Plant is growing well. Transplanted them from a 1 gallon pot into a 3 gallon pot this week.

I finally had a chance to try out the Skullcap solo cup that I grew out after finding it was female. This plant is very crystally and has a dark purple look from the leaves. Ill definitely need to maintain a 10*F temp swing from day to night temps. Everything is moving along nicely on the screen and new sump pump is working great. Changing res everytime i go through a full add back of fresh water, which should be in the next 2-3days.

A lot more happening this week! As shown in the pics, and as suspected, I have a manganese deficiency. I've been keeping my pH level at 6.2 in coco, manganese is taken up best by the plant below 6.0 pH. Dropping my ph level to 5.8 pH, and flushing with lower pH, hopefully it will solve the issue over the course of a few days. I made a new frame for a SCROG, with a "custom bend" in the CPVC pipe on both ends. The bend will allow me to take advantage of the slack material in the sides of my 4x4 tent. I'd previously taken 4" out of all the upright poles to shorten the tent so it would fit in the room due to low ceilings, meaning I had extra slack in my tent walls. The bend in the net frame pushes the sides of the tent out to 5 foot wide. My first SCROG net was a 6" mesh from Amazon, immediately knew I wanted a smaller mesh. Next time around I built my own with a 4" mesh and used the 4" for several grows. This time I decided to go with an even smaller, 3" mesh, and already I like it better. I don't really see myself going much smaller than 3" mesh though. It seems to work well, and any smaller and it may be too tight trying to work the plant through the opening sometimes, which if not careful, will damage the plant. I usually use a & gal cloth pot, grow off rules stated we 0had to use a 5 gal pot. Seeing as I only had 7 gal on hand, I was stuck picking up a Root Farm 5 gal cloth pot locally, as you can see, the roots didn't really stay contained, nor did they "air prune", i had to tear them off before installing the net above. On the last day of week 6 I finally got my net installed, and the plant SCROGged. I should have put the net in place a week or two earlier, it would have been easier to manipulate the plant, however the plant will still have a week to recover. I tie the net in place above the plant, and slowly lower it down, as I bend and super crop the main stalk over parallel to the net, and work all the branches underneath and spread them out. As the plant grows I'll continue to push branches back down through the net and moving them out to the next hole. This will greatly increase yields by allowing light to more bud sites, keeping all buds the same height and thus the same distance from the light. small budsites on a vertical branch, will transform into their own cola once the branch is laid on its side. Instead of a Christmas tree type of plant, with one large main cola, and smaller and smaller buds as you move further down the plant, you end up with a bunch of colas that are all close to the same size, and more importantly, the same level of maturity. The SCROG method, combined with super cropping, and defoliation has greatly increased my yields. As the plant is getting worked into the net, I'll defoliate where necessary, ie a huge fan leaf covering bud sites, however for the next several weeks I'll be defoliating so mush every night or two, systematically trimming off all fan leaves, and stripping everything below the net, and any small bud sites that wont produce well. Usually by the time I'm half way through the flower stage there are no big fan leaves left to be found. It helps with light penetration, which results in a higher quality, higher quantity yield, as well as airflow, which will help prevent White Powdery Mildew and other molds etc. Once a fan leaf is 14 days old, its ability to photosynthesize light, starts to degrade. Once it reaches a certain point, the leaf drains more energy from the plant, than it's giving the plant. My best yields have been from heavily defoliated plants, my last grow I couldn't physically defoliate quite as heavily as usual, and I ended up about 25-30% less bud than expected

These girls are mostly doing amazing I had an issue where my pup came in to the greenhouse and lollipopped my GG4 but she stayed alive.

She's filled out really nicely in these final weeks. The leaves are maturing and turning amber, I hope to cut the plant here soon, I don't want too much amber in the buds, as I'm aiming for a more cerebral head high. She's got really nice citrusy diesel tones. Very similar to my first grow with notable different tones. Make sure to check back again soon as I will add more pictures throughout the week! 12/09/2022 - 36 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱 The first week of flowering my BCN Power Plant 🌴🌴🌻 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - This week I adjust the dose of nutrients to support flowering and added nutrients - flowering stimulators: Jungle Urban A: 0.5 ml Jungle Urban B: 1.5 ml Jungle Urban M: 1 ml Flower stimulators: Jungle Environ X: 1ml Advanced Nutrients - Bud Candy 2 ml Advanced Nutrients - Bud Ignitor 1 ml Advanced Nutrients - Big Bud 2ml Hesi Root Complex - 5ml - last week of adding this nutrient Atami - ATA Calmag - when growing under LED lights it is recommended to use Calmag and Atami is an excellent brand, I give the same as in vegetation: 0.5ml. Lights: I don't change Bloom light, I still use Mars Hydro TS1000 - 150w full spectrum, great light to use both in vegetation and flowering 💡💡 Training: LST: third attachment of all twigs where flowers are formed 🌸🌸 Defoliation: the first big defoliation took place in the middle of the week, I removed the large leaves at the bottom of the plants and those that shaded the flowers 🍃🌞 The little girl has only grown by 5 cm since last week, she is already putting all her strength into flowering. The pistils at the ends of the twigs already form white tufts 😊💓 I can smell a subtle scent of herbs and flowers, but very subtle indeed. Week 6 2/9-15 Runtz Auto in full flower, the cute puffy white buds are starting the stack. On 2/13 I did major defoliation on Runtz. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have heard that 1) they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2) there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. She is still stretching and now 21inches. This is the end of week 2 flower. This should have been an indication Not to defoliate severely. Oh darn. My AC Infinity controller is set to flower. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back. Start of week 5. Expecting to flower at the end of this week. Hopefully. Added advanced nutes Cal mag and PH perfect micro grow bloom. 2ml/L on day 29 08/29/20. And again on 09/02/20 Auto speed bud is pretty much an experimental strain since its so fast. 65 days from sprout to harvest. 3 are looking really good. The other 3 not so much. We'll see what happens

Week 5 for our Fast Version A from super sativa seeds club. She has a very nice pine tree shape! Looking amazing at the moment, cant wait to flower the lady and compare with version B. This week we gave some orgatrex and applied some more top dressing with worm Castings

End week 7 veg just moved her into flower room now & shes looking healthy & happy. Under 600 watts hps for the rest of her life. Not topping this girl because shes shorter than everything else in the flower room. 🤷‍♂️🏽 🌿
