Día 26. Estamos en la 4ta semana. Por ahora mantengo la solución y la planta sigue creciendo pero ya está casi para cortar los esquejes. La semana que viene seguro estoy cortando, y ya tengo que preaparar todo para pasar al otro modulo del infoor. Decidi dejar de aplicar HST y apliqué una recnica con colgantes que bajan las ramas y las mantienen perpendiculares al piso. De esta forma las ramas laterales empiezan a subir. Está técnica me ha dado muy buenos resultados anteriormente. El crecimiento ha sido acelerado y las ramas estan bastante gruesas. Mañana voy a cambiar la solución. Vengo realmente contento con los resultados. Este experimento me va a permitir saber cuanto puedo llegar a sacar de este espacio y ver si me permite armar un ciclo para poder llegar a la próxima cosecha con remanente para poder ir guardando variedades diferentes. De paso ya tengo una referencia de cuantas semanas toma hasta poder cortar esquejes, y así saber en que momento poner la próxima semilla. Puse unas semillas bastardas que tenía, y las pienso mandar a la terraza a florecer directamente en el invierno. Otra experiencia que si bien no ha dado grandes resultados, ha sumado al stock. La semana pasada no llegué a subir mucho. Pero mañana hago un update de cómo se han movido las ramas bajas. En el último video se muestran bien las ramas que pretendo convertir en esquejes. Seguro saque varios, así que habrá para regalar si logramos que enraizen varios. De por cierto las manchas blancad que se ven, es tierra de distomeas que ha quedado desde la aplicación en 2da semana. Día 28. Termina la 4ta semana de crecimiento con un muy buen ritmo. Hoy cambié la solución y mantuve la formulación anterior (1g/L de feeding grow y 0,5g/L de green jungle bioestimulante de crecimiento). La planta está fuerte y ramificada. Sostengo que los esquejes se van a cortar un poco antes de lo previsto. Calculando que son 5 semanas de crecimiento y 1 semana de enraizamiento de esquejes, voy a tomar 6 semanas para preparar la próxima madre. Así que siendo esta variedad de unas 10/11 semanas de flora, voy a poner a crecer la nueva madre en la 4ta semana de floración. La planta tiene distancia internodal corta/media por lo que observo, así que es un detalle a tener en cuenta. Ya me empieza a dar la ansiedad de ver que todo va saliendo y quiero ya poder pasar a floración. Va a ser jna nueva experiencia hacer una planta desde semilla en hidroponía, ya que siempre hacía sólo esquejes y la madre la pasaba a tierra a florar en otro lado, debido a que por las raíces no podía sacarla del sistema que tengo ahora. Pero resolví eso y voy a ver por primera vez la potencia de la hidroponia en una planta desde semilla. Le hice corte apical a las dos ramas más largas esperando ver una mayor ramificación, ya que tengo un espacio de 1,2m x 0,55m por llenar y administrar. Espero que todo siga en marcha. Wk 9 Days 58-63 (device was lost, and all picture,video days 57-69 were lost, so here's my account) just had finished pre flower and started to stack heavily on building top bud sites. Laded with thich compact trichomes. She has bright orange hairs. That give of a lovely musk of armoas that take over your senses. 2/3rds down the main bud sites, very healthy huge sugar leafs surround her, but, if hasn't taken away from below, as the sites are smaller, but have so much frost. And she had at least 14-20 more days. Wk 10 days 64-70 As you can see. She has a beautiful shape. Some of the nicest looking bud I've yet grown. She took to LST really well. Had I lollipopped the heck out of her, and make for some pretty good solid top colas with some small dense bud sites that have 1/3 the trichomes to calyxs. The calyex to sugar leaf ratio is super low, but 2/3s down she has many large sugar leafs that have shaded out her canopy. But, by moving her around and adjusting LST and leaf tucking. I've literally done hardly any defoliation. Am going to squeeze some in this week. Not, that its needed. But, there is some still more growing to do down below. And if I leave her to mature without allowing light to hit her harder down further into the canopy I risk the chance of overcooking the hard earned Rock Hard half fist sized buds. Have a feeling this gonna be some of my best smoke to date. The plant is in tip top shape. No defiencies no toxicity. 1st time for me. Am just going to let her ride out the next 2 weeks on water. Everything stacking up nice. Keep removing some tiny buds that will not develop. I need to get a dehumidifier. and another 2 - 4" Fans Starting to smell super juicy. Not allot of gas mostly lemon and fruit.

