Last week went well. She is stacking on the bud mass and is looking great. Her smell is very unique and her buds look like they will be massive. Not much else to say about her besides I had to tie up her buds because they are getting too heavy and were bending the branches. Looking forward to seeing what she produces and becomes. Hey guys, it's been a great journey but I've finally hung my Stardawg out to dry! Yesterday was their last day totalling 8 weeks on flower. Realistically they could have benefited from a further week because the lower buds are somewhat underdeveloped but then I would risk losing the preferred sweet high smoke of the top buds. With this being my first attempt it's been a great learner not only for how to care for the plants but also the environment. As soon as these went into flower and started stretching I knew that putting 6 in a 2.4 x 1.2m tent was a bad idea. They just got so big which is the cause of the lower sites not being as good as the top colas. Despite that I'm really happy with the outcome and I'm hoping ive got 30oz+ of real good quality nugs. All of the top colas have turned a gorgeous violet colour too which you can see on the pictures and I absolutely love. For my next grow I've gone with 6 fastbuds strains which hopefully will go under a scrog. Check back next week for the harvest and weigh in!

More Big changes this week! The flowers seem to be growing and getting bigger every day - I anxiously look in my tent each morning to see the new developments and there seems to be new changes each time - very cool to smoke a bowl in the morning and go check your garden! I was able to get some pretty cool photos with my macro lens - I found the ONLY flower site and first signs of red colors on one of the lower flowers of Cherry Gorilla #3 - I was able to get some pretty sweet pics of that. If you have a smart phone or tablet, definitely check out some of the macro shots and pinch/zoom in! I did add a fan on the bottom blowing underneath the canopy, in efforts of opening up the stomata of the ladies. We are finally having our first relatively hot week up here and it has absolutely tested my environment management skills - AC, Dehumidifier, Fans, Window open and close - this silly temp VPD and humidity control dance all day will not be too much longer, very much looking forward to the lower temperatures of the fall and winter months! When opening up the tent - you are blasted with a unfamiliar smell that can be explained as a sweet dank. I have touched some of the lower buds on each of the plants and WOW! - They are SWEET and Cherry flavor like crazy - The GMO is just as I expected - Garlic Gas Sweetness when touching her leaves - You are left with a very sticky goo on your finger that absolutely smells of its particular strain. Again - I could not be happier with the garden, and especially this being my first grow ever. Looking forward to more changes and absolutely some input from the Grow Diaries Community!

Both the gelato and the forbidden runtz have nice bushy structure as of now.. I may train them when they get a little bit older but as of now I will let them be and see how they veg out.

Less is more. Lesson learned. Without training these plants, having the fifth plant has really cramped the tent. Because I have limited space for the tent, access into the sides isn't possible. I have only the front entrance. Next time I think I will stick yo maybe three strains that have been positive and try and find the time to train more. The WOS-Northern/Skunk has grown out so nicely into a Xmas tree type of posture. She is making her really good friends with her neighbours, perhaps to their detriment. Seedsman Blueberry continues to be solid and unphased by anything. This is the first time I have smelled a plant that has such a fruity aroma. It really took me aback in surprise. Very cool. HiFi 4G needs support. Did a McGyver solution for the time being. Doesn't appear to have bulked up much this week. Jack is about the same. A bit of bulk up but not expecting this one to be a big yielder. Appears healthy overall so I'm happy. CBD+ bulked up for sure on the main cola's. I'm skeptical she will be done at 60 days at this point....but have to trust what Dinafem are telling me. Be safe folks.
