Wow I had my led way to close at 22" should have been 34" but live and learn . They were also a little river watered but I've fixed those issues and given the girl fresh water then a nutrient feed and foiler spray. Very excited to see what next week bring in living the genetics resilient already is great ..besides that not much to say but have a great week canna family ...

Hi Growmies, My apologies for the delayed update, but work life balance got a bit out of wack recently. Anyways, water was changed on time and general maintenance took place. Continued with very light defoliation to really guarantee that all the shoots get equal light exposure. She is turning out to be a real beauty and literally no Scr.O.G was necessary due to her natural structure. Buds are already forming very compact and dense to touch, something that’s always a good sign ;) Since this is my first proper DWC grow I am actually quite impressed by the root growth and the resulting nutrient uptake, as well as vigor in plant growth. Is it btw just me or is this website getting slower, buggier and laggier by the day? Videos won’t upload, weeks don’t reflect, diaries won’t update….

Didn't realize I didn't start a diary for this. Very lazy... Overall plant seems happy.. This week and going forward mostly LST and light fan leaf defoliation.

I struggled with this plant the whole grow cycle. She still came out alright in my opinion. She did foxtail due to heat. For a first photoperiod grow in DWC I did good in my opinion. Learned a lot more, and been applying those techniques now. She grew under a Spider Farmer SE5000 light in a New Level Hydro bucket. I used hygrozyme during grow. Glad I kept a record of my first grow. I bought the clones on a whim to observe their growth cycle. Enter free time. Significantly less bud than I thought but I did have way more time vegetating than flowering... forced to trigger it early.

Back on track today is Day 35. In the past I have fed lightly I dont like burnt tips but with the variety of strains in this grow with the co2 I bumped it up a little. Some strains like the Polar Vortex 6 are much more sensitive than some others so it was unavoidable. Other than the tips they are all doing pretty well. The Cherry kush mints in the 4x8 in my eyes is clearly a beast it had the shortest veg time and caught up to most of the big girls. Also its development has been impressive with a unique terp profile at this stage. The sleeper is the garlicane 5. I've grown most of these once or twice before but with the upgrades and the co2 that one has developed nicely and looks like it will put on some serious weight. Installed. Heat in tent went up quite a bit... was 89F when I noticed, increased exhaust fan to 80% from 60%, dropped to 85F. Not liking the noise increment on fan. Oh well. Light is killer tho. I like it. Some pictures added. New wattage on LED lighting for 4x8 tent at 1,475 actual watts.