These ladies are developing very nicely, the left and middle one already started to bulk heavily over the course of the last week, while the one that got wind stress is trailing a little behind and will probably take a little longer. For the other two I would guesstimate that I can start flushing by the end of the week. The trichomes on the two are completely milky, however with no signal of amber yet

This week has been one of them weeks so basically they got big and I had to make them shorter so I did this hopefully they recover 🤞🏻

Thus, I've switch my 250w CFL for a Mars Hydro ts1000, heat increase to 24°C, I add 1ml of top bud in my water, buds have grown a lot and I can see some trichomes

These girls are doing great. The square container is proving to work amazing. I do think I need to feed the one it's a little more hungry in the round container. I really do hope you folks enjoy my diaries cause I sure do. Check back next week to see just how fast she grows & remember its 4:20 somewhere!!!!!

Overall this was a good second grow. The initial defoliation was key in getting the nice density I missed out on last time. These plants went through the bloom cycle using a reservoir (5 gallon bucket) and drip irrigation system exclusively. Once I got the correct timing done for the watering, this setup was really great; I was able to go about 1-2 weeks between water refills, so it was easy leave for a couple of short stints with no negative effects on the plants. The one major thing I'd like to work on for next time is the drying process. I'm not sure if I cut the branches too small, if the room was just too dry, or if I just let them go too long (I had to leave for 9 days, and they were drying the whole time). While the curing has helped them get a little moisture back, the actual drying left the buds pretty crispy.

Today was Harvest, Wet-Trim & Hang, we'll have to wait a bit more for dry-weights, flavours & effects. We were given a couple of clones from a family friend to try our hand at a straight, 8-Week Flowering. With both plants in the tent, we were able to really cut out teeth & watch as each plant responded differently. What was instantly surprising during the initial harvest was the drastic difference in overall yield. I'm sure we over trimmed, early on & as a result, Northern Lights came in looking thinner, taller & by comparison, OGPK came in looking a bit shorter, stout, thicker, heavier & much fuller. At the scales, Northern Lights comes in at 106.56 grams (wet), OGPK 76.4 grams (wet). So, that big buffy, thick look certainly didn't tell the tale. We'll have more in a few weeks once we get dry, trimmed weights & hopefully we'll have some flavours & effects to report!

week went we'll feed them molasses and Alaskan fish fertilizer. they seem happy the smaller one have made a big come back from almost loading it .i can't wait too see the flower start stacking. I also have been leaf tucking too get more light on side shoots

War eh nur ein Experiment, wie sich die Pflanzen bei 4 h direktem Sonnenlicht verhalten auf dem Balkon. Ertrag ist dem entsprechend gering & die Dichte der Blüte fehlt, sehr sehr Fluffig aber der Geruch/Geschmack erinnert an 2014er Vibes. Also Smoke Qualität ist super und die Wirkung sehr klar & clean. Werde die Sorte sicherlich nochmal im Zelt ausgrown.

massive growth in this girl. i decided to flip them both cuz they are in a 2x2. trying to get 12 tops. 6.3 ph 1800 ppm run off. the one girl goy reckt by knats so her roots got stunted. haven't decide what to do. toped her and she grew strange. gonna bump up the lights a bit maybe she streached out to much. topped one last time in the 3 gal. cal mag and silica only for now.
