So this week I decided to add the Epsom salt for the suspected sulfur deficiency & after a few days, I think some green was coming back. The PPM kept rising during the week so I decided to adjust the pH to 6 like suggested. I ended up adding a little more water & I forgot to add some Cal-Mag. Some of the leaves started to have some brown spots. Yesterday I gave her a haircut, got rid of the majority of affected leaves & continued LST. Yesterday I switched out the nutrient water with pH balanced water. I've been using the powder form of nutrients (MaxiGro series) all this time & am thinking of switching to the General Hydroponics Flora series which is all liquid. Maybe that would make it easier for her/me? Maybe now would be a good time to switch since there's only pH water right now. I bought some Armor Si which I plan to add in when I start feeding soon. Also this is an autoflower, at week 6 I thought there would be some pre-flowering by now. But I'm guessing BC of the issues she's been having the growth is slow/stunted.

Added the first screen into the tent. Decided to kick Big Mumma out because she just wasn't growing any taller and the other plants were really over growing her. For the new setup I used kitty litter trays and mesh to sit the plants on - each plant gets its own tray so I can track runoff EC individually and I cut little flaps in the mesh so I can wet vac the runoff. With this setup I shouldn't need to move the plants out of the tent until harvest. For the scrog I just tied some builders rope around the poles of the tent and tied the trellis netting off with training wire. I've been manipulating the growth just to try and fill out the whole screen, I also gave them a good haircut because I plan on flipping them soon, don't want them to outgrow the tent.

Started trimming a few leaves blocking bud sites and continued to tie down tallest growth. I’ve never used LST to this extent, but I’m a disciple now. Tremendous shape creating space for new growth still. At this point, I learned about the importance of dark hours for bud growth. In case it helps someone: flower growth and later, thc, is boosted and triggered by dark time. During veg for an auto, go full blast with lights. But those flowers boost at night to protect themselves from harsh UV daylight. Swear to God, after months of reading journals and articles, I didn’t realize that until recently.

Pure Ice cream is finishing up. I switched her to just ph water yesterday. The next update will be a harvest for her. She has a nice cream smell, and Looks really good. Purple shine a bien repris son développement, niveau racines il va être temps de la rempoter une bonne masse racinaire commence à sortir du air pot. Le 25/04 seconde taille des branches principales, de 2 apex cela va passer à quatre😉, apport de solution nutritive pour réduire le stress de la taille(terragrow 1,5ml, katanaroot 0,2ml, silicon 1ml, calmag 0,5ml). Maintenant repos pour cette demoiselle avant la prochaine taille😉 Purple shine semble reprendre assez vite sa végétation après une taille. Ses branches sont bien épaisse ajout de silice et a participé.
