🌳 Week 13: Well, they're happy... almost too happy! The canopies are filling up again and getting incredibly dense down below. Especially with the squatter, Indica-leaning strains, I'm honestly getting concerned that they might be too dense, and cause mold issues. We do not want that! So, they all came out of the tent again and got their most aggressive cleanup yet. I took more bottom branches off and made more clones, and then also just cut out some other smaller branches, particularly ones that were growing back inward or in some cases even crossing over others. The differences between the indicas and sativas are starting to become more apparent as the plants stretch, and some of the sativas are almost 16" tall. I actually ended up topping a couple of the very tallest branches before they stretched any further, again in an effort to keep the top of the canopy as level as possible. I'm also experimenting with using some wire rings as inserts to spread out the top of the canopy, and pretty pleased with the initial results.

I took a ton of fan leaves off and you can't even tell! 😃 they are beast❗

7/9/29 día 1 de floración Esto arranca amigos, por desgracia lo hace con unas temperaturas altísimas, con maximas de incluso 32 grados debido a la ola de calor que estamos sufriendo. Ya hemos montado el sistema de riego y lo hemos preogramado para regar durante 1min cada 4h durante el día. La solución la hemos preparado con los productos Cyco arriba descritos, con una ec de 1 y un ph de 6,1. Por otro lado nuestro jardín. Esta iluminado por 4 barras led 100w de solux, y un lec solux de 630w aunque por el momento está a 315w debido a las altas temperaturas. Para empezar la floración lo hacemos con una defoliación y una poda de ramas bajas. Estaremos atentos a cambios en las pequeñas para intentar mantener en cada momento la alimentación adecuada, sin carencia y sin excesos. No te lo pierdas!! 9/9/20 día 3 de floración Buenas, nuestras pequeñas se aclimatan bien a la nueva alimentación y a su nuevo medio. Aumentamos la ec del tanke a 1,1ec y seguimos manteniendo el ph a 6,1. Por otro lado las temperaturas parece que disminuyen por lo que pasamos el lec de 315w a 415w, manteniendo así unas temperaturas diurnas de entre 26 y 27 grados. Esperemos que continúen descendiendo hasta poder mantener las temperaturas a 23 grados durante todo el día. La humedad ronda el 40% y estaremos atentos para que no suba de ahí. Hey all welcome to week 7 of flower!! The lady’s are slowly gaining some thickness of there buds and just going along quiet nicely. A tad smaller buds than I had hope for but that’s just life ain’t it. We have had a quick look through the scope and think they will run for about her 2 weeks so they may fatten up a little more. Right out of the nursery! Root came out of stone wool by approx 2cm before moving into Waterfarm. I am not very comfortable with current light setup. I will leave flood light for vegetation as it is for this run but will try to organize some better equip befor flower. Current cooling also needs improvement - I try to do it step by step. Day 4 - Got an accident, not sure if she survives it. I will keep watching her but probably will update less frequently in next days. Day 7 - Alright, looks like she will survive that but she looks very week because of stress I gave her in first days...

So happy with the result of these gals. Harvested at around 15-20% amber on the tops of the colas, will be pressing the lower buds and trim with less amber into rosin :) They really grew into massive hulking monsters with colas the size of my forearm :0 I am so impressed and proud to call this my first ever grow. I learned so much and I am so hyped to put all this knowledge into the next grow.

●Day 49, end week 7. Added bembe, Boomerang, and blackstrap molasses to the diet. Noticed some brown freckles on a handful of leaves. Hopefully the cal and mag in the molasses will help get me through another week before the big flush🤞 recalibrated my p.h. meters. On to week 8 ●Day 44 just picked up a new microscope (Wireless Digital Microscope, ROTEK 50x and1000x Microscope Magnification with HD 1080P 2MP Camera, Mini Pocket Handheld Microscope Camera with Light Compatible for iPhone Android, iPad Windows Mac) via Amazon. So, sorry for the blurry trichome pics. I'll work on it. This diary will focus primarily on Big Bud by Seedstockers for the remainder. But the agent orange will finish her journey. July 26: Tropicana Cookies is now done a week of force flowering and is continuing to stretch. Both plants in this wagon will be tall despite being manifolded. She is well matched in the wagon with the two week older Lemon Cream Kush. Did another compost tea. It’s been a while but this is the fourth tea this season (?). See video where I explain how I make a bucket of lazy compost tea without any air pump or aerator. Seems to work. The bacteria also moderate water uptake by the plant and you really don’t need to water as much if you have been doing compost teas. July 27: noticeably stretched in the garage overnight. Right on. July 31: defoliated lower fan leaves and small bud sites. Aug 1: added top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom as the cannabis plants were showing signs of P deficiency. Blue-ish leaves and reddish petioles showing on another plant.
