Hi there, We have definitely seen some good growth since last update. Patient and the longer veg period paid off as many bud sites appeared. I mean 4 plants filled the whole 120*120 tent. Genetic traits are starting to show. Marshmallow Og has thicker stems and has grown taller during the stretch while Candystore RBX is a much darker green has a medium-long internode spacing. It was necessary to use a plant trolley to lift the Candystore for a uniform canopy level. The tallest Candystore is 67cm, Marshmallow 73cm. On day 21 after the switch to 12, I took off a bunch of leaves to get more light on the lower nodes. At first I was afraid I had gone a little too far because I had also done an aggressive lollipoping on these girls. Next week we'll see how offended they are haha. They became hungrier and we started supplementing their watering with the Booster. The above mentioned units except the Silica are grams not ml. They drink like 5 litres every four days. Running the light on 80% , 44 cm above the canopy. Par.: 540-770 Ppfd Vpd.:1,05-1,2kpa. Happy with how everything looks, until next time.🌱🌞

Did not add any nutrients to the reservoir, only topped up the reservoir with water and adjusted PH/ORP, PH- adds P and ORP adjustment adds K. Turned on the Mars Hydro VG80 mid week. Internodal spacing is kinda big with some branches but overall OK, stretch seemed to have slowed down. Nothing else to report. Values are average of the day. Continued with the LST as the plant starts to bush out. Increased the plant's food adding Miracle-Gro when feeding. Cycle of water with food, then water without food. Volume and frequency slowly increasing.

Day 70. Last week of nutrients. Flushing will begin before this week is over actually. Next three waterings will in general be like this: 1: 4ml Bloom + 1ml Green Sensation 2: 3ml + 1ml Green Sensation 3: Flush from there so only pure PH water. ———————— But there is a plan for each of the 4 Bananas. The Biggest will start flush quickest. And the healthiest will get nutrients for the longest since its behind the others and acting more like a sativa. Sadly, im forced to harvest all at once. And right now, I think it will be around 7 november. _____________________ I have harvested 4 topshoots of the plant I named "the biggest" since they were pretty much done and then the buds under can devolop better. I left 4-6 other tops though which were further away from the center of the light. Just to see how they progress in comparison with the ones I took down. The ones I harvested today, was not fully flushed, so i will also compare that to the other topshoots which will get a full flush before the harvest of "the big" plant. _______________________ The Big: around 10 days left - Flushing started The small: Around 10 days left - Flushing started The Bushy: around 10-14 left - Flushing in 5 days the Healthy: around 14 days left (minimum) Ideally more like: 3 weeks - Flushing in 7 days ATM my plan is to harvest it all latest by 7-10 november.

We are moving to an end. Light intensity is slightly above 900 ppfd with additional co2. There are signs of light burn. Hyper Vyper does not look too happy, but slush mint seems to like it, so I don‘t really care - you always have your favorite child ;) Buds are getting thicker and smell nice. Trichromes of Slush look close to perfect, Skywalker may still need a week. My plan is to harvest all at the same time. Fading out all additional nutrients.

3.9.2024: Start of week 8. Day 50 from seed, 46 from sprout. Nothing doing today, plant is healthy and getting fatter by the day. Plucked a few leaves but thats it. 3.10.2024: Day 51. Fed 1/4 strength fox farm trio mixed w/ calmag into over a gal of 6.5ph water. Gave roughly 3 liters of the solution. Runoff ppm is finally under 1000. Might increase nutes to 1/2 strength moving forward. Bud development on the main cola is almost half the main stalk now. I'm no pro when it comes to taking pictures so its hard for me to get clear, detailed shots of the nugs. 3.11.2024: Day 52, 48 from sprout. Moving along nicely. 3.12.2024: Day 53. Fed 1/4 strength, roughly 96oz at 6.4ph. I broke the feed/water/feed schedule and fed twice in a row. Also did some lite defoliation on the bottom fan leaves that weren't getting light. 3.13.2024: Day 54 from seed. Plant is doing its thing. 3.14.2024: Day 55. Fed again at 1/4 strength, 96oz at 6.6ph. Runoff ppm was 880. 3.15.2024: Day 56 from seed, 52 from sprout.

Ich habe versucht ein paar schöne Fotos zu machen und habe meine Kreativität spielen lassen (my wife also got a great idea, you can guess which idea was mine ;D) If you have any questions feel free to ask. Im also open for criticism I hope you enjoy the pictures and the report stay safe and happy growing. ____ i will update the smoke report soon.

