Kein Dünger mehr seit letzter Woche, habe heute angefangen auf Ernte vorzubereiten (deswegen manche so kahl, so muss ich später nicht so viel trimmen auf einmal sondern kann auf die letzten Tage verteilen…

High growers! Last week was not easy, plants got too much nutrients, especialy nitrogen. I found some leaf tips curled down or burned, and some of the leaves were “green too much”. So week 4 was just pure water, with no nutriens. Some kind of flush. Im not sure, if I feed them next time, when watering comes. To me, they look pretty fine, much better than 3-4 days ago. I think I will skip feeding for next watering, depends how they grow next 2 days, till watering comes. The ones on the left side, Critical Jack on left bottom and 2x auto jack just above it, started producing buds already. Californian Snow, on the right bottom, and 2x Somango, above the Californian Snow, are taking a bit more time, but little buds are there already too. Will see the progress next week. Did some defoliation at 20. april for more exposed light. Watering 3L every 2-3 day ish. A lot of new growth.. So excited for the next weeks!

Over the last week I was stressing over overcrowding but I seem to have got this 12-12 timing correct as the stretch has come into play so I’m pretty sure by Friday I’ll have pistols and be able to call it day 1 in flower! I have a nice sea of green coming on now too and as I said I won’t trim anything or top as I want to grow naturally (organic)! If you like hit me with a like thank you buddies merry Xmas! There’s still a lot to learn. Just when I thought things were back in the sweet spot, moderate signs of nutrient burn started to appear. Several older leaves are showing the typical symptoms, so I’m cutting back on feeding and switching to pH’d water for the next couple of weeks until they stabilise and it’s time to flip. I’m also hoping the move into the 11L pots encourages more lateral growth, because what I have right now can’t really be called a canopy yet 😅. The goal is to fill things out properly before installing the net and thinking about 12/12. For now, it’s about restraint and letting them rebalance. ******************************************************************** START OF WEEK Went to the grow store and wound up with an AC Infinity EVO6. It should be a nice light for the future, and when my warranty replacement comes back, assuming that won't be an issue, it'll be nice to have a decent back-up. That's the bright side, but I am a little bummed about laying down the cash with ten to 14 days left. That part is the kick in the nutes. Fine, moving on. As for the grow, it's plowing forward. These plants are doing all the things we want them to do right now. They're getting fat, they're getting sticky, and the fade is fading away. Some branches may call for some last minute support, but for now the sucked-in tent walls will continue to suffice. The feed is still at 1100ppm and pk boosted, but the plan is to finish this week around 750. ******************************************************************** END OF WEEK Day 63 of flowering has arrived. I've backed off the nutrients. We're now sitting at 850ppm with about 6-8 gallons in the system remaining. This should equate to a Thursday refill with no feed, and then a Saturday or Sunday chop. VPD has been running a touch high this week, but that's not a concern. It's staying in the ideal range for most of the lights on period, and then trailing up in the last few hours to around 1.7-1.8. No biggie. The new light is really nice, but it runs hotter than the combo of the S22 and S44 (500W total), and that's with the EVO6 driver outside of the tent. This also isn't a big deal. The max tent temp is around 84, and before that wouldn't get past 82. Not a huge difference, and potentially better for the plants with the additional heat. I've got two CO2 mushroom bags in there, so more temp should mean more production at that level. I'm excited for this grow to finish and I'm looking forward to sampling the variety. I'm definitely using half, if not more, to make bubble hash. I'm probably just going to run it all together, as opposed to having runs for each pheno. I'll sample the tops independently, and smash rosin by pheno, but I'm not sold on isolating the hash. Seems like triple the work, but I've got a week to make further considerations, so we'll see. This will be my last grow until I sell this place and move into my next place. I'm going to miss growing. It's brought me a ton of peace by giving me something to anticipate, study, and take pride in. It's such an enjoyable hobby. I'll miss it in the time being, but I'm grateful that I won't need to step foot inside of a dispensary in 2024. Big win there! Everyone should grow their own.

