Ya estamos en la segunda semana de floración de esta Negra44. Hago los riegos 1/1, uno solo con agua(EC: 0.4) y el otro con los fertilizantes. En los riegos estoy utilizando Sensi cal-mag para llegar a una EC base de 0.4 y luego aplicar los fertilizantes. Regulo el PH con los reguladores de BioBizz Durante esta semana se hizo la tercera y ultima aplicación de Delta9 la cual se hizo vía riego. Esta se hizo el décimo día de floración, es decir, el día 14/08. Esta fue una semana tranquila, no hubo nada fuera de lo común y la planta va bastante bien, esperemos que todo siga así. Cualquier recomendación sera bien recibida!!

A week with lots of activity from my side, from the Gorilla's side, not so much. She stays behind and I can't find any other reason than genetics/seed quality. She is in exactly the same conditions as the other girls. I'm letting her do her thing. She will give some weed, well see how much. Maybe she is a late-bloomer. She does look lush and healthy so we do not understand but are learning. I put in the scrog net since her roommates need it and lowered the lights and started giving more flowering feed. The light is still awesome, the amount it puts out. We are gonna see what happens coming weeks with this strain. So far I am a bit disappointed and didn't expect this from this strain. We will never know if it was the age of the seeds or something else. What I do know is, it was the last time I use a third party seedbank, it is apparently too hard to keep fresh stock with too many strains. Until breeders put a production date o the packaging. Isn't it time someone said that? Cause lets keep it real, we are talking seeds that in any other case would have a cost of production of fractions of cents per seed. We pay what? 3 to 5 to maybe even 20 dollars a seed for an exceptional strain? Is it then too much too ask to put a friggin expiry date on the package? Or store them cooled? The breeder that does that and arranges a deal with third-parties that overstock can be sent back, packaging recycled, in exchange for fresh stock. Like any other fresh trade. For an industry making what, a billion worldwide, it is remarkable how many are still in the stoner with a garage / 80's trailer park, backwater funfair warranty, kinda customer service. Me: i grow organic weed for 30 years, these seeds were old Seed dealer: Yes but you failed to do a raindance on the rising moon, no refund. Me: but its for cannabis? My second growroom is built and the girls have moved in. Medical Mass is a new medical cannabis strain with a high CBD content and a low THC level that provides good medical properties without a strong psychoactive effect. This is a mostly indica plant that contains 40% sativa and 60% indica. Critical Mass and CBD rich strain were crossed to create this amazing valuable variety. 30.06.25 summer temperatures keep hitting and the plants grow accordingly. Last Wednesday I received and deployed organic pest control in the form of five bags with 'Neoseiulus cucumeris' to fight what I think are thrips. I Hope they do the trick despite the tough sunlight. Besides I put 70g of 'Bavarian Krauts grow' fertilizer and 4g of bio enhancer in a 8l bucket of water plus a bubbler pump for a day and then hand watered after adjusting pH to 6.6. the reason for this being leaves at the plant base turning yellow, indicative of nitrogen deficiency. Despite these minor issues I really enjoy the season so far and have confidence in a tasty harvest.

Start of week 7 Day 51 was the hottest Day ever 😫

So first of before you wonder why tape is falling off the trunk etc, all that is coming off. Little experiment im doing of Super HST, essentially snapped off 3 main nodes and taped them back together. I want to see if this makes a difference in overall weight, quality and any visual differences. The plan is to weigh all 3 total weight individually and compare to other branches of the same node/section of the plant to compare. Becoming a heavy drinker at about just under 1/2 gal per day. Re-calibrated my PH pen as noticed a few spots coming up and the solution was sitting closer to 5.6. More upgrades would be needed if I would opt for constantly running a DWC system as its proven challenging with limited length air lines etc to pull her out of the short tent to work on her stature. Supercropped numerous times to keep the canopy at a manageable 12” from the light. At 95 Watts it’ll be interesting to see what can be pulled from 5 Gal DWC keeping it simple 2 nutrients, Nova and Calmag ✌️
