Week 4 and she is in the last week of training as we can see all the side colas coming out nicely. She has taken 2 lots of feed no problem and is now flowering. I think this is going to be a good plant.

So week 8 has gone by like the others nice and easy although I cant help but think that she is well behind where she should be, on the packet it says 11 weeks to harvest but I cant see her packing on enough bud in 3 weeks to be ready for the chop... im in no rush to chop her down but cant help feel a bit anxious that I have gone wrong somewhere... Week 9 | Jealousy Marker | Flowering Height holding at 78cm — the stretch is done and she's putting everything into bud development now. The main cola is stacking up nicely and the side branches are following suit. Trichome coverage is getting serious and some purple is starting to show in the calyxes, which is a welcome surprise at this stage. Conditions unchanged from last week: 25°C days, 18°C nights, 60% humidity, 16 hours natural light, 2L per plant per 24h. pH 6.2, EC nudged up to 1.4 mS/cm. Nutrient stack holding: CANNA Aqua Flores A+B at 3 ml/l each, CalMag Agent at 0.9 ml/l, Plagron Green Sensation at 0.5 ml/l, Aptus Regulator at 0.1 ml/l. Smell has kicked in — normal intensity now, the first sign of the terp profile developing. One notable discovery this week: something tunnelled up from below through the bottomless pot and exited right next to the stem at the top of the soil. A full rodent highway running straight through the root zone. She hasn't noticed — vigorous, no stress signs, business as usual. Nature finds a way. Updates every Sunday. Stay tuned.

4 Seedlings in 10cm pots each holding approx half a litre of BioBizz light mix soil for a few weeks before potting up into their final pots in BioBizz all mix soil... Planning first lot of Nutes this week so they don’t go hungry, using BioBizz Grow, planning to dilute down to 25% less than the recommended dose for the first week. Second lot of Nutes gone in 1st Sep still @ 25% of recommended dose..

You brought them into the studio and made a bold call: deep defoliation (fan leaves with stems removed) Leaving: • Bud sites fully exposed • New growth intact • Air channels opened through the entire plant This was not just aesthetic, it was functional: • Improved airflow through a very dense structure • Light penetration reaching lower and inner bud sites • Reduced humidity pockets inside the canopy With plants this bushy, this move shifts the system from crowded to optimized. They are now set up to focus energy directly into flowers. ⸻ 🌸 Calyxes & White Hairs — Flower Construction Mode Now we are seeing real flower formation. Calyxes are the core of the bud, each one a potential resin-packed structure. At this stage: • They are stacking tightly along the branches • Forming early bud density • Beginning to swell, but not yet at peak size White hairs (pistils) are everywhere, and that is exactly what we want. They signal: • Active reproductive phase • Continuous flower site expansion • Ongoing energy push into bud production Bright, fresh pistils means the plant is still building, still reaching, still producing. ⸻ ✨ Trichomes — Resin Factories Switching On This is where Lemon Cherry Gelato starts showing personality. After defoliation: • Transpiration becomes more efficient • Microclimates are reduced • Gas exchange improves This supports stronger nutrient flow and better resin production. ⸻ 💧 Water & Environment Synergy • Water temperature at 18°C supports high oxygen availability and strong root metabolism • Outside conditions around 10°C and 84 percent humidity That external humidity is quietly helping stabilize your internal environment, making it easier to maintain balance without stressing the plants. Another successful grow! This strain has a wonderful aroma and generous, resinous buds. This will definitely always be my go-to strain. 💪🥦

The time has come for it to bloom

Coming along well, Day 43 Flower, I've dimmed the lights 10% using a Kill*A*Watt meter. Nutrient wise I've changed it up for the final stretch, to the gallon of 180ppm city tap water, I've reduced Maxibloom to 1/2 teaspoon, I've began adding 1/4 teaspoon KoolBloom powder and 2-3 teaspoons of Diamond Nectar Humic Acids. I don't need to add ph up or down as this mixture puts my ph @ 6.3, EC is currently 1.7. each plant receives a minimum of 1 gallon per day, more often they receive a gallon and a quarter or half, applied with a garden sprayer a quart or 1/2 gallon at a time throughout the day, usually about every 3 hours. I keep about an inch of water in the trays below the plants, roots have penetrated the bottoms of the pots and are in the nutrient solution below-I drain this off completely every 2-3 days to keep it fresh-I've followed this routine many times before with no ill effect, as a matter of fact the plants seem to thrive even more-so I stopped fighting it.

Began LST on the taller plants. Things are running smooth and the plants are happy! Temps were running slightly hotter than normal. But nothing these resilient plants can’t handle. 2x Stunted seedlings are showing new growth and look like they are recovering just fine - excited to see how they will turn out.

Día 25. Las plantas vienen muy bien. Han mostrado un crecimiento tremendo. La variedad Tropicana viene muy bien y muy ramificada. Estoy aplicando una técnica diferente por cada planta de esta variedad. Tengo una con LST, otra con vorte apical. Otra con HST y otra sin corte estructural, pero si voy sacando las ramas que van a quedar muy bajas. Las Polaris empezaron a estirar y se va viendo interesante. Pero al ser esquejes revegetados, veré en base a los resultados si la guardo o no.

105 Day to Harvest Light Feeder,

Very explosive growth this week! This girl has the most enormous lower fan leaves! Things progressing very well.

Girls starting to grow really tall now, they have taken to the flowering stage really nicely! Started the Flores feed on Day 38. Starting high at 3.2 and working my way down after a couple of weeks. Smells are lovely coming from the tent! Leaves are looking very dark and healthy.
