Hello everyone, Another week has passed by and the 3 Afghan skunk plants are doing wonderful especially the one in the 39 liter airpot. I gonna transplant the other 2 within a week still thinking about in which airpot i going to put them in 21 or 39 liter. So I removed the internodes and some leaves did some lst. la seconda pianta ossia quella che non era ermafrodita è stata impollinata solo nel ramo in diretto raggio del ventilatore, forse avrei potuto pensarci, comunque ho 12 semi, per il resto non ho trovato molti semi e sono soddisfatto nel complesso, la pianta non ermafrodita ha avuto un esplosione di tricomi, veramente piena, per altro le cime sembravano pesare molto, per adesso stanno seccando, di muffa ne ho trtovata poc e niente

Welcome to week 2 of my Bubblegum XL diary, genetics by Royal Queen seeds. Looks beautifull, no starting problems. Grows fast since day 1. Small full spectrum burple cob light is doing its job very good, and as you can see the plant is growing as we like it to. GHE changed its name to Terra Aquatica, so its terra aquatica nutrients -- update day 3 wk2 Repotted into 15l rqs smartpot -- update day 4 wk2 Topped/fimmed plant, lets see how it comes out in the future Added small after-transplant video

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Rough week, seeing the full effects of nute burn and at the same time cal mag deficiency. Making some newbie mistakes here, didn’t realize how often I needed to give them cal mag so fan leaves started to yellow. Also didn’t realize the importance of watering until runoff with the medium I’m using so there was some build up causing the nute burn. PPM was 4000 when I flushed. I finally think I’ve got it all figured out thanks to friends with much more experience whom I should have reached out to sooner. Oh well, expected to make some mistakes and learn from them my first time around. Still have some big fat frosty colas! Can’t wait to take what I’ve learned into the next grow!

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. By far the tallest girls in the tent. Her colas are stacking up nice and tight if she keeps that up we'll have some nice dense colas. 😁 Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!

I'm not sure if this will work well or not. But, I decided to scrog this plant out to help keep the height down and to give the inner and lower growth more chance to get some sunlight. I had an extra 5 foot long piece of pvc that I use to water it. Thank goodness for extra pieces! Yes, of course that's a homemade scrog net. It's not easy making a 5x6 net and keep it all tight. It's a bitch, it really is. It'll be about time to reammend the soil next weekend. That should be fun to reach in there. Super happy for long arms for that chore.

Another week down, and we had some interesting weather. Big thunderstorms, lots of rain and hail. But the ladies were safe outside in my greenhouse. This gal is still growing fantastically and added some bat guano and bio-fish for all the essential love. All good things. Still have months and months of growth left but looking great.

I’d say another week, maybe a little more before harvest. Been feeding my plants RO Water only and I see the trichomes starting to build up. Buds are getting fatter and frostier compared to last week for sure. Starting to really smell like gas. Super sweet candy like smell.

Real simple week for these girls. KNF with fish hydrolysate, Build a Soil Trio (Coco, Q, and Build a Bloom), humic acid, and cal-mag. The 5 gallon is looking good. I've grown bigger plants in this size pot but this looking like a real fast finisher, maybe 2 or 3 weeks more. It smells great too! Pine and citrus notes when I rub the sugar leaves. The 15 gallon is .... not that great. Im thinking of pull this one and planting another plant. It's unfortunate cause I wanted to see this strain at full potential in the 15 gallon but it never recovered from the gnat issue at transplant. Sucks cause it's the last Six Shooter I had but it just means I get to grow something different in the late summer sun. We'll see what happens next week. Also, I caught this spider coming in at night to munch on pest. Best IPM you could ask for (but I still sprayed some EM-5 lol). ✊🏾
