Finally have the gnats under control!!! Using a combination of beneficial bacteria, neem oil, and organic pesticides. They’re still there but only a couple so I will continue use. Skywalker og is still double the size of all the others and drinks double the water so that is crazy idk how to deal with that I might just start watering it in between watering the other ones idk it’s crazy. Also don’t know how long we’re gonna go with this veg I want to do a pound which is ambitious for a second grow with a 300w light in a 2 x 4 but that would be cool. Looking good tho next grow I’m only gonna do 3 strains instead of 4 or even 2 but we’ll see. Went a little too heavy on the nitrogen I think i dialed it back a bit but plants are healthy and strong I think the silica helps a lot.

Growing Great

Great easy grow, took well to led grow and nutrients never needed to step back. Needed support fairly early on in grow. Heavy flowers not massive but I guess loaded with oils and good stuff. No apple smell or taste with these two phenos at all. Both super heavy chem affairs. One however tastes a lot like gorilla glue, it is one of the parents. This cultivar has shot straight to the top of my lists of grow again. It’s pure fire.

Since the humidity stayed at a very high level, it was only a matter of time...HORROR!😱 I FOUND BUD-ROT! 😭 On day 73 (=Flowering Day 49) I spotted a white fuzz on my ZHEETOS #2 plant from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS. I took it out and inspected her closer and found budrot on the main stem and in the main bud. I immediately cut off the infected parts and tried to save the rest of the plant. (see first video above) Since I do NOT want to spray my plants with any chemicals, because they are my medicine, I resort to UV-C light. I use the CLEANLIGHT HOBBY UNIT (a UV-C plant protection light from the Netherlands, that kills bacteria, viruses and fungi) and shine the UV-C light on all my plants and the soil-surface in the pots (see second video above). This will kill all the remaining spores of bud-rot (which are a kind of fungus) in my closet and stop it from further spreading to my other plants. I also immediately stop giving any BIO NOVA nutrients from this moment on, although the plants LOVE THEM. But I have to do this in order to flush the plants before harvesting them. I cannot risk and wait until the plants are fully matured, I have to do an emergency flush and harvest as soon as possible, so I dont loose the rest of my medicine to bud-rot. Hold your thumbs that I can save them for a week longer...👍

Steady development. Another watering of same as on the 18th. Except watering I am spraying soil surface with water every few hours. 22/10 day 14 I would called a perfect week. Athena it's a bit faster than Xena in early growth but this early faster development means nothing. June 7: i think Mimosa Shot likes it to be a bit warmer but she’s doing alright. Long daylight hours now and warm enough so she should make up for a slow-ish start. June 9: loose scrog net is doing the job of keeping the growth tips exposed to light. Very effective. Re-arrange it a bit as needed as the plant grows. No need to even tie it off as the weight of the string is enough. Video is a tip about keeping leaves moist in dry air. Plants are much happier when their leaves also get some moisture to make up for the low humidity. June 12: looks good.

Sorry for the absence guys from the sixth week the plants began to mature a little prematurely and in advance and I was engaged in two weeks of harvesting and tight hassle because in practice they were all or almost all seeds. With most I still managed to stop at the first ones that form on low flowers, with others like Fullgas I managed to seem not to have even one. Growing FUllgas was an honor for a truly fantastic and voracious plant to grow. It has bloomed well, quickly and is truly fragrant. I'm not very familiar with terpenes yet but this one has the predominance of my favorite. Wow what a smell. I did a toppin g at 16 buds and they all grew together, some barely kept standing at the end but here we are, the young lady is beautiful, clean and dry in the room. Week 8 begins for LSD and Green Crack. These ladies are getting close to the end, there was a lot of yellowing leaves on each plant, so they were removed. Not much else to say. Thanks for stopping by growfessors 👽🌳💚

6/8 Haven't had to water yet (besides the two tens and I should've held off). It's an overcast day. Perfect for the plants. I've noticed more off shoots of 3 pronged leaves so a few plants will reveg but thats fine. I'm happy with how things are going thus far. These are certainly very resilient strains. I've done some SLIGHT LSTing. EDIT: IT'S BEEN A NICE DAY TODAY. A LITTLE OVERCAST BUT SUNNY AT TIMES. PERFECT WEATHER FOR THE GIRLS. THEY ARE LOVING IT OUT THERE! 6/9 And the girls are lookin' Fiiiiiine. In all seriousness everything is doing pretty good. Even that overwatered pink kush runt in the 10gal is coming out of its little funk. Some of my FIM's turned out amazing! With the reveg of some of these I'll definately have my hands full. Very grateful for smart pots and well draining soil! We've gotten some harsh rain but the girls all seem fine. It's the wind today that's a little worrisome. I may stop over later. I COULD put up tarps around the cage as wind blocks (and have before in the past) but it increases the humidity of an already extremely humid day. These girls are strong. I'm sure they'll be fine. I've found that the tarps typically hurt worse than they help. 6/10 56° at 9am. Shook the plants off. Medium wasn't soaked though. Luckily we had some wind. It's not raining now but it's going to have showers for half the day. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the 80's and sunshine so if that comes through things might workout alright. I still haven't had to water this year besides that one gallon on the tens. If I do something I'll update. I'm considering light stepping the two pink kush's in the 10's. I'll need to do more research.

Outdoors........time passes slowly.... Tropical weather here, this week. Hot morning, evening storms , cooler nights, high humidity, wind. What else? No problems to report, fantastic grow, girls full of life. Lots of work to bend and rearrange plant's shape every day, sometimes twice a day. Defoliation. Plant is responding fantastically. Special Kush #1 is now in the last days of crazy-stretch phase, is a big plant so I had to move the main top forward again to the opposite point of the perimeter in order to lower the line and give light in the middle.

Day 73: finally starting to bulk up a little bit. She’s overdressed and she took her time to recover but I hope she stays well now. 🍯 Day 74: she smells AMAZING! almost as good as my Favorite strain of all time! Sugar Punch by sannies seeds. This seems so promising to me! I can’t wait to smoke this one! She is recovering pretty good as well from the over feed..
