Week 3

Welcome to the Week 9 update for the Sweet Seeds Cream Mandarine XL Auto’s. This was an eventful week of the grow as I finally gave up on the first two plants suffering with the majority of the powdery mildew. Instead of wiping a single spot off of a leaf it had progressed to wiping multiple spots off of the majority of leaves. It was becoming super time consuming just trying to keep up with not further contaminating the tent. So after fighting the good fight but realizing it was now a losing battle- I decided to harvest the two smallest plants. They were pulled from the tent right at the end of Week 9 and placed in my garage for 3-5 days before they were actually chopped and trimmed in Week 10. My garage is not heated and the temperatures have been around 0-5 degrees celsius so both plants had some time to “chill out" before harvest. Not only did they reek stronger than ever but also seemed to produce additional resin after being exposed to the cold for a few days. I chose not to weigh the wet trimmed bud as it hasn’t amounted to much but after drying for 7-10 days it’s working out to be approximately 1 mason jar of nuggets per plant. I will provide final weights and better pictures of the bud in my final harvest update. Nothing much has changed for the remaining two plants except for drinking a little less water and the humidity has slowly been decreasing as Canada moves into winter. It was a last week of flowering. Next week will post a photos of a harvest. Some conclusions from the current grow- It is looks like there was too much light. Many top leaves were too dry. Next grow will use only one 240W lamp

First day flo. Age 8 weeks

First buds appeared this Wednesday! Still continuing with shed time at night; I'm still dwelling how/when/if I'll stop this. From start to stop, I can get the plants out in the morning in 7 minutes, and put them away at night in 5. It's also time I'd love to get back. But it also could prevent them being seen by casual weed thieves, as well as saving them from frequent night rains in Sept. But they're also soon going to be getting sticky which will suck for handling them. Speaking of, I'll probably pick a separate shirt to use while doing this, as even tying them up a bit more today has probably made it so I'll reek of weed until I change. Speaking of tying them up, the video allows one to see trees in the background getting tossed around in the wind, while they don't have too much movement. And I love my windchimes :) . Still watering 5 gallons every 2-3 days. Today was pretty cool; only a high of 26C.

Start of week 2 of flowering, both girls were drooping heavily and the medium was dry and pots were very light feeling. Removed the worst leaves from each plant and a few large fan leaves. Overall, I'm very happy with the weeks growth and development.

Week 13 - Flowering Week 4 The cycle look well advanced. All plants are producing quantities of pistils like the Royal Gorilla or Bubble Gum. Some aphids are still around but infestation seems under control. I sprayed Neem oil to repulse insects and defoliated. I added more nutrients in the soil (Palm Tree Ashes) and in Water: pk 13/14, flowering stimulator. Watering each 2 or 3 days 80cl/plant -Cal/Mag + Pk 13/14 + flowering nutrients -Cal/Mag + Bud XL + flowering nutrients -Cal/Mag + Over Drive + flowering nutrients Plants report: -CaliFunk the most advanced: flowers are frosty, resinous and getting thicker. But this plant is very short and only the 4 main buds are correct. -Royal Gorilla stopped to produce long pistil and started the final stage. -Ak 47 is flowering slowly, buds are long but not thick for the moment: elegant Sativa -Bubble Gum look great, dynamic and homogeneous flowering: well engaged -Green Punch after damaged is producing some flower + one bud…. -Sour Diesel is a pretty good surprise: interesting flowering: slow but progressive (Sativa dominant). The smell in the grow-tent is a strange and strong Mix between this 6 different strains.

Day 83 Day 41 Flower This Royal Creamatic has done amazingly well. I'm very impressed royal queen seeds!! She has finalised, soil has returned to dry, I also did 24hrs of darkness on last day to help boost trichome development, not sure if worked or not but she is very tasty looking! Trichomes now seeing amber and pinks they look amazing, the smell is unreal, a caramel sweet hint then BANG straight gas to the nose and throat 😂 safe to say she'll be a hitter 💪💚 Overall I'm impressed with what I achieved from a 3gal fabric pot, on a whim I threw 3 seeds in, kept 2. Topped one, and found this strain prefers to just have lst and support during flower as she does present some dense flowers 🙌 I have a wet bud weight of 570g. Trimmed wet buds are 423g Wet trim 47g I will be hanging for 7-10 days, possibly 14 due to size of nuggets 😅. I'll update dry weight then 🤞 Bud dry weight 287g!! It smells incredible! Gassy, pungent straight to the nose, but then it's a sweet caramel / vanilla tone. Smoking - 😍😋, damn, my partner only had 4-8drags normally, but she described this one as a caramel biscuit ice cream, that tasted that good she smoked past the high 🤦‍♂️😂🤣🚀🚀 She was off, half a joint and done. Giggles, munchies, sex sleep. I enjoyed. It on the other hand, straight the eyes, dry throat, munchies as soon as stubbed out. Then we had amazing connection s+x 😁. Day 21 of Flowering The ladies are doing great and have finished stretching. Today, they will be defoliated and lollipopped. As always, they are getting compost tea.

- Raised cal mag from 3 to 5 because I thought plant was lacking cal mag - Upped nutes but it may have led to nute burn in the next few weeks (see pics) - ~350-400 ppm for half nutes - buds starting to form nicely
