WEEK 6 | DAY 38 What can I say, everything’s just running perfectly. 😄😄 The plant is absolutely gigantic and keeps getting even bigger. Over the last 7 days she’s been growing about 5 cm per day. You can’t even really tell which one is the main cola anymore... they’re all at the same height without any topping or anything. I’m curious how tight it’s going to get once the Headbanger really takes off, but so far she hasn’t properly started flowering yet 😅😇 PH5.7 | EC1.9 | DLI65 | VPD0.9-1

I had to take a big decision. I know it is not good it is way too hot in the tent but needed to remove from my garden because of some reasons. Firstly, illegal which is fine but I do not want to take a risk for 3 g of harvest. She should start flowering in autumn when less sun and weather is basically shitty here in London it is okay to grow but when starts flowering.... so I planted an auto and saw that it wont yiled good so I was thinking what will happend to my Zkittlez in autumn when mush less sun and weather is going down. So realised I can have a 2-3 m plant but it ain't gonna flower just a bit. Soni decided to put under artificial light but it is summer my plants are suffering in the tent. Inhave no choice I will try to manage maximum I will cut back. Hopefully all goes ok. Day 86: Fucked up she was totally wilt I removed all the leaves basically the stalk left only..... she will be okay

Little defoliation

So first of before you wonder why tape is falling off the trunk etc, all that is coming off. Little experiment im doing of Super HST, essentially snapped off 3 main nodes and taped them back together. I want to see if this makes a difference in overall weight, quality and any visual differences. The plan is to weigh all 3 total weight individually and compare to other branches of the same node/section of the plant to compare. Becoming a heavy drinker at about just under 1/2 gal per day. Re-calibrated my PH pen as noticed a few spots coming up and the solution was sitting closer to 5.6. More upgrades would be needed if I would opt for constantly running a DWC system as its proven challenging with limited length air lines etc to pull her out of the short tent to work on her stature. Supercropped numerous times to keep the canopy at a manageable 12” from the light. At 95 Watts it’ll be interesting to see what can be pulled from 5 Gal DWC keeping it simple 2 nutrients, Nova and Calmag ✌️

8/3 I didnt take any pics today. I had an emergency this morning. I will upload pictures tomorrow. I have noticed some slight deficiencies. I decided to up my feed to two gallons twice a week. I'll see how that goes. Heat stressed slurricane is recovering nicely. I need to do a spray if spinosad at some point. One plant has large holes I assume from hoppers or ear wigs. 8/4 We had a tropical storm warning all day yesterday. Things were fine. However it is supposed to be much worse today with that Isiah hurricane coming up the coast. We should miss most of it. I watered as we arent expecting much rain. I'm considering putting tarps around the entire structure before night to block the wind and stake the fence SECURELY in place. I'll play it by ear. 8/5 Waaaawho! Trop storm warning canceled. Plants are in perfect shape. Not a broken branch to be seen. PH is at 6.3 which is much better. 8/6 I did slight LST on one mendo breath. I'm amazed by this garden everyday. Soil PH is down to 6.3 for most plants. I upped my feeding schedule. I fed today. This time I mixed 3 gallons and added beastie bloom to one of the containers. I split that between the two flowering mendo breaths and used the others to feed the rest. I'm hoping my new feeding schedule wont back fire one me. I killed a worm this morning. Despite plants looking good I think it's going to he do for another application of spinosad. I have work to do cleaning the inside of the plants and more LST. This shit certainly is not for the lazy man. Happy growing everyone. Plants were dry in the PM so I watered. 8/7 Plants look great. The two ten gallons look a little over watered but that's fine. It's still real early on the morning anyway. Planning on applying spinosad tonight. Mendo is really going into flower. At least the 2 phenoms that looked the same are flowering. The reveg monster crop is further behind but hey we still have over 14h of light. Applied spinosad to one plant. 8/8 I watered this morning only to have a strange thunder storm drop a whole bunch more water. Oh well. I plan to spray tonight. Broke a small bottom branch. I made it into cuttings. Too burnt too do this right now. 8/9 Its hard to check PH but it seems my PH is around 7.2 for the most part. I've been procrastinating and need to clean out these plants, feed and spray. I'm planning on going back tonight and doining one or all of those. I'll add some pics. PM FED with the above schedule minus micro brew and 1tsp tb. Approximately 3 1/2 gallons. Plan to spray tomm.

