FBA2509-week 1 of Veg This week has been wild. Once the roots made a foundation the upper growth has been explosive the last few days. Really cool to watch and see the daily growth. I introduce calmag and grow nutrients this week starting at a 1/4 strength. All in all they've responded well showing no burn what so ever. Happy Growing

So, by the look of the trichomes I assume its a harvest time! Weighting and taste review after drying and curing. For now I could that that despite all the mistakes I made the plant managed to live till the end, smell wonderful and looks tempting.

Day 14 VEG: A good week of settling in and heading outwards to the pots edges this week. No stress , just a nice, relaxed , adjusting to the world they will inhabit for the next 10 weeks or so. They are nearly all on their 5th nodes now so will possibly begin to play with the 5th growth nodes this week to break the apical dominance ( focus of energy on the main stem and bud) . I do like how neat and tidy autos can grow naturally but they can also get leggy and waste a lot of grow room vertical space that is always at a premium for me in my cramped , awkward space. I plan to now use 3 different methods on the Amnesia haze to compare side-by-side as we grow. Will hopefully answer some questions about the methods and which produces better results. One will be topped , one f.i.mmed and the last one trained over horizontal at the 5th node but uncut. The last method is better suited to a wider pot than the ones I am using but will be worth a try !. They are currently happy and healthy with no signs of any genetic issues but the #2 is in a more compacted soil which has resulted in an odd rectangular shape to her overall footprint. Her middle leaf points are retarded on all of her fan leaves so far and it will be interesting to see how she progresses too. The Girl scout cookies are also nice and healthy looking so far with no concerns at all. I plan to defoliation one of these ladies at intervals and stripped her right back during flowering while the other one is kept intact with a light defol as it grows to avoid light blocking only. Again this could answer a few queries regarding autoflowers and defoliation for a few of us. I hope to make this an interesting and informative run and welcome any comments , advice/questions or general chatter as we go along. I chose topping of Amnesia haze #2 as she looks like her nodes will be quite far apart compared to the other 2 and her lower growth was nowhere near as bushy as her 2 sisters either. This topping should stop her pushing the height of the lights up for her lankinness. #3 is going to be pulled over on her 5th node once it is long enough to pin down to 90° . Girl scout cookies have been cleaned of their 1st and 2nd nodes so i can focus the attention on the 5 remaining mains as they grow out more.. watch this space.lol .

Début du LST intensif je savais que cetais une sativa donc j'ai tout fait pour en faire une petite plante discrete j'ai essayer une technique comme sur les bonsaï vu que les tiges de la C5 sont extrement rigide, cependant on stoppe fortement les nutriments sur la vidéo on voit bien que les feuille commence a manquer d'azote. J'avais pratiquer des FIM à tire la rigo grâce a toute les secondaires développé par le LST . J'avais aussi de la seve rouge qui coulais quand je respectait les coupe avec le calendrier lunaire je ne sais pas si ça a quelque chose a voir.. Mais forte croissance bête de variété