This week is full of stretch, and unfortunately didn't train early enough. Instead of toping now, used Budclips to bend the main cola but didn't seem to do much. Yellowing on lower leaves so increasing nutrient dosage a bit. The Gorilla strains seem to always be more hungry for nutrients

🌸 Week 5 Flower – Frost on the Horizon We’ve reached the midway mark of flower, and the Mango Kush sisters are entering their true production phase. What started as white hairs and clusters is now becoming recognizable bud sites, with calyx swelling, pistils stacking, and resin glands beginning to form. Even though the two phenos are still at slightly different paces, both are showing the strength of Mango × Hindu Kush genetics: dense flower set, uniform branching, and a promise of rich aromas to come. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Update – Adjusting for Signs & Demands This week we observed minor leaf spotting, likely an early sign of calcium/magnesium imbalance. With the canopy pushing hard into bloom, demand for structural nutrients rises. To address this, we adjusted the recipe: Updated Feeding Mix (per liter): • 🌿 Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • 🌿 Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.35 ml (slight increase for leaf support) • 🌿 Aptus All-In-One Liquid – 1 ml (reintroduced for balanced NPK support) • 🌿 Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml • 🌿 Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml Why this change? • All-In-One Liquid provides a steady base of NPK to complement the super soil and ensure no hidden deficiencies appear as flowers bulk. • CalMag Boost increased slightly to help counter early spotting and reinforce leaf health. • Sugar Royal & Green Sensation remain to push terpene, resin, and bud density. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: At mid-flower, nutrition must shift slightly from “steering” to supporting. The plant is now a high-demand engine, and small deficiencies show quickly. Adding back a balanced NPK base (All-In-One) ensures pistil and calyx production doesn’t stall. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment – Riding the Heat The room remains lively but challenging: • 🌡️ Temps: peaking at 31–34°C • 💧 RH: 50–60% • 📊 VPD: ~1.8–2.0 kPa While slightly hotter than ideal, the Mango Kush girls are holding strong thanks to airflow and the resilience provided by biostimulants like Sugar Royal and Regulator. An AC unit is on the way, which will stabilize the climate moving forward. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: High VPD increases water demand, plants drink more, transpire faster, and pull nutrients quicker. This can be beneficial if balanced correctly, but also risky: deficiencies show up faster, and stress can slow bud formation. Monitoring and adjusting is the key. ⸻ 💡 Lighting – Mid-Canopy Power Boost Our lighting orchestra is now running at higher intensity to fuel flower bulking: • ThinkGrow Model One – deep penetration into the canopy • 2× ThinkGrow ICL-300 bars – mid-canopy support, ensuring no shadowed sites • Future of Grow Black Series 600W – full-spectrum coverage • Lumatek Zeus 465W Compact Pro – evening out the footprint PPFD is averaging 750–800 µmol/m²/s, which is perfect for mid-flower. The canopy is even, with bud sites developing from top to bottom. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: Mid-canopy lighting like the ICL-300 prevents “popcorn buds” by ensuring lower sites receive enough light intensity to develop properly. The result: fuller plants, less larf, more usable flower. ⸻ 🌱 Genetics in Action – Mango Kush Week 5 • Pheno #1 – Still ahead, stacking pistils into early bulking buds, beginning to sparkle under macro view. • Pheno #2 – Catching up fast, with strong pistil growth and early calyx development. Though she started later, her structure is filling in beautifully. Both phenos are showing that classic Mango Kush balance: fruit-forward aromas beginning to rise when you brush the flowers, with the Kush backbone promising earthy depth in the final cure. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect & What Not to Expect ✅ Expect this week and next: • Rapid calyx swelling → buds begin “rounding out” • Trichome initiation across sugar leaves • First noticeable sticky texture • Stronger aroma when handling ❌ Not yet: • Full frost coverage (peaks Weeks 6–7) • True terpene explosion (Weeks 7–8) • Final density (Weeks 7–9) 🌱 Educational Takeaway: Week 5 is often where growers get impatient. Resist the urge to overfeed or over-adjust. Buds are setting their foundation now, the bulk and frost come with time. ⸻ 🔄 Recap – The Journey So Far • Weeks 0–2: Seedlings established, Aptus Start Booster support • Weeks 3–4 Veg: Rapid branching, transplant into super soil + Aptus Mycor-Mix & Buffer • Week 5 (Flip): 12/12, stretch begins • Flower Weeks 1–2: Power Buds introduced, lighting expanded • Flower Week 3: Flower set established, pistils everywhere • Flower Week 4: Bulking begins, feeding simplified • 🌸 Flower Week 5 (Now): Buds swelling, trichomes emerging, All-In-One Liquid reintroduced, environment monitored closely ⸻ 🙏 Gratitude To everyone following along, thank you. Each week is a balance of science, art, and patience, and it means a lot to share this journey together. The Mango Kush sisters are teaching us once again: growth happens in stages, and trust in the process brings the best results. ⸻ 💭 Grower’s Note: “This week felt like the garden finally started to sparkle. The first trichomes are here, pistils are building like fireworks, and even with the heat waves, the girls stand tall. Pheno #1 is racing, Pheno #2 is steady — and together, they remind me that nature never grows in straight lines, only in rhythms.” 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Well I'm a bit upset last week I ended up dropping my ph meter in a tank of nutes I was mixing and by the time I got it out the meter was junk. I was planning on flushing the crystal but had to wait another week for the meter. I suppose the good thing to take from this was I found out why I was having issues with my plants. When the new ph meter came in I went to check my run off and my nutes that I had all ready mixed up. It turns out that my meter i had been using this whole grow was off by about -2-2.5 so this whole time I had been feeding the plants at around 3ph smfh. I cant believe they look how they do knowing what went on this whole time. Fastbuds crystal meth is 3days into flush and i will be cutting it down this weekend most likely. Mephisto hubbabubbasmelloscope is smelling like sweet sweet candy and is thick in resin Bighead seeds freeze berry/ blueberry crumble has a dank pungent stank to it and also is frosty but larrfy Big bomb is still growing thick and have bud sites everywhere Now I'm ready for the next batch and ready to get dialed in!

