I was under watering quite a bit in an attempt to make sure I didn’t flush out the benes and nutrients of the super soil. Ironically, I might have killed all the benes. Lol. Either way, they’re getting about 1 gal every other day now. Growing strong. This plant got some of the most thrip damage. It also had some really strange early growth. It looks about a week or so behind the other two autos that I planted at the same time... Just did another spinosad treatment. I haven’t seen any more thrips in the greenhouse since the first treatment 10 or so days ago. Saw a leaf hopper in there though 😡

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 2 weeks into flower, and the stretch is winding down. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I will start to add a PK booster this week. I also will be switching to light from V1 to F1 sometime this week, and also integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 90% in the V1 cycle and will be transitioning to the F1 cycle later this week. Overall, the plants seem very happy and healthy. The temperature and humidity is significantly dropping so that helps keeping the tent cool and not overly humid. This is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. Just feed the girls some compost tea and overall they look healthy growing stronger by the day... she has a lot of bud sites and is getting thicker by the day

So this final week the buds on this Orange Hill Special are filling out. They are getting rock solid and the calyxes are doing their final swelling. Also, the trichomes have started forming and up close, they are forming a white sticky film over the whole bud. The buds feel heavy and compact, although their size could have been bigger but not complaining with this amount of bud. I have just been feeding some perma tea and clean water since this soil is probably very high in nutes by now. I had some brown leaf points so just adjusted and all was fine. Now we go into the final one or two weeks. I did some final defoliation to expose some underside buds, they are swelling too. Removed some sticky underside larf, kept it in a box to gradually dry for a preliminary taste test coming days. White Widow just started flower at end of the week. Still waiting on the Cream Cookie. Doing light Defoliation to expose bud sites to the lights.

SUMMARY: Last week of early bloom nutes this week. She's flowering but slowly and I wonder if its due to the stress I caused with the big defoliation on Sunday 14/02 where I removed most fan leaves and all lower shoots of which the bud sites would not receive enough light and just create larfy poor quality low strength buds. She smells very strong now as well. DAY 51 -------- Friday 12th February 18:30 I fed Jesus 3L of early bloom nutes which produced 570ml runoff (19%). DAY 52 -------- Saturday 13th February 18:00 I fed Jesus 3L of early bloom nutes which produced 610ml runoff (20%). DAY 53 -------- Sunday 14th February 11:45 I made 10L of early bloom nutes with dechlorinated tap water (no rain water left), 5L at a pH of 5.7 and 5L at a pH of 5.6. Sunday 14th February 18:00 I fed Jesus 3L of early bloom nutes which produced 800ml runoff (27%). [24°C/46%] I did a second defoliation on Jesus which was supposed to just be removing some fan leaves and inner foliage I missed last time but I ended up getting carried away again. Every bud site has plenty of light now so hopefully shell bounce back quick. I also raised the light again so that it is 16" above the canopy of Jesus as it was too close now Jesus has grown. DAY 54 -------- Monday 15th February 18:30 I fed Jesus 3L of early bloom nutes which produced 1350ml runoff (45%). DAY 55 -------- Tuesday 16th February 11:30 I made 10L of early bloom nutes with rainwater, 5L at a pH of 5.8 and 5L at a pH of 5.9. I forgot to turn the heat down over night and the humidity is at 56% currently. [22°C/56%] Tuesday 16th February 18:30 I fed Jesus 2.9L of early bloom nutes which produced 1250ml runoff (43%). Shes still not back to her usual intake after the defoliation 2 days ago. I turned the dehumidifier on and set it to 45% as the RH had climbed to 62%. [22°C/62%] DAY 56 -------- Wednesday 17th February 12:00 I made 10L of early bloom nutes with dechlorinated tap water, 5L at a pH of 5.7 and 5L at a pH of 5.6. Wednesday 17th February 18:30 I fed Jesus 2.5L of early bloom nutes which produced 590ml runoff (24%). DAY 57 -------- Thursday 18th February 18:30 I fed Jesus 2.5L of early bloom nutes which produced 800ml runoff (32%). At the wknd I think I'm going to try and bend the 2 tallest shoots down in the centre as they are taller than the rest by a bit now. I adjusted a couple of ties to expose more bud sites. I had to move the light up again by 2 inches to accommodate for growth as it was sitting at 14" above the canopy. [24°C/52%]

The cones have learned to be quite dense. The aroma can be considered strong. I liked how they grow.