Everything is going well

Moin Leute, hab vor paar Tagen mit der Ernte der beiden Pflanzen begonnen, war etwa 3 Stunden mit dem Trimmen der beiden Pflanzen beschäftigt. Von der Farbe sind keine großen Auffälligkeiten erkennbar, Standard orange, hell bis dunkelgrüne Buds dabei. Die Größe der Buds variiert von den beiden Pflanzen, die eine eher mit sehr langen aber eher dünneren Headbuds, die andere eher mit breiten und kürzeren Headbuds. Insgesamt kam jetzt circa 640g Nass auf die Waage zusammen (gewogen am darauffolgenden Tag), denke das wird schon eine ganz gute Ausbeute. Im Nachhinein hätte ich schon eine Woche früher ernten können: Die trichome sind schon an manchen Stellen sehr bernsteinfarben gewesen (siehe Bilder). Auch musste ich ein paar Stellen aufgrund von Schimmel wegschneiden (denke das lag daran, dass manche Triebe zu nah an der Zeltwand lagen und aufgrund des wechselhaften Klimas insgesamt). Insgesamt bin ich natürlich sehr zufrieden mit dem Grow, ich konnte einiges an Erfahrung sammeln und werde diese auch für weitere Grows nutzen. Zurzeit trocknen die beiden im Zelt mit aufgehängtem Trockennetz bei etwa 23 grad und zwischen 55-60 RH. Denke in einer Woche werden diese schon bereit für die Gläser sein, und dann kann man schon mal ein wenig naschen ;) Ich danke nochmals dem Sponsor Dutch Passion für die Gelegenheit, bei diesem Contest dabei gewesen zu sein. Ich bin mit dem Strain sehr zufrieden - es gab kaum Komplikationen, die Pflanzen waren relativ resistent und das Wachstum ziemlich schnell. Ein endgültiges Review werde ich erst nach dem Tasting machen können (um ehrlich zu sein hatte ich mir schon vor ner Woche mal einen Trieb abgeknapst und schon probiert, ist aber natürlich nicht ganz repräsentativ für den Grow - war aber mega :P). Weiter gehts für mich erst mal mit den zwei Stecklingen von den Pflanzen und der dritten Pflanze, die anfangs im Zelt war - diese ist draußen in die reveg gegangen und wird - nachdem die Pflanzen im Zelt trocken sind - zusammen mit den Stecklingen in die Blüte geschickt. 📆 Semana 9 La recta final entra en su punto más crítico, con los cogollos alcanzando su máxima densidad y peso, completamente formados y con una compactación muy notable en toda la canopia. La estructura floral ya no cambia, pero sí se percibe un engorde final y endurecimiento general. La producción de resina está en su pico, con una cobertura muy densa de tricomas que empiezan a mostrar una mayor presencia de tonos ámbar, mezclándose con los lechosos. Esto indica que la ventana de corte ya está abierta y comienza el momento óptimo según el perfil que se busque. La actividad de la planta se reduce, enfocándose exclusivamente en la maduración final, intensificando aromas y terminando de definir su perfil terpénico. We have a new girl with suggestive references: Lavender is in fact a fantastic plant, widely used in human history for various purposes, with a purple color that no one can escape. Creating a lavender-flavored plant is a great idea and we want to enjoy it soon. The plant grows well, the leaves are regular and very turned towards the light, it is very proportionate even I don't see stretching, bending and things that don't convince me. Soon we start with the grow. The girls have already been trashed in 11 lt jars because the biodegradable jars have started to decompose prematurely, no problem let's go to the ground, Power Roots for root fertilizing. Vegetation Week 15: Pre-Flower Calm & Steady Ascent Update: 26.06.2025 | Day 111 Hey Growmies, Week 15 is smooth sailing – no drama, just steady growth and pre-flower whispers. Quick update: Plant Progress Durban Poison: - Explosive height gain – bushiest plant in the garden by far. - First pistils appeared → easing into pre-flower. - Starting to emit a distinct, pleasant scent. Blueberry: - Healthy and compact – deep green, no flaws. - Early pre-flower signs visible (little slower than Durban). Pest Check on both: None. Clean foliage on both. Garden Context - Shared outdoor space with an elderly neighbor downstairs. - Earlier gifted her a FastBuds autoflower (growing separately). - Note: The ladies aroma will spread soon a pleasant smell in my hole garden area. 8/7 Plants were still heavy this morning. Temperatures have been much milder. 