How is it?

Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 6 2/9-15 The Cheese gals are in full flower, the buds are puffing out and stacking. I even see some lower buds connecting to the upper buds and some pistils are turning brown. There is some smell when I open the tent. The F1 genetics are reflected in that these 2 plants are almost identical. I don’t see much difference in their growth so far using the different mediums. Soil and soil/coco blend. Maybe harvest will show a difference in yield from each one. Time will tell. On 2/13 I did major defoliation on my Cheese gals. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have heard that 1) they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2) there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. Stretching has slowed down. Both girls grew only an inch and now 17 inches. This is only the end of flower week 2. Controller is set to flower. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back. Saludos mis amigos! Muchas felicidades en estos días navideños y salud por el buen tiempo que pasamos a los nuestros. Por aca les dejo el proceso, sigo nutriendo solo con agua, pero en estos días usare solo RECHARGE para así darle un toquecito adicional. Me gusta ese producto, me ha hido muy bien con el. Siguen creciendo los masos de moñas, se tornan cada vez mas color vino, rojizo. contentas, olorosas, frutoso... les comento que es como cuando te pasan una barra de STARBURST POR LA NARIZ... We decided on Pineapple Express (by Grower's Choice) as our summer strain this year, we veg anything going outside under 16hrs ..We only get 15hrs at peak light(Far North/East, Canadian border) and this prevents any pre-flowering and possible revegging downtime. We're going to flower 4 plants indoors ASAP (to ensure we don't run out )and bring 3 out to the field in about 2-2.5 months...

Day 35 is here. We are a week into flower and most the plants are just starting to hit that flowering stretch. I have been bending them down a little every couple days, but I need to focus on cleaning up some of the bottom branches so we can keep good air flow through the plants. Will work on that through this next week. I haven't done a water change, just been topping off the reservoir with fresh nutrients as they drink it up. Feeding half and half maxigro and maxibloom. Will cut out the maxigro in a couple weeks when I notice their stretch slowing down. I had a plant overflow this week because the drain line is getting full of roots. I noticed a couple roots have made their way into the reservoir already. I set a pump timer to 1 minute on and 20 minutes off so they can drain properly. I would like to make it through the grow without having to mess with the drains, but we will see what happens. I will make some modifications if needed. Other than that everything is running smooth and I hope we have some little pistils to show by next week. Thanks for stopping by ✌️

Ich musste den Filter tauschen und etwas gegen den Geruch unternehmen. Die Sorte duftet ordentlich stark. Eine Mischung aus süße und sehr erdigen/ Kieferartigen Gerüchen. Dies ist mein 3. Durchlauf mit dieser Sorte Do Sweet Dos, sie ist manchmal etwas zickig aber bringt gut was an Harz und Geschmack mit.

Not done much this week , just waiting for them to grow big enough to be transplanted. Still only feeding water as all the nutrients I need are already in the soil

The northern lights from herbies was a best the plant was the fastest growing plant out of 10 strains. In the same amount of time as 9 other plants of different strains this plant grew huge 2 times as big and it finished up flowering after only 45 or 46 days of 12/12. It has a good smell. I only set back is it doesn’t seem to be super dense with tricombs. Don’t get me wrong the plant has plenty I would guess around the low 20% of thc. That’s not bad at all it’s just not a 30% plus thc type of plant but it’s still a great plant

When I started the week of drying, I smelled the intense sheet cake and cherry from the flowers, it didn't surprise that he named it the je cheesecake.

im ceasing all nitrogen now. i can see its now starting to turn leaves yellow. buds are fat and chunky. at least 6 cm across with new expansion going on. lots of orange hairs coming...really looking sharp.

FBA2502 Plants 1-6 Week 7 May 11– 17 FLOWER 3 Nutrients : Micro 25 ml Gro 10 ml Bloom 30ml CalMag 30 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 16.5ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/11 PH 6.56, PPM 1560, temp 69 2ltr each 5/12 PH 6.31, PPM 1120, temp 68 1 ltr each 5/14 PH 6.66, PPM 1280, temp 70 1 ltr each 5/15 PH 6.66, PPM 850, temp 72 1 ltr each 5/11 Defoliation, feed, pics & videos I made 4 gallons, used 3 to water then poured the runoff back into the rest in the bucket. The next feeding, I added a gallon of tap water to residual and ph to 6,31 temp 69 & PPm 1120. Did the same on 5/14 and 15 using up the remainder of the feed solution. I must monitor and control the tent environment manually. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. I have been giving good reviews on the AC infinity system. However, during the time I’ve owned this tent (2 yrs), I had to replace the lights twice, fans, humidifier and now the vent twice also. Everything but the tent containment has been replaced. AC infinity does stand by their products, but they are in California, and it takes at least 2 weeks to receive the replacement. This is extremely frustrating at the critical transition to flower for my equipment to fail again. For the time being until a replacement arrives, I pulled the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3 and hooked it up. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This should create a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. I do have 3 circulating fans in the tent to move air around the plants. It looks like growth spurts have slowed and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All of them (6) are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. The tallest #4 &5 and #6 have very light leaves and appear nutrient deficient compared to the shorter phenotypes. Pictures taken later in the week show fading on a few the older leaves. All are receiving the same solution and are in the same soil blend. Moving the gals in and out of the tent for their glamor shots, I bent one limb and snapped another. The bent one I taped with a splint and the snapped one I medicated manuka honey and wired it back to the main stalk. Leaves look like sativa leaning. I hope FBA2502-2 is a good daytime. I’m getting excited to see what develops in the next month or so. News Break: I’ve been informed that 2502 is FastBuds New Frostbanger and is indica for nighttime. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a sativa to test because I really need a daytime strain. The 2 Blue Cheese plants I just grew are also nighttime. Upon opening the tent, a faint odor was detected, and some stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. Pictures of the puffy buds even show differences. #4 &5 buds hairs are different from the others being crinklier and the others are straighter. Some like #2 &5 are showing frost on the leaves. Wow at the beginning of flower to have that much frost. They are living up to the new strain’s name. I’ve noticed that when I water, sometimes water shoots out of the side holes I the air pots. For the first time I have finally found my way. This whole endeavor has been a great learning experience going from growing clones to trying seeds. I have three strains all purple fruity strains so I’m in heaven. 100% success by soaking seeds for an extended period of time and leaving them in the paper towel in a warm place until they had completely sprouted leafs and all. They were yellow but the next day after planting them they were perkey and green. I’m finally happy with my grow and feel like iv learned a lot but I paid dearly in lost seeds that’s for sure

These ladies are starting to turn hairy and frosty real quick. Can't walk by tent without the sweet smell hitting my nose. They are also getting more thirsty by the day, had to top up my water reservoir after 6 days this week. So that's good news as it means their roots are very well established and they are just soaking up everything they need. The two plants on the right side looks like it went into a bit of re-vegging for some sorts as it just kept on shooting upwards but it seems it's finally slowing down.

10/17/24 Short facts: - Continued with LST - Watered: 1 x 1.2L, 1 x 0.3L - VPD @ 0.9 — raised by 0.1 - Light @ 50% ~580 - 620 PPFD - Removed 5 leaves --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As promised last week, i made a video and explained the progress so far, and did show you the plant. Not much to report. I continued LST, though I’ve stopped for a few days now since the branches are well spread out, and that should be enough for the time being. The AvT was in Preflower since last week and switched to flower on day 28. Really good plant. No problems at all.
