At the beginning of week 5 they all look a bit small and bushy to me. But let's see.. .Maybe they get a little kick and grow during the first weeks of the flowering phase, which we've now entered :) I cut a really small amount of leaves that were touching the ground on the auto bending one.And I started giving them two additional hours of light. Hope they like it. UPDATE: I had to start defoliation because the leaves were so bushy that they were getting wet in between... Hope this helps : And hope they get a little taller...

Plant is filling out the squars but i think its getting to over crowded. Ended up flipping the light to 12/12. I need to desperately clean underneath the canopy but i gotta figure out how to get to the back cuz my tent dont open that far. But it will get done sooner or later.

Great news they all have names! Please welcome Samantha, Ana, Nerea, Lucia and Ella to the group! So it has been a week of playing around with free-standing water, heating, and airflow and now it seems we have finally found the sweet spot with a humidifier up high. It seems like I don't even need the extraction fan at the moment as there is a reasonable amount of pull coming out of the hole at the top, so much so that the door is actually being sucked in. Just trying to find the right height for the light. After a bit of research, I have decided on 80cm which I will lower bit by bit each day heading towards 50cm. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. 🙏💪 Also in my search, I found that according to Jorge Cervantes 24 hour light is a waste of electricity for the extra growth you get so I have reduced the schedule to 18-6.

Gorilla Grow CFM kit YES! Fox Farms Nutrients....plants seem to like it so.... Mars Hydro 2x4 tent ... nope, there seems too be 2 types of grow tents, cheap and expensive. ill buy a Gorilla Grow Tent (expensive) for my next grow but for now ALL TENTS LEAK LIGHT, so just grab a tent that is sturdy, has vents in place for your grow space and is safe for you and the plants.

The Ladies are slowly Fading into autumn leaves. BBP have very heavy Flowers. They got a little Support for the branches. Lemon Orange full of trichomes with heavy Citrus Aroma. BBP smell so intense fruity , almost like a fruit Dessert. Temp 20-25 Celsius RH 55-65 Everything good for now. Just feeding the normal Canna Schedule and watching em mature and ripening Out. 1-3 weeks to to.

Was another good week this week. Seem to have figured out the brown spotting, started adding sensi-calmag to the mix and the spotting has stopped and leaf color is darkening back up. Not sure if was from calmag deficiency or low nitrogen, but either way they look better so it seems like it was the right call. Did a light defoliation early in the week, maybe a dozen leaves per plant. Just the usual stuff under canopy or bunching too much. Has been much easier to keep humidity down since the heavy defoliation a week ago. Buds are really starting to look good on three of the four plants with the front left being furthest along. She is starting to pack frost already! Back left still looks a week behind, but coming in strong. Could this be a come from behind winner? Last day of the week took apart the Autopot system for a good clean. Clean the res, flush the lines with line cleaner, pull and clean the valves with dish soap, cleaned out the trays, wipe down the underside of the pots and back together it all goes. Been running for 40 days and this is the first clean, should be the only one as there's only maybe 40 days left. I find the B52 builds up a bit of sludge after a month or so, but worth using have seen noticable better grows since adding it to the feedings. Either way, an hour of work once a grow is nothing to complain about VS all the time out in hand watering. Also a big improvement on the newer 5.0 valves vs the previous generation. They are about double the diameter, so they gunk up MUCH less and fill a lot faster. Using the old valves I was cleaning every 1-2 weeks depending on feeding frequency. Started Training Late! Was on summer holiday for a week and only started training now. Above are the plants during training as well as a few hours after training. Autos are definitely more delicate and the two runts are growing slow but yet still showing some progress. Changed my bulbs back to the CMH set to 400w each (2) Also gave them a good amount of water as the FloraCaps aren’t covering the whole pot I felt like it was necessary to wet the entire grow medium well for a change. Some of them were a bit far along for training but I did the best I could. Also the Purple Lemonade and 2 other plants are showing signs of flowering.

Really sorry for anyone that was actually following and wanted to see updates but I had to take some time away and neglected this project. My friend/neighbour/weed mentor passed away and I just haven’t felt the same. Moving along, after cleaning up most of the big fan leaves I decided to just switch into flower… I have 3 seedlings of Tropicana poison F1 saved out of 40. This was the next project of my friend that has passed. My goal is to finish this grow and honor my late friend with a grow diary of his plants. I’m sure he’ll be smiling above. 36 hours of darkness before proceeding to switch lighting to 12/12 Added 3 feedings a day now, but reduced the amount fed. Food has been given extra liquid mycorrhiza and bacteria. Will be using PLAGRON: Green sensation 4-in-1 in addition to megacrop at week 4 of flowering and see if there’s any benefits