Week 1 of flower!!! im excited and nervous at the same time. I was going to Veg for another week but there were a couple factors that made me want to flip. Last week I did a final transplant into my 7gal pots, 2 days later I start to see pistils. I am a new grower and was like oh crap did I just force her into flowering and gonna herm them since im still on 18-6 light schedule??? I am in a couple discords that are growing communities so i posted some pics and confirmed they are in fact pistils. This is my first grow and not only was I excited to start flowering but also scared im going to ruin them if I dont flip so I did. From more research this is called pre flower and I could have stayed in veg from what I have found but flipped anyways and please correct me if im wrong as Im still learning. The pics you see are day 3 wk1 of flower, I flipped the lights to 12-12 on night 2-29. The girls are already starting to stretch. IM really hoping that my little sour diesel dwarf stretches to meet the Purp and northern lights canopy or else I am going to need to find something to prop her up to meet them. As you can see in the pics I added my trellis netting. My plan was to hopefully get these girls to stretch enough and start filling in the squares. My goal is to fill every square with a flower site. It might be a bit ambitious but still gonna try. This is 2 fold, 1 allow spacing to open up the inner canopy and allow light into the depths of these girls to encourage those lower sites to reach the top. 2 support for the flowers as they mature. Yea they looking alittle bushy and I know I should defoliate but my thought was to wait until the stretch is done then do my full lollipop and remove alot of those fan leaves blocking bud sites and also get better air flow in there. My plan for nutrients is to top dress with my gaia green 4-4-4. power bloom 2-8-4 and worm castings every 2-3 weeks depending on how they take to it. I just hope this is enough. Beim gestriegen Gießen des Compost-Teas habe ich vergessen, den PH-Wert der Flüssigkeit anzupassen - Aufgefallen ist mir das erst nachdem der halbe Topf schon drin war. Heute zeigen sie jedoch keine Reaktion auf eventuelle Missstände des PH-Werts im Substrat. Am Ende dieser Woche ist eine letzte aber Gründliche Entlaubung geplant. Dannach läuft der Grow fast im Autopilotmodus ins Ziel. Die Lampe ist nun auf 100% bei ca. 900 ppfd. Tag 66 Grow Tag 11 Blüte: Gestern wurde mit 25L gegossen - aktuell muss alle 3-5 Tage gegossen werden. Es entsteht ca. 1L drain. Das große Lolli-Popping war heute. Die unteren 30% wurden dabei radikal entfernt und auch ausgewählte Seitentriebe, die es nicht mehr nach oben schaffen werden. Auch der größere teil der Sonnensegel wurde entfern um mehr Licht auch an die unteren Buds zu bekommen. Außerdem wurde ein SCROG-Netz eingespannt um die Pflanze zu unterstützen. Das Netz wurde mit 2 Gewindestangen gespannt um das Zelt möglichst voll auszunutzen -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 62 – Grow Day 8 – Flowering Phase: At the beginning of the second flowering week, the stretch phase is gradually slowing down. During yesterday’s watering with the compost tea, I forgot to adjust the pH value of the liquid. I only noticed this after about half of the pot had already been watered. However, today the plants show no visible reaction to any potential pH imbalance in the substrate. At the end of this week, one final but thorough defoliation is planned. After that, the grow should run almost on autopilot toward the finish. Day 66 – Grow Day 11 – Flowering Phase: Yesterday, 25 liters of water were applied. Currently, watering is required every 3–5 days, resulting in approximately 1 liter of runoff. Today, the major lollipopping was carried out. The lower 30% of the plants were removed quite aggressively, along with selected side shoots that would no longer reach the canopy. A large portion of the fan leaves was also removed to allow more light to reach the lower buds. In addition, a SCROG net was installed to support the plants. The net was tensioned using two threaded rods to make the most efficient use of the tent space.

Topped the plant on Friday and started 12/12 cycle.

It's been 42 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Thanks mars you guys are awesome 🤘🥁🎸. I'm getting a new exhaust fan soon. An 8 inch that will work alot better than my 4 inch lol. Wayyy to small for a 8x8 Grow Tent. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. These were only 2.5 weeks and I started noticing some frost. Next week I will be able to tell more about what these custom bred seeds will be like. I love how the smell is changing now. Still growing in length. *Week 4 Flowering End of Week 09/23* Both Apple Fritter/Critical+2.0 have appeared to stop growing in length but have expanded in width in regards to the bud site development. Bud sites are blooming accordingly and trichome development seems to be coming along nicely as well. here we go folks another week in. Girls are looking in top condition. x2 stardawgs on one side are sativa dominant and are thankfully set under scrog. Other side is squat and bushier girls (x1 stardawg, x1 Blue dream), figured they don't need Scrog - Blue Dream is either sensitive to Ph fluctuations (less likely) or lacking a bit in Magnesium., So will be increasing cal mag for them she is getting brown rust spots on fan leaves. I will say girls are responding very well to recharge , on every feed I see immediate boos tin canopy. I expect good yield hopefully if all goes well, they are stacking nice !! blueprints for colas 😍 Iv done another big defoliation to girls as well and lolipopped to how I wanted...little bits n bobs never end until girls are finished so... auto pilot mostly from here on. no insects in the room gives me confidence. Esta es una genética de un olor muy fuerte y pesado se siente intenso desde la vegetación , es una variedad muy resinosa con unos colores morados hermosos , probando las flores cuando terminó el secado y ahora curando las flores se siente un sabor terroso , al principio no me gusto ya que nunca había probado este , pero después al seguir fumando se siente un sabor final muy agradable. Esta genética se conservará para futuros cruces y experimentar algo nuevo. muy conforme con la producción de cada clon

Hello, nouvelle session, et 1ere expérience cette fois ci en coco. Avec une nouvelle gamme d’engrais de chez Canna, ainsi que le substrat en coco de chez Canna aussi J’ai constaté que les graines de Quick Critical+ ont germées très vite par rapport à la terre, ici, à peine 72h pour les 1ères. Et un joli 100% pour la germination!! Merci dinafem!👍🔥 J’ai pu aussi constaté que le réglage du PH et de l’Ec prennent ici toute leur importance,, puisque pour mes 1er arrosages j’ai oublié de contrôler l’Ec, résultat, légère brûlure sur le bout des 1ères feuilles,, j’ai immédiatement corrigé en contrôlant et en ajustant l’Ec,, les choses devraient rentrer dans l’ordre maintenant. Voilà pour cette 1ere semaine de découverte de la culture en coco,,, A la semaine prochaine... Happy grow...😎
