Welcome to the Week 10, Day 70 update for the Sweet Seeds Cream Mandarine XL Autoflowering grow. Not much to talk about this week as the last two plants remaining in the tent are on cruise control to harvest. I used fertilizer for the final time at the beginning of Week 10 and it’s flush time for these plants until the big chop! They are still being watered every 4th day and they are still drinking about 3.5 litres per plant per watering (0.875 of a litre per plant per day). These remaining two plants have virtually no Powdery Mildew so I am only defoliating as needed if the leaf is already dying. All of the pistols/hairs have turned orange and are receding back into the buds so I’m guessing that harvest will be in Week 11. I have included a brief video above with my photos showing pretty much everything used during this grow. I wanted to give people a quick look at how simple it really is to grow and harvest your own high quality cannabis. Hope you enjoy! Transplant WAY too early. First grow still learning!

Season 2 is officially underway and so excited for this grow. Growing 4 plants, but space is a lil limited. Growing in an 80x80cm so using small pots. 2x 8l and then 1x 5l and 1x 4.7l (if you wanna be exact lol). This time I decided to experiment a bit. I'm testing 2 different soils, both in 8l pots, both Purple Punch Auto by Fastbuds, both in airpots. Their names are Lily and Robin. Also testing fabric bags against airpots. Both in same soil, both in 5l pots, both Wild Dwarf Auto by Bulk Seed Bank (that was the plan but now it's 1 WD and another Purple Punch). Their names are Jess and Cece. For this one, Lily, had the seed in water for about 24 hours then in paper towel. Then, into gorilla mix.

The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #12 Week #3 of flowering, having some issues with 2 ladies. I haven’t been able to check the room during 4 days, one plant has a Nitrogen excess, and the other one run out of P-K, Mg. Check the video, it’s not often that this situation happens, so let’s learn to diagnose the situation. The plant with banana peels style leaves is a Nitrogen excess, it start with the tips of the leaves pointing down, like claws, then it turns into some old bananas peels looking. The other one, with the crispy looking leaves is a lack of P-K, it starts with some kind of dark brown/purple stripes marks on the leaves with the tips starting to points up + a lack of Mag , the leaf is cupping like a taco shell ! The game now is to loose less yield than possible on those two ladies, but from now it’s already 25% gone .... This is a good example to show that every plants are different, all of them are running on the same diet, all others plants are doing great except those 2. Morality is to check your plants daily, those problems can be fixed before it happens, when you know how to diagnose the primary symptom 😉 Week 3 trimming !!! You must clean your plants legs and cut off all the lil shoots, in the bottom, that haven’t reach the top ! Main goal to keep in mind is to spend all the energy on the top, cleaning the legs will help to avoid wasting energy on the bottom of your plants Once again, Mars-Hydro has definitely improved their performance, the shoots structure of the plants under the SP-250 is amazing. The plants have developed so many shoots compared to the plants under the HID’s , it’s really remarkable ! (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

Absolutely love this cultivar, make sure you have adequate ventilation as these buds are very resinous and dense. It was a very nice plant to grow even though it was small in structure made up for the weight in the buds

She seems to be budding nicely. However in the past few days all her lower leaves are turning yellow. I know this plant is a heavy feeder and I thought I was feeding enough. She is not growing anymore, but she looks like she has a nitrogen deficiency. I do use the same water which has a low 6 ph. Today I gave her water with a 7.0 ph. Just to get her out the constant ph zone she has been in. 9/17 fed 15 MLS of foxfarm Tiger Bloom 9/19 fed 15 MLS of Tiger Bloom. 9/21 fed 4 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom, 1/2 Teaspoon Foxfarm Beasti Bloom and 12 MLS of Foxfarm Grow Big. Per 2 gallons. Day 98 She has a lot of yellow lower leaves. So I hit her up with a little grow big. From what I read, she still needs some nitrogen. Lower leaves turning yellow. Think it's a little too early for that. She is a big eater and it looks like she has not been getting enough base nutrients. Her pot is very heavy, so now I'm going to hold back water until she drys a little. Getting cold out at night. Every morning I go out and she was drenched in dew. This plant I'm counting on giving me bud until at least spring. So now I have been sneaking her in the garage at night with 47 percent humidity. She seems to be very happy about this. Right now 9 pm 60 degrees, humidity 71. Humidity is way too high for her to be sitting outside. Her buds are fattening up. Some time last week I gave her a feeding of just Foxfarm Beasti Bloom. Beasti has no nitrogen and she was not happy about that. A lot of lower leaves turned yellow. So I gave her Foxfarm Tiger Bloom and that seemed to make her happy again. Will not make that mistake again.

