has some awesome leaves and just a really good structure overall. It's been a challenging week with the constant rain and ridiculously high humidity. Keeping things dry indoors has been a real struggle. Despite the weather, I managed to flip all my feminized photoperiod plants to flower this week. I'm hoping the switch will go smoothly, but with this humidity, it's going to be tough.

Do-Si-dos auto has grew well. She has a strong fruity, citrus aroma. Smells really good. The colas didn't get super big, but looked to be very frosty and dense. This is my first time trying this famous strain. It looks like it will be really good. I never had any huge issues during the grow. I also didn't juice her with nutes like I normally do to others in flowering. I am curious to test the results once I get her processed. September, 4th. The Banana Krumble Plants still stretching. All Plants show small Flowers too The biggest Plant doing very good, she overgrows her Clone ( planted to close) The Other Plant sits in the Middle of the new" Bamboo-Cage" against heavy winds etc. She has a Speedy Cile on the Left, and a Honey cream on the Right All Plants are wonderful Green and love their Outdoor Life I made a Video , to try to show the Plant... shes ... Another easy week, weather has been beautiful! Lot’s of ☀️. They have been very thirsty as a result, I was able to get three waterings in this week. Just keep bringing them in and out of their pop up greenhouse daily. Started to taper down some of the feeds, two plain oh waterings and one feed this week. I don’t really “flush” but I do taper down to just ph water for the last few feeds. Happy growing folks! 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Alright grow cycle, mistakes, improvements, etc... She did stay in veg for too long, her growth was slow and not the best and so she took quite long, next time i'll be there from the beginning so I can take care of her throughout. But her growth is really fun. It is a tall growing sativa with fairly tight noding when trained accordingly, producing long filled colas. The buds grow fairly dense and fluffly but do air out a little when dried. Trichome production was pretty impressive as well as terpene production. She had thrips since her early days but did not seem to mind them at all. I did spray them initially but once flower started I stopped. I believe predatory mites might have been feeding on the pupae in the soil, if that is what this specific species of thrips did, the reason I say that is I could never see adults only larvae. Whatever the case maybe they were there but the population never really increased. Something I did not mention during the grow is that those plants were played music during the days, music that is apparently developed for plants. The 10L pot was WAY too small for a true sustainable living organic and to provide enough space for the plant, that was a mistake, I'd say a 20L would be the bare minimum and still. The bigger the better. The hempy transfer did not hurt the plant and I believe even helped to some extent, BUT, I am still running test on the subject and so can't confirm anything, here are my observations Roots did not colonize the perlite, a little on top and the sides but that was it, I was expecting to see a big root mass in there. I believe hempy are great for salt fert as it hold a soup of nutes where the plant can feed from since the coco only holds very little Whereas in nature most nutrient are in the top soil where the highest amount of decomposition happens, this is where the highest microbial activity happens and so where the plant will find food. Living organic is trying to reproduce nature and so there is no need for the plant's roots to gather at the bottom of the pot. Although it could have potentially provided the plant access to a larger amount of water and possibly more oxygenation of the pot. Those are all theories, please speak up if you have other proofs. In conclusion , unless i get proven otherwise by someone or my latest running experiment , I will not be using hempies again as I believe it brings more complication and issues than a simple fabric pot. The lights, The 600w at the start was good, then I decided to add a 400w...😂 That was completely overkill and not necessary. Waste of electricity. And they started suffering from too much light it seems at some point, I raised the light by a good 30 cm and they were fine. 600 is more than enough. I am happy about how the soil performed but it has room for improvements. As for the watering technique I have been watering large ammount every few days, next time I will be giving constant small amount of water each day and a soak every week or so, I believe the soil might perform better under those conditions. She was also an easy plant to harvest whit her long colas which had very little foliage, I do trim in excess as I like my buds extra clean but the buds are not excessively bushy. The trims were use to make some bubble hash, around 100g of wet trims yielded around 1.5-2g of bubble hash. I did add a negative effect but only because it wouldn't give me a smile otherwise, but to be honnest it barely dries your mouth. The soil is going to be recycled and reused in a next grow. I can't think of anything else at the moment but if you have any question don't hesitate.

So far first week of flower been great, watching as the days goes by. I defoliated and top dressed a week before flip and they are super bushy already. Looking forward to stripping them again sometime end of next week. Feed them every other water with little run of, soil and water ph tested every other day. No complaints so far. They still have to get used to their new environment... Light stress from the cold nights and a little lack of nutrients in the soil make them yellow but hopefully that will be all right. Because I give it my own schedule which is nutrition nutrition water. nutrition nutrition water.
