Here I am again, I've been neglected this diary for 3 weeks so I made a fast update on the last 3 weeks, not so detailed unfortunately. Today is day 58, some leaves are yellowing and I don't understand what it could be. It seems a Phosphorus deficiency but there are also this strange rusty spots on some leaves on top of the plant. From what I know in case of deficiencies the first leaves to suffer should be the ones in the bottom part of the plant but I don't know. I upped the calmag a little because the rust spots could indicate calmag deficiency. Learning something new everyday with this hobby, I just hope I manage to stop the problem because in my previous grow I had a similar problem and didn't managed to stop it so in harvest time all the leaves were basically dead. Anothe detail I'm not happy about is the not so even canopy I created. I think I started LST a little too soon and therefore deformed a little too much the plant. Next time I'll try to top for the first time. Other than the problem I mentioned the buds are stacking up really really nice and they smell amazing. Real frosty buds it seems as you can see from the video. I hope I'm doing good :D

Things are still picking up. I've almost got my light at it's maximum height and she keeps pushing taller. Two different phenos from what I popped. One is shorter and is really stacking on bud sights and starting to frost up. The other is trying to push almost a foot taller and seems to be about a week behind the other plant in terms of bud development. Did some defoliation a few days ago and cleaned up lower bud sites that were not going to reach the canopy.

Welcome back to week 3 of this grow diary! Just like the other plant this one is unfortunately presenting with an interveinal chlorosis and also at the end of the week it started developing some brown spots mainly at the leave edges. I’m not really sure what’s going on but I suspect it’s a magnesium deficiency that’s the only thing making sense to me. I had slight problems with adjusting my watering volume and frequency to this new substrate. I overwatered a bit last week because the substrate apparently has a higher water holding capacity. Immediate actions: Less watering, corrugated cardboard under planters for insulation from cold tiles, checked soil PH (slurry test), ordered Epsom salt (should take about a week to arrive) for foliar application. I’m pondering flushing the substrate so that I can be sure it’s not caused by excess of other nutrients and lockout. But since I noticed that the substrate holds water a little bit to well for my taste this could also backfire and further worsen symptoms. Unsure on how to proceed, guess I’ll have to wait for the Epsom salt and try if a foliar spray improves the status of my plants :( Let me know if you have any input on the matter!

Week Six (more like Week 4 or 5) alright, a lot happened. first in rearranged the plants to get a nice even canopy to flip to flower. as planed, I changed the lights to 16/8 and upped the power to around 75% at 50cm to the canopy. every plant got a topdressing with Terra Preta, rockdust, biovin and seeweed (rooting powder) and fed the plants with colonize and organic feed 5-2-5 (see pics). I got worried about the bagseed. on RNG 2# I see what's looks like male and female sex. on RNG 1# I think there a female sex signs, but I am not sure. only on RNG 3# I see more than one female sign on the nodes. I read you can have a high chance of hermies with bagseeds. on the other side, some strains came from bagseed. but I don't search for strains, so two new plants appeared suddenly. one gelato from zamnesia and one San Fernando Valley X The Purps from growers choice, both feminized and photoperiod. I decided to keep the RNG 3# as she is the safest to grow out. she shows female sex clearly and is the smallest of the bagseeds. so the fits nice with the fastbuds and the two new plants. I can happy give the bagseeds to a new home, so maybe I still see some result from the RNG 1# and 2#. I mixed some new soil with amendments and transplanted to 11l pot. they also got a good chunk of colonize and the normal dosage of feeding. I watered them in and the gelato popped back up, the SFV was a bit sad, some lower leafs hung down, but she like the transplant. both are in very good shape. one day after the transplant I will do some deleafing and training. also I get the mars hydro clip fan to get some needed air-circulation in the tent. so in a week or so, I will flip to flower, this will be the last update in veg. thanks for reading or checking out my grow. Growing like a weed. Light burn mid veg, due to ph meter broken. Quickly recovered after flush. No issues since. Day 14, lowering nitrogen tomorrow. Slowly raising her ph a wee bit, she doesn’t seem to mind. 7 out of 8 seem to be on the same pace, one is a little slower. All plants, aside from color, look the same genetically. Rare to have a bag of seeds with the exact same plants. Good job Grower’s Choice. Still no pollen sacs on sprayed branches.

Day 43 - Starting week 7 and did a little adjusting to a couple of the tie downs. A few branches were starting to get really lengthy so wanted to keep them somewhat tied down so when the bud weight starts coming, it’s not too heavy. Other than that, she seemed to of liked the drink yesterday and is doing really well overall. Day 44 - Nothing much new today, just gave her a little once over, snapped a few new pictures and put her back into the tent. All seems to be going well. Day 46 - This girl is still going strong and she’s starting to smell a bit more each day. For the most part, LST is done with the exception of a few that may still be bendable here and there. Had to give her a little under a half gallon of water today and tucked her leaves. Day 48 - Still chugging along and budding up nicely. Not much happening with her, just giving her water when she needs it and tucking leaves but I have removed a couple that just stayed in the way. Should be ready for some water in another day or two. Day 49 - Ended week 7 today with a full on of water, she’s really starting to drink a lot. Not much else going on or done with her today besides removing a couple fan leaves and tucked the rest.

I have given the a defoliation at the top and below as in the last week has gone crazy. I have been given most RO water and looks like they can't stop growing. lower the light to around 600 pfd as the tops of the gorilla glue looked burnt. I just have a Strawberry gorilla short maybe something that I have done at the beginning or just genetics as the other is double the size.