Das Blatt Blüte Verhältnis war sehr sehr gut! 👌 Ich habe die Pflanzen dieses Mal nicht komplett getrimmt, sondern mit Zucker Blätter aufgehangen um ein schonenderen trocken prozess zu bekommen und ich Maniküre die Pflanze dieses Mal erst wenn sie trocken ist das verhindert Verletzungen der Pflanze die ein zu schnelles austrocknen zu Folge haben! Es ist mehr Arbeit weil man die Pflanzen Doppelt und dreifach in der Hand hat aber es lohnt sich, ich habe die komplette ernte fertig getrimmt in ein Cvault 21L für 2 Wochen Fermentiert mit einem 62 Prozent boveda, ich habe jeden Tag gelüftet und jeden zweiten Tag muss man es wenden vorsichtig! 👌 😊 Und raus kam richtig Premium gras ♥️♥️♥️😁 The leaf to flower ratio was very, very good! 👌 This time I didn't trim the plants completely, but instead hung leaves with sugar to get a gentler drying process and this time I only manicure the plant when it is dry, which prevents injuries to the plant that would result in it drying out too quickly! It's more work because you have the plants twice or three times in your hand but it's worth it, I finished trimming the entire harvest in a Cvault 21L for 2 weeks. Fermented with a 62 percent boveda, I aired it every day and every other day you have to turn it carefully! 👌 😊 And out came really premium grass ♥️♥️♥️😁

Cropped on Sunday evening as scheduled, a few days before complete ripening. I'm not worried about that as this shit plant has the hardest and frostiest buds I've ever seen. The complete pre-harvest defoliation made me understand a few things, stem rot. What I believed was a lack of nutrients instead was some rot at the base of the stem which I did not recognize because this plant was too leafy. This is probably the reason for the buds rot spots, considering that the weather was still dry until now. The loss is few grams so far. The plant has a fantastic skunky and fruity smell and is very easy to manicure.The buds are so resinous that seems to have slime in my hands. See you soon for the report of the harvest. I've decided to do a wet trim and manicure to check out for eventual hidden rot spots, this has required 3 days of work and a lot of spliffs and simply I forgot to weight wet plant. Estimated wet weight is 1,5/2 kilos.

Day 78 Update: Start of week 12! Watered plant with almost a gallon of pH balanced water until runoff. 4 days left of flushing on Plant #2. Going to play it day by day till harvest, depending on how this week's plans unfold. Day 82 Update: Harvesting Plant #2 today. I will update the harvest part of the diary once I place these buds in jars. See you in a few days!

I am more than happy with the Strawberry Gorilla from 420Fastbuds This is my first attempt at hydroponics, but it's going well. The plant grows incredibly quickly. I made her a new and stronger nutrient solution. The PH rose to 6.5 over the last night. I check once a day. Now the PH value is back to 5.7. If you have any tips, criticism or anything, please write to me!! On the 20th day I started with LST and used Plant Trainer. I'm still thinking about topping her.

Hey now, hope everyone is staying safe and having a great week. The Glueberry OG started to stretch here in the past couple days and picked up 5 inches in the last 5 days, so we will see how long she continues to stretch. I will continue to feed her veg nutrients and and keep the medic grow spectrum x light in V1 mode as to help promote tighter internodal spacing. Once the stretch has stopped or at least almost stopped I will transition her to flower nutrients and introduce her to the flower spectrum of the light. I have started introducing UV/IR lighting to the grow tent for one hour before lights off. I just focused mainly on keeping the feeding reservoir clean, and PH'd, as well as some low stress training for her to attempt to have a nice even canopy. I am definitely more interested in flower quality than quantity at this point. I believe this lady will stretch for at least another week if not slightly longer just based on her expected harvest time of 12-13 weeks but we will see. Now flowering in week 5. She's doing really well. Almost forgot she lost a main branch. She's almost filled the 60c60 tent. I hope she's done stretching because she's almost out of room. Really looking forward to tasting her.