Welcome to final week for this very fun grow 😊 We are 4 weeks later and I'm happy to say the buds have improved very well. They all look fantastic and very frosty. I did a 10 day dry in a growing tent with a fan on and a much needed carbon filter 😂 The buds went in the curing jar a bit moisty but very close to perfect. I opened the jars 3 or 4 times daily the first week and it was okay. After that some moisture fighters and I cut the last sugarleaves to perfection. After 3 weeks they are cured fantastic. I have around 80 grams from 2 plants but one gave 75g and the other 5g 😂 Jack 1 was a very small plant and her sister Jack 2 is the biggest girl I ever grew with 1m 10. The taste is spicy and herbal and the smoke is very smooth. Leaves a nice aftertaste on the tongue. A spicy hint, bit woody and skunky too Effects are great. More focus and motivation an very uplifting. Puts a big smile on your face... but if I smoke a big one or 2 I'm also very relaxed and pretty hungry. This strain is made for chilling out, gaming, watch movies/Shows whitout a too hard couchlock. I never was about to fall asleep or too stoned. Think its also perfect for when u smoke on a festival. I'm happy with the outcome. It's my best grow so far and for my first autoflowers I'm convinced on this kind of plants. Will defenitly grow this one again . The Northern Lights suffered from budrot and was thrown away. Not gonna review it and give bad ratings. Was my fault and I already have a new free seed from RQS when I ordered something. The buds are fattening and getting covered with trichomes very well, most of them are healthy and flowering at the same stage, orange pistols are already popping out, thinking about harvesting in a week or some.

Mar 31st Week 16 Changed nutrients to straight Dense Bud Compactor 1 gram/ litres @ 900-1000 ppm for 2 days CR # 1 showing signs of root wrought I removed the slimy parts of the roots and will watch closely On April 2nd I will add the rest of the nutrients to the existing solution April 2nd Fresh nutrients today, all nutrients added 8 litres of fresh water + 6 litres of the existing Dense Bud solution @ 1100 ppm CR # 1 is dying due to root wrought I removed most of the roots today. I changed all the water today with this one. I’m hoping to get it to harvest, but things don’t look good. I will probably flush this soon to harvest what I have. CR # 2 is doing fine as far as roots. Buds are smaller on this one but may fill out more with the Dense Bud Compactor. April 6th Switched CR # 1 to flush solution Root wrought was sever and unfortunately 90% of the root mass had to be removed Time to save what I have

This is final harvest week in the growroom Plants are coming down all around me. As always I strip the plants down and put them back under the lights for a few days then I cut them down a hang them by the toes until around 20% humidity which is still a little wet but I like to start the sweating early so it slows the drying down a little and starts the cure Thanks for stopping by and for following along with me on another grow... V30, se hizo un riego con 1.2 EC y pH 6.2, ya se ha hecho el último LST a la rama principal de cada planta, ahora solo queda esperar que crezcan hasta una altura aproximada de 25~30 centímetros para pasarlas a 12/12. V31, creciendo. También, Luffy xD V34, riegos de 1.2 EC y pH 6.2, en los próximos riegos se incluirá líquido estimulante de floración, ya que en unos pocos días más se cambiara la luz a 12/12. Actualmente están de 25cm de altura, a los 30cm se cambiará a floración.
