Aug 8: Purple Ghost Candy is looking really good. She is continuing to stretch and lots of buds are forming. Had the AC Infinity UV lights out for first time today. The strength of natural UV light drops quickly this far north in mid-August. We run out of strong light before it gets too cold here. Aug 9: added third scrog net and clipped it to the twine. Kludge method but it works so well I don’t know how I’d upgrade it further. Works great and provides strength and flex to the plant. Unsung heroes include malt vinegar for pH adjustment and Dr Bronners as a wetting agent. The surfactant lowers the surface tension of the water allowing it to penetrate the soil more easily. The smell also helps keeps bug away, it is claimed. Anyway, it works. Peppermint is the usual one for growers but the store was out last time and I’m currently using Lavender. Aug 11: don’t take flash pics of your photoperiod plants unless you follow up with a red light. I’ve done it this way for years now with no hermies so the red light must help avoid problems somehow. And it is definitely a bloom booster and allows ripening under stronger sunlight. The 730 nm far red light is recommended for several different reasons.

Hello Everyone, I didn't felt like updating last week, sorry for that. It was like 25 to 30 degrees celcius for the last time this summer. I enjoyed the beach, bars and restaurants. The plants had a good sunny week as well. Photos for this week are made at the end of week 5 of flowering. 3 of 6 plants are ready for harvest. Somehow it didn't suprised me, the plants stayed small and developed fast. I was thinking about a flowering time of 7 to 8 weeks but those 3 only needed 5. Why? Well they didn't drink that fast anymore, pots stayed heavy for a long time, all the Pistils on the buds started to get brown and the thc was looking milky and the buds are full with it. Gues i will keep flowering the other 3 for 1 or 2 weeks. Lets see how it goes. I did run out of PK 13-14 last week and Green sensation at the end of this week, So a kind of good timing. I will just increase the base nutrients a little bit to compensate it. I know many growers just growing with base nutes and get good harvests as well lol. As long as the 3 remaining plants like to drink their feedings fast and the Pistils stay white, I will keep giving them nutes for another 1-2 weeks. When they start to struggle I will start flushing. **************Sponsored Grow*************** Hello friends and followers to my weekly Titan F1 update: 3/10-16 This week is mostly coasting and keeping my girls happy. I'm still not smelling Titan fragrance in the tent unless I get close. T2 is filling out and needs defoliation. I'll do that next week probably for both Titans. NOTE** even though a 2 liter pot is often used in SCROG set-ups, the narrow neck at the top of my tea pot makes it very difficult to pin limbs or trim. For these Titans, I water 1- 2 liters every other day. Most of T2s (teapot gal) water (1ltr) runs thru to the bottom catchment. I leave it on the towel to keep humidity around the pot. This week both gals did some yoga and stretched some more. T2 is now 4.5 inches. T3 also grew some more. When I topped her, she was 6 inches and now 7.5 inches. Bud stacking continues giving more height. One other thing. I'm using AC Infinity T700 humidifier. I dont like that it spews moisture on my plant leaves leaving a white residue. You can see height & water residue in the profile pics. I'm using TPS1 @15 ml per gallon. I fed at approximately 950ppm this week. The PPM is on the low end of mid-bloom ppm which I do with autos since they are sensitive to too many nutrients and my early grows of autos were over fed. TPS1 10 ml/gal in 3 gal Recharge 5 ml/gal in 3 gal Calmag 5 ml/gal in 3 gal RQS says harvest 70-75 days or 40-45 days of flower. My calculations – harvest of T3 will be April 13-18 and T2 15th-20. Based on the size of my gals, and the number of bud sights, I’m only estimating an ounce between both plants. This is one time I hope I’m wrong. Given these RQS Titan are F1 hybrids and should be stable, I believe the height and the health differences are attributable to the copper wire teapot. They are in the same soil, same tent environment, same nutrient solution, same light, same everything except the growing container. As I stated in previous discourse, I expected the overall plant to be smaller than T3 simply based on the pot size but did not expect to see such size differences so early, not to mention the nutrient issues. This grow is over. Both plants have been processed & after drying for 14 days (trying to stay 60/60 as much as possible) Each plant has been bagged and locked into it's cure phase via Grove bags. Both phenos were absolutely phenomenal specimens & growing them out was an honor. Pheno one dominated her sister in every aspect except for Terps. She grew faster , was more resilient , developed denser trichome coated flowers and ultimately yielded more @ 220g. Her smell is bright Citrus with Skunky undertones. Now the shorty pheno may not have yielded as much as her taller more vigorous sister, but her terps were off the charts! Pungent sweet Citrus that almost burns the sinuses. She came in @ 147g with 60g of floof that I've arranged for pressing in the nearby future. Her buds were not as dense as her sister's but notably stickier.All in all I'm very pleased with a total yield of 428g. I got both plants divided into four 1/4 LB Grove Bags with RH locked at 60-62%RH . Smoke report coming after a minimum 2 week cure. Thank you to everybody who stopped by to check this grow out. Just going say today July 15th is day 1 lol they popped couple days ago just not sure what day

we are reaching the final stretch, many trichomes are already amber but the girls continue to grow. This week I made some adjustments to the LST and super hydration because they were alone for 5 days. One of the polymerized flowers has already formed several small seeds. The citrus scent is prevalent on the grown.

First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps.
