Hey guys :-) . Today the plant was sprayed again with neem oil. There weren't any more trips to be seen after the second application, but to be on the safe side, you did it again today get a cure. That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). The ladies are developing well and have 1 week before I change the time to flowering. Normally I would let it get bigger and train because the tent only has 80x80 and 180 watts are available, so I will switch it over soon enough. This week it was poured twice with 0.8 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Otherwise everything was cleaned and, as always, everything was checked. Por aca les dejo el proceso, sigo nutriendo solo con agua, pero en estos días usare solo RECHARGE para así darle un toquecito adicional. Me gusta ese producto, me ha hido muy bien con el. Siguen creciendo los masos de moñas, se tornan cada vez mas color vino, rojizo. contentas, olorosas, frutoso... les comento que es como cuando te pasan una barra de STARBURST POR LA NARIZ... JAJAJA! 😇 disculpen la analogía, pero literal es como les comunico. MUUUy contento ésta navidad con los resultados. Seguimos creciendo, deseando que les valla mejor, un abrazo... BUENOS HUMOS!

Starting week 8 droped day and night temps to 70 day 68 67 night started bring out colors in both strains! Runts is insane orange color solid fat nugs with the pie is purple and frosted almost to a white color. The smell of both strains is out of this world keeping the temps consistant is the key to having high terpiene content. Just the slightest touch makes both these girls so loud of fruit and cake batter or cookies from the runtz, too the overpowering lemon or manderin orange from the pie. Starting to get real close on the beauties gana push them to their limits!!!

At this point, I’m wondering if there was something I could have done earlier to avoid the significant height difference between the two plants. Jack Herer turned out compact, while Northern Lights grew taller, with buds more scattered and spaced out. A few weeks ago, I did some lollipopping to remove very low, underdeveloped buds, and also some defoliation to help light reach areas that were shaded. I’ve been really struggling with the Berlin summer. I can’t get the tent temperature below 28°C. Sometimes the humidity outside the tent is higher than I’d like, but since I don’t have a dehumidifier, I usually just leave it as is, especially since it rarely stays above 55% for too long. Just a quick note about the nutrient Vegan Phosphor Boost: I’m following the recommended dosage of 3g per 10L of pot size (not per liter of water). Unfortunately, GrowDiaries only allows nutrient input based on volume per liter of water, so I can’t log it exactly as used.

Day 1 FLOWER First day flower!!!! Already showing two pistols in some junctions after only first 12 hours of darkness. First grow did that, second grow did not. Not sure what’s different. New reservoir change; 40 grams Calcium Nitrate 33 grams Jack’s Hydro 30 grams Magnesium Sulphate 100mL growth enhancer 100mL Fulvic 50 mL Humic 100mL H2O2 EC 1300 PH was 6.2 and headed higher, added PH down. I made a little mistake with the res change, I forgot to chill my 100 liters of fresh RO to 63F before introducing it... it came in contact with roots at about 75F. Hope I didn’t shock the plant with that move and everything is fine. Ive added 8 16w LED T8’s wired in parallel for some inside canopy illumination. I don’t expect it to do much but just wanted something with zero heat output. Might figure something better out or even move them up to next scrog net due to expectation of massive stretching. Side note! I want to purchase a third HLG light to fit nicely between the 550V’s... a 2 panel 300 watt version of the same R2 type for a total of 1270 true watts. (Just waiting for a discount code). New light will be up this grow for sure, stay tuned for that! The right plant is yet again much taller than it should be. I was pretty busy with work lately so they have sat in bloom tent on veg hours for 2 weeks... Hopefully they don’t stretch tooooo much. @ 1.2-1.4 kPa Raspberry parfait smells strong, this instantly noticeable when opening the tent. The BlueZushi smells good as well but only noticeable when rubbing on the sugar leaves.
