Plants are looking very healthy overall Love plant 4 of the Dark Devil.. Haven't seen colours like this in a plant before.. This plant will have such nice bag appeal when dried and cured in sure 😊🤤😋 When touching the leaves around the bud it gives off an intense sweet and fruity aroma... Cannot wait until shes done HAPPY GROWING AND GOODLUCK 🌱😎👊👍✌️

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Growing like crazy; a lot of upcoming LST to get her ready for flower tent. Did a bit of defoliation this week, all the lowest leaves of plant to clear up some space - plan to top the soil when switching to flower. Moving to flower in 2 weeks, once banana kush is harvested. Day 78- Still haven't got around to staking. Since both plants were watered last night, no more water till harvest on Day 82. Yellow Markers final weight after a week curing is 14.6 grams. I still have some medicine left so this will have atleast another week and half to cure some more. Day 79- I decided against the bamboo stakes. But will have them for future grows. I think I'm just going to ride it out till day 82. Hopefully a buddy comes through to help with trimming or my weekend will be very busy 😂 Day 80- No major adjustments just rotating plants. Day 81- No major adjustments just rotating plants. Tomorrow is Harvest Day! Day 82- Harvest Day! I got started late in the evening and wasn't done till the morning of day 83. I'm beginning to think I should have waited on harvesting Yellow Marker but you live and you learn! These plants smell so damn good. The Runt I may end up getting an eighth to a quarter from. She only had 5 branches which were still pretty shitty but had surprisingly tightened up bud formations. But that's on me, not genetics. But the Blue Marker...her genetics were really on point. I'll atleast get an ounce...maybe two out of her. Both plants have a strong lemony-citrus/piney smell to them. Can't wait to try it out! While trimming I accidentally cut off a few pieces. Instead of tossing it in the trim bin (which is where most of the runt went lol) I left them infront of a fan to quick dry them so I could try them out. I will also be drying these probably 2 days longer before placing them in their jars. The other ones I had to take out multiple times to get the moisture correct. I will be back to post more journals (auto amnesia haze is next) and also post a taste test/harvest results as soon as I'm done drying. Overall for a first timer, I'm impressed on what I've learned and what I've accomplished. Kudos for the insight @NeedsMoreFans As to not waste, the doggo is very happy with her fan leaves as treats. The sugar leaves and trim I will be making into a Green Dragon tincture with 190 proof Everclear. My goal is to be able to take one ml (an average eyedropper) and mix it in with something so I can dose during the day and have it on me, and to not have to worry about taking time to roll a joint or to carry anything on me. Or well...smell like I smoked. Will definitely let you guys know!

Week 6 update 🌱🔥 — the canopy is fully spread across the net, every corner filling with green. Main plant is wide and strong, really showing her structure before flip. The second plant is still smaller but pushing steady new growth and holding strong 💪. Feed mix this week: Corex + Eldex + Terra + CalMag + Bud Candy + Mira + Terpinator (~1300–1400 ppm @ pH 6.0). Main plant is now drinking over 8L of water with 10–20% runoff — coco is flushing clean and roots are thriving. Temps holding around 26–27.5 °C with RH stable 55–65% 🌬️. Leaves are praying under the Spider Farmer G3000 with no burn, no deficiency. 👉 Next week will be Flowering Week 1 🚀🌿. Excited to flip them and watch the stretch + bud sites start stacking 👀✨