AK-47 Goxuak Autoflower by Genehtik is a truly awesome plant and really really fun to grow! My 1st thought was I wish I had know more when I ordered the seeds. I only bought 1 from the single seed centre .com 🤦‍♂️ Of all the plants our house sitters watched for us back in week 7, this is the only one they regularly ask about and want to know when its finished. Even they loved growing it! And they only spent a week with her and aren't gardeners 😄 Ashoka started in a Jiffy tomato pod and was transplanted almost as an afterthought. In fact we ran out of containers and had to improvise with the water pitcher. (We didn't have high hopes) Oops. The pitcher turned out to be a big benefit in that I could see the roots and diagnose and potential issues. She has been in the same Fox Farms; Happy Frog soil ever since planting the pod into the pitcher. The soil held up good too. Ashoka didn't start showing any deficiencies until the end of week 6, around the middle of her stretch. Correcting this was very easy, we added the recharge at first but it didn't quite do it. We had to feed her Advanced Nutrients Bloom and Grow for about 2.5 weeks. But this Goxuak really never complained : 1:😎 Low Stress Training (LST) for Ashoka was a breeze! At 14 days she was 4" tall and too short to train. She doubled in height in a week and we started training around day 24. Just in the nick of time too! She entered flower about a week after that and stretched like crazy!🤪 the AK-47 gave us about 3 full weeks of nice flexible branches to train before hardening up. We ended up with a pretty even canopy and some solid colas too I wanted to touch on the lighting as there isn't a lot of options on this platform. Ashoka spent her life under 2 different lights. 1st, she sprouted and spent the first 4 weeks vegging under 2x Viparspectra 600w(250 true watts) LEDs at an 18/6 light cycle. She finished her flower and fade under A Optic 8 (500 true watts) LED. At 18/6 At around day 60 I started flushing her.(well my house sitter Sam did the first time) We used Cyco Kleanse and flushed 5 Gallons thru her until the ppm was down to 350ish, I did the next 2 flushes. The 2nd I used Kleanse again getting the runoff ppm to ~120. Her final week I stopped ph-ing the water and just watered tap. I also gave her the 3rd and final flush with straight Ice cold tap water. She really showed a great fade!! Some buds definitely colored up too!! Finally the Harevst: I put her in a 5Gal bucket of ice in complete darkness for 4 days.😈 This was done with the intent to help her produce more resin and frost up. I can't say if it truly worked. She absolutely doubled the trichome production in those 4 days, but idk if it was the time or the darkness and ice. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I kept her in a sealed closet with a oscillating fan and humidifier at 75°and 63%RH. On the 3rd day I lowered the RH to 50%. She got trimmed and put into jars on the 5th day after harvest. I am monitoring the humidity and burping regularly (8-10x a day) Smoke Report: Creamy pepper with a cherry syrup aftertaste.🤣🤪 I've only smoked a bowl so haven't tested the ashes. But she is curing nice. A bit harsh yet I expect will go away after a couple more days. The high is perfect tho! Just what we wanted. It creeps up on u. But you will be confused by the time you finish the bowl. A very cerebral high(I chopped her whole trichomes were only 10% amber) that was great with good company. My girl andI are both veteran smokers, but this bud still made us both giggly(a rarity). It's a good social smoke and was fun to be on around others. The only downsides were it caused a mild confusion and paranoia. Like I would forget what I was talking about then worry ppl were laughing at me for it(they were though) 🤣🤣 I plan to report more feedback after it had cured a couple weeks. I'll invite others people's opinions as well. Right now I can definitely say the AK-47 Goxuak from Genehtik it an autoflower I would recommend to anyone, but especially new auto growers. I will be ordering more next season if they ate available. Genehtik has won me over. They genetics were extremely stable and safe. No herms no deficiencies nothing but greatness! 🌱🌱🌱 I had to share! I was looking on the breeder Instagram page( @Genehtik_chile) and they used a few of my pictures of Ashoka to represent their AK-47 Goxuak auto. I really feel honored by this. I have only been growing for 5 months and know I'm not good, but it's inspiring and motivating when the breeder of the strain give you an attaboy like this. Thanks Genehtik! Day 22: approx. 5-7 roots 10-20cm long are coming out of inner pot. Day 25: Alright, I got another big accident. I guess lowest link of stem was damaged from my burn attack in 1st week. So it broke by weight of the plant - not bend but really broke with only a small part connecting roots with higher stem links remaining. I added substrate covering the broken area and gave a support to bring her back in vertical position. I am so sorry for this plant - considering the 1st week I have as good as killed her 2 times already. I will watch her, providing most possible comfort I can give, for couple of days. Lets hope she manage to solve this issue as well. Added air stone pump into waterfarm outer pot. Removed 4-5 damaged/burned lower leaves. Day 28: lights timer locked and didn't switch off for night time. I noticed that only during following night. Otherwise everything is fine, seems like she recovers well. A real pleasure to watch this beauty grow :) Will provide remaining pics & video for this week approx on Tue or Wed.

9.2.25: Purple Punch P1 and P2 are near the end. Trichomes are looking good. Starting to turn cloudy. I think another week or 2. P3 is a different story. She is pitifully small still. The buds are also not developing as fast as the other 2. Will keep checking the progress every few days (if I can get in the tent)! 9.2.25: The plants had a good watering, they're all still drinking a lot. Which is great, as that means growth, which, at this stage, we desperately need! I went ahead and gave all the plants a thorough watering each with: 2ltrs of dechlorinated water, PH'd to 6.5 with:- ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids ♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid I don't know how this scrog net is going to work out. I think the squares are too big. It's elasticated, which I like. However, I'm extremely cautious with watering and moving the net. It's only a matter of time before I break more branches. It's such a hassle with it in there, honestly. I can't get in the tent properly to even check the weight of pots, as it's all weaved through, and again, I will snap branches. I did have a free net with the tent, which I think was smaller squares. I think I will use some other training next run. It's really not my kind of setup. I'm too interested in moving things and inspecting the plants constantly. The net is driving me up the wall. 😣 I'm considering removing it and trying something else, but it's also a bit too late for oldest plants. 9.2.25: Gave the plants another good soak. I used 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. It contained the following nutrients; ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids ♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid ♡ 0.5g of Ecothrive Biosys. The plants are undergoing explosive growth at this stage, which I'm thrilled by! Purple Lemonade is turning purplish hues. Pink Mist has so many bud sites and is looking very healthy. Do-sì-dos is growing vigorously and looking promising, especially considering all my unfortunate mishaps! 😅 Watermelon also has considerable growth. However, my training has made a mess out of the structure. Which I consider another valuable take away. Bubble