VIDEO ADDED: DEC 29 2020! -- PHOTOS ADDED: DEC 27 2020! MORE COMING VIDEO?! -- Smell is starting to come down from the fresh cut, definitely has a great look to the bud as the cure goes on, have two 8 gram boveda packs in there after a few days with one that was WAY too big for it 😂 Brought down my Chocolate Mint OG in my other diary right now as well, way more weight to that last plant... probably more than both these Chem Bombs combined, great genetics over @Humboldt_seed_organization 😎 -- PHOTOS ADDED: DEC 23 2020! MORE COMING! -- DEC 19 2020 - Harvest Day Chem-Bomb Auto .. DONE. Step-Brothers ... CHOPPED. Buds.. TRIMMED. Giving them my first bud wash tomorrow! Already juiced the lemon, have the spring water, and off-brand baking soda because COVID has every place sold out of Arm&Hammer 😂 Dale: 50 Grams Wet Buds/Stem 15 Grams Trim/Larf = Total 65 Grams Wet Brennan: 55 Grams Wet Buds/Stem 12 Grams Trim/Larf = 67 Grams Wet Total Wet: 132 Grams (Buds/Stems/Trim) Looks like I'm getting in and around the "1 Ounce per Auto Plant" range with my basic soil/hand feed system. The CMOG from my other diary looks like it will be my first 1OZ plant when it dries. With my past experience of wet buds drying out to about half of bud weight, I'm hoping that they both come in JUST under an Oz a piece. Going to update with more pictures, going to take a couple days to dry and get a good weight and hopefully get somewhere close to the 64 grams of the ONLY sized Boveda packs I have right now 😇 -- UPDATE - Dec 20 2020 - Cure Day 😵😭 i once again got my hopes up by pulling the classic male "over-exaggerating" and all the wet weight came from the main stems. After 3 days or so of drying both plants together came in just under an ounce. The smell is great and I have no doubt it's quality bud but I need to up my density game somehow for sure. New nutrients or better set up, still very low-end with all my equipment as I've just slowly been finding affordable pieces to add as I go. Maybe more light? Feel free to hit me up below with ideas short of switching to a Hydro set up 😹 I can hardly afford my bags of soil so I definitely couldnt keep up with the financial costs of a Hydro set up yet 😓 Have had a few bowls of the dried/uncured bud and it's very nice, clean, and crazy good for being uncured at this point. Just the classic flower taste from the chlorophyll but the pineapple/tropical taste is coming through nice already. Final Stats: 26g Dried Bud 26g Trim -- Thanks for checking in! Will be updating soon and posting more pictures! Throw down a like and/or follow so I can return the favour 🙌 -- IG: @GlazedGrow (DM and let me know you're from Grow Diaries so i can follow back!)