70's is much better than 90's. I had to water twice a day for a while. I defoliated ahind found some heat stress ob the gmo canary on the end with some twisted leaves. Some leaves are turning purple on an event horizon and gmo. Night Temps are much cooler plus its probably a pheno thing. I defoliated everything dead yesterday. Found lacewind eggs. Saw an adult green lace wing this morning in the garden along with a couple more lady bugs. There were also some lady bug larvae so I hope the go right to town. It's getting cooler so if I'm going to poorly I need to do it. Sherb pie plant seems to he the pillars favorite. I've killed a few of them. Still need to fix supports and do a little more defoliation. I have a video too but it's too slow to upload now. STOPPED AFTER GETTING MY TIRES PUT ON AND DAD SAID THE LITTLE PLANT IN THE 5 GAL BUCKET IS DROOPING. I WENT BACK AND OF COURSE IT WAS. I looked under the pallets the entire length. Hopfully he just ran out of a hole or up the fence. I'm going to get an air horn and blow it inside the cage. I need to get some zip ties and do a little rearranging before I setup the other supports for flower. Suprisingly the plantvin the 50 went from the furthest from flower to having little budlets on it. Can't be an auto or I think it would've flowered already. 8/12 Ending of the lions gate portal. Everything looked good this morning. The one in the 5gal was removed until I figure out its issue or trash it. The yield would be less than a branch anyway. Probably chronic underwatering. The 10 was bone dry despite the 3in of rain. Some bags seemed light. Looked at last years diary and went with my intuition. WATERED TODAY. Gave everything a gallon. I moved the event horizon to where the 5gal bucket wad and STARTED reorganizing to use the most of my space. I gotta pick up some zip ties and finish the supports but I'm happy. Plants look happy. Not as tall as last year but they are SUPER bushy. I'm going to have to open some up and spread the branches. I'll keep this updated. WENT OVER AROUND THREE. I CHECKED OUT THE LITTLE PLANT AND NOTICED MULTIPLE BUDSUTES DIEING. I ALSO SAW WHAT "COULD'VE" BEEN A MALE PREFLOWER. MY INTUITION TOLD ME TO GET RID OF IT. ITS LESS THAN A BRANCH OFF THE CROP IT COULD HARM. LUCKILY I HAD BAGGED IT UP BEFORE IT BEIBG REMOVED AND IT WAS FAIRLY WELL SEPERATED. AFTER CUTTING AND DISPOSING OF IT I BROUGHT THE BUCKET TO EMPTY. IT WAS EXTREMELY ROOTBOUND. THE ROOTS WERE WHITE EXCEPT THE ONES ON THE OUTSIDE WHICH WERE A NEON GREEN. THE INSIDE OF THE BUCKET HAD WHAT LOOKED LIJE GREEN ALGAE ON IT. I IMAGINE THAYS PROBABLY WHERE MY PROBLEMS CAME FROM. I'VE USED THIS BUCKET SECERAL TIMES AND IVE SEEN TJIS TYPE OF ALGAE BUT USUALLY ONCE I SANITIZE ITS GOOD TO GO. IM NOT SURE IF IT WAS BEING ROOTBOUND OR THE ALGAE THAT DID IT IN BUT I HAVE MUCH BETTER SPACING NOW. THIS WAS THE RIGHT DECISION. I COULDNT BEAR THE RHOUGHT OF MY GIRLS GETTING POLLINATED. I DID A VIDEO TOO BUT ILL HAVE TO UPLOAD TOMORROW. ALSO CAUGHT THE TINIEST EVER MOUTH LARVAE. I SEE TINY GOLD FINCHES AND OTHER BIRDS DARTING IN MY CAGE AND AWAY WHEN I APPROACH. I THINK THEY ARE GIVING ME A HAND. 8/13 Thought thos was a new week so I took a ton of pictures and did a video. Who knows what will upload. Plants look hetter with the increased room spacing. I have the materials to finish final supports. I've just got to do it. Same with the BT spray. I'm thinking I should've upped the water to a gallon and a half or two but I'll do that next time I guess. Only problem I can see is some septoria looking spits on the toasted toffy and one gmo looks like itscrunning through nutrients quicker than others. Dad said he thinks this is my best year. He said they're more full and healthier looking. I looked at my diary last year and I had plants over the top of the cage. The weren't as bushy but I'm not complaining. These are far more indica dominant than last year so that's probably part of it. Leaves on the event horizons are starting to turn purple. I'll update what I do. I defoliated what needed it and combed through the plants hunting pillars. I GUESS I FORGOT TO UPDATE THIS OR IT DIDNT SAVE. I BOUGHT A WATERING CAN THAT HOLDS A GALLON AND A HALF AND EMPRIED VERY QUICKLY IN SMALL STREAMS SO IT DOESNT HURT THE ROOTS. GREAT INVESTMENT. COULDNT GET OVER UNTIL 2 AND I GAVE EVERYTHING A GALLON AND A HALF. EXCEPT FOR THE ONE IN THE 10 TJAT GOT A GALLON AND THE TWO PLANTS IN THE MIDDLE THAT GOT A GALLON. ONE EVENT HORIZON AND THE TOASTED TOFFY.

Bien aquí esta el día esperado la cosecha, es mi primer cultivo y considero que lo logre. En muchos medios de lectura y en especial en vídeos mencionan que no puedes esperar mucho es tu primer cultivo. En mi caso es falso y lo demuestro ya que si aprendes, investigas por cuenta y lees lo suficiente, obtendrás un alto porcentaje de que los resultados se den. Muy contento con mi plantas y sus tonos morados. Puntos a mejorar tener una carpa de cultivo y por su puesto un extractor de humedad para que baje la humedad preferiblemente a 45 grados Vendrán mejores contenidos y cosechas mas abundantes. 12/6/22 Day 49: Starting to see preflower she is really starting to stretch now! She doesn't like to be fed very much actually less than anything i have grown so its been kind of a learning curve 🙃. Fed yesterday with nutes but will probably use plain water next 3 waterings... ph has evened out to about 6.2 and ec runoff is 2.8 and ppm is right at about 1390
